My biggest issue has been having to return items that have been previously returned and missing contents. I just purchased an air fryer for my mom for her birthday. I have the same one and know what's included inside and how it should be packaged. When I got it home all of the contents was missing like the manual and proper packaging. My husband went back to exchange and checked each box before taking one and said most of them were the same way, one even being damaged. Im feeling their should be a better check of returned items before putting them back on the floor. This should be a priority. This has also happened with my husband once with a different product he purchased. We've had to return too many times for this exact reason. So I'd advise folks to check your items before purchasing to make sure there aren't any issues.

I primarily use this WalMart for their pharmacy. The staff there has always been super friendly and knowledgeable about the various medications I take. I picked up a new prescription and the pharmacist told me what to expect, reaction-wise. I always appreciate this type of service!

I took my work van to Walmart in Sparta to have a set of new tires installed on 2/21/2024. The guys working in the shop took the time to answer my questions and assisted me in picking out a new set of tires. One of the guys there, Art, went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed for my van. It took almost 2.5 hours to get in and out, but they were busy. Overall, I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from these guys.

I bought a pair of shoes at the Walmart in Sparta TN.And it wasn't even One week later that the bottom come off of the right shoe.And when I tryed to return them they would even give me another pair.. But that probably wasn't a bad idea..LOL..But at least give me a gift card... The still looked new..That lady at customer service just really didn't care... This was on April 15, 2024 at 1:15 pm.Thanks Walmart.

I as 66 year old today was the worst experience of my life at Walmart 50 years ago Mr Sam Walton told me at his home store in Arkansas that I would never have a bad time in one of his stores but today Sam would roll over in his grave to know that the self check out machines rip off old people and the attendant don't care every penny counts in older and disabled people like my self and others. God bless.

Great store very clean and easy to find items!! Loved the vinyl & record player sections!!! Could use regular HUMAN cashiers at night time. Esp when customers are paying so much for the groceries. Self check out not as efficient when going into markets.

They don't have a variety of things and some things they are out of. It's a convenience thar it's close but I would prefer another store like publix

Most of the time lines aren't backed up like they were last time. I think their prices are getting outrageous. Dog food prices are doubled plus. I hate self checkout. I won't do their job for them.

Self checkout is a joke went in today the register messed up one worker came over couldn't figure it out then another comes over acting snobby then goes and gets a guy who is rude as hell.accused me of not scanning everything rescanned being smart,I just had surgery Monday I'm not gonna put up with rudeness or being treated like a thief while someone of the workers walked over and stared,I will transfer pharmacy to another store before I ever sat foot in there again.

The curbside here typically takes a little bit longer than others I've experienced. To be in such a country area there isn't much in the hunting and fishing section like others. Overall great store not over crowded, bathrooms have always been clean. But definitely don't offer as much as other WM

We stood in line for over 15 minutes, and a certain very slow checker named Lucifer suddenly said, “This line is closed,”. So we had to start all over again in a new line, waiting. Maybe this is normal? We’re new to the area.

They store has shown a great improvement in the past few months. Our clerk was friendly and such a pleasure! There was a time that there was only self check out available and the young girl that was there to help was not very pleasant when we interrupted her on her phone to ask a question. At that point I didn't plan to go back and didn't until recently. If I would have rated them then it would have been one star.

Seems like since Covid they don't have stuff they used to have, but other (non Wal-Mart) stores can get it...and the selection of children's clothes, this year, is horrible and they barely had Halloween stuff...

Walmart for the most part here is full of incredibly friendly staff, save a few. But, as far as being able to find an employee to help you find something when your app says the certain item is supposed to be on that isle but, you just don't see it? Past about 7pm, good luck finding ANYONE. There's one person in photo, one around the store somewhere else, customer service reps, cashier's, and people who help out with self-checkout but, besides that handful of people, the luck of finding anyone else is close to none.. it's frustrating but, I guess understandable seeing as how very few and far between people nowadays are willing to work.. a saying that I grew up with is "you get what you get, and you don't throw a fit" pretty much, be grateful for what you have and don't pinpoint the little bit that you don't have or that someone else might get that you don't. 😅

I don't care how many times I go in the Sparta store, they never have any gallon non-fat milk. All the others do, why can't they order correctly. Some employees are very helpful ... but then there are the others.

This store was nice but after 3 weeks of going there the store has become hazardous for costumers. Pallets left out everywhere with no one working on them at all hours. If costumers get hurt from falling products or have a collisions due to not being able to see around the walls of pallets laying about, it could lead to a lawsuit due to unsafe practices and in violation of store safety policy. I now only go there if I absolutely need to but I try to avoid this store and go to other stores even tho they may be a bit priceyer than walmart.

It's a good store overall. It's not a huge wal mart but it's a middle size one with a hair salon,subway,and a eye doctor office in it. Of course you can also sign up with Verizon there as well if you want go upgrade on a phone if you prefer a plan over pay as you go rather. For the most part they have about anything you need there.

It takes to long to replenish the shelves. Many employees are not curious to customers, like cutting front of them and the pickers get in the way of shoppers. And if you don't open up more cashier's so that customer's have to use self checkout, you better start handing out 1099s for the customer's that are doing your work
