We cannot say enough how much we love Agape!! The ladies at the front desk, the vet techs, and the vets themselves are all so kind and patient with our bulldog who always loves to see them, but gets nervous pretty quickly. They’re so sweet and wonderful at their jobs! Our dog has always felt better after being prescribed for and treated by them. Can’t recommend enough!

They have been great! I have had dogs most of my life but this is the 1st time to have a new pup of my own. They are very knowledgeable and caring. They show great empathy tonthe concerns of new puppy owners. I highly recomend.

Took my 2 dogs and 2 orange tabby cats to Agape this month and all 3 appointments since I took them separately have been more than awesome. Dr. Dozier is awesome and her assistant Alex is AMAZING with all of our pets especially Minus my most difficult dog. He isn’t friendly and is super nervous but he came around for them especially Alex! Thank you for handling all of them but especially Minus with love and outstanding care!

We took our dogs there for over 5 years and recently switched vets. The service and care has substantially gone down hill. They greatly misdiagnosed our dog, rarely got follow up calls after tests were performed, and the staff seem cold and not compassionate. Please be cautious if you take your fur babies here. Thankfully our dog got the correct diagnosis from a very sweet staff elsewhere.

I have held off writing this review so as to not let my emotions outshine my review of Agape.We first visited Agape shortly after Christmas 2023 because our Cat was throwing up and not eating. My wife expressed to them that she thought our cat had swallowed a string.Though the initial evaluation was Steep, $1,100 I had no complaints about the first visit. We were told our Vet would be out for a few days and we would hear from another vet in the clinic when our x-ray results came back and the other vet would be able to do surgery if it was needed. This made us feel like there was some urgency to the situation and the results.Agape called me to follow up on the visit the next morning and acted like they didn't know about the x-ray results we were waiting on. I was told my vet would be back in 2 or 3 days and we would know then. I told them we thought there was urgency and were told another vet would be reaching out to us.The woman on the phone said I would hear from someone shortly and hung up. Around 4:00 that afternoon I called to follow up since no one had gotten back to me. Again they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Finally, the receptionist spoke with the other vet and were told the other doctor referred to our case as a "DUMPSTER FIRE". This very much upset me as I spent $1,100 to receive the diagnosis of "DUMPERSTER FIRE".When I got someone in Management on the phone they just tried to sell me more medicine and procedures and neglected to address my concerns. Ultimately, she did end up giving us a financial credit to cover the meds, it was after an extremely heated conversation.Ultimately we took our cat to another vet to receive diagnosis and treatment, but it was too late. The string has moved from the stomach into the intestine and was had to euthanize our cat in early January.I truly feel the time wasted and the frustration and distrust built between Agape over their unprofessional demeanor and use of the "DUMPSTER FIRE" to describe a pricy service and the health of my cat led to the death of my cat.I would strongly advise anyone considering taking your pet to Agape to find an alternative care provider.

We have experienced nothing but top-notch care and customer service with Agape. The staff are all excellent, and always willing to help and go above and beyond. Dr. Metz is amazing, hands down one of the best Vets we have ever had. In the Spring Hill, Columbia, and Franklin area, I would definitely recommend Agape.

Taking care of all of her continual needs, I always know she is in great hands. Hard Pass.*They pay for their good reviews btw *Terrible business but a couple of smart and compassionate vets. Been with this vet for two years and all we can say is Estes and Metz were great. This and the staffs love for my two puppies is the reason we stayed with them. The staff is delusional. Techs are out of their depth and one of them gave my dog two microchips because they were too incompetent to look at her file. I got charged for it. I got double charged way too many times and my appointments were incorrectly scheduled and wasted a lot of our time. They groom them and their nails come back rigid and get caught on their things. Incompetent* LOL we just got a Happy Birthday to our boy dog whose birthday is actually next month…. Like come on….

My dogs are the dictionary definition of needy and Dr Estes and staff are great with them . I trust them with my kids lives and that is a hard thing to do. Always there for us and have put down two of our past kids and treated us so kindly. Cannot recommend them enough!

Appointment was on time which was great. Vet tech was very accommodating. The doctor was part time. I wanted to start a relationship with somebody but hopefully that will happen. My dog and cat are aging and we need a veterinary home.

The support staff and Dr. Metz were very professional and knowledgeable. My pup was a new patient there but we felt very comfortable during the entire visit. I had several questions and every one was answered throughly. After our first experience with Agape I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Never received a call indicating the next step for our small dog recovering from uti and blood in urine. Staff was told our dog was still in pain, never received a callback for her wellbeing. We called three times for information from anyone who could share information. Finally with our insistence, a technician filled us in and scheduled an appointment, but three days after getting test results. Very unfortunate for Agape.

I'm new to the area and wanted to find a very caring vet for my sweet furbabies. They have special needs, and I have a very limited budget, so I needed just the right place.I'm so grateful I found Agape! They 100% live up to their name. Very caring for my pup, sensitive to my financial needs when I had to say no to certain tests, etc. Never pushy, always respectful, caring and relatable. So grateful I found our new vet at Agape!

Everyone at Agape is very thorough and attentive. Our senior, but still our puppy, has had a rough go of it his past 11 years with a Valley Fever fungal infection, Arthritis, allergies, and picky eating from his occasional joint pain on top of your typical dog wellness visits. We’re usually very cautious about where we are taking our little guy because of his long list of concerns and the medications he brings with him. However, we moved to Spring Hill 11 months ago and decided in a moment of urgency (not quite emergency) not to waste time waiting for an appointment and driving back to our usual vet. We instead scheduled a more suitable appointment with Agape, and we're so glad we did! We're going here regularly now. Every staff member, from vet tech to Dr, treated our little guy and us very, very well. They made sure to check up on every bit of his history, not just the highlights; they informed us of every step they were taking and gave us itemized price estimates before so we could adequately plan how to care for our old boy. Thank you!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Estes and Agape Pet Hospital. With three German Shepherds and an Aussiedoodle that we love and adore, quality vet care is super important to us. Every person at Agape has been beyond helpful, kind and welcoming. After a few subpar experiences with other vet clinics, we will never take our dogs anywhere but Agape… well worth the 45 minute drive for top notch vet care, a clean and welcoming environment, friendly staff and the peace of mind knowing our dogs are in great hands.

Dr. Estes and Jackie (the tech with the red hair!) are hands down the best veterinary team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They were attentive to my questions, comments, and concerns along with being incredibly down-to-earth and friendly. I felt that they truly care about both me and my boy, took my input into account, and I didn’t feel at all rushed or pushed. It was like making new friends! I also need to - positively - call out whoever I spoke with when making my appointment over the phone (Katie?), as they went out of their way to help me with pricing estimates, which I found is extremely rare when calling around, but is so critical to those of us that need to budget. Agape also seems to have great availability options, as I was able to get in nearly immediately.I am just thrilled to have found such a fantastic care team!P.S. If you constantly forget your coffee mug and end up leaving without it, they won’t make fun of you, hahaha.P.S.S. I’ve been back a few times since this first visit and remain really, really pleased with my experiences with everyone there, their services, availability, and pricing. A+ all around.

Everyone at Agape treated our Teagan with so much love , she was attacked by another dog and they took her in , fixed her wounds and ahe just had surgery on her knee.
