Why can't they hire another pharmacy tech? They have three registers up front but only one worker ever. The techs are great but apparently Walgreens doesn't care if they are overworked or of the customer has a good experience. Maybe they would get less bad reviews if I didn't have 30 min to type this in line. If Walgreens doesn't have enough money to hire more people then they should just close.

I went and got my medicine today. I paid $21.24 for 2 prescriptions. The first one use to cost $1.42 and the other has always cost $14 for a 30 day supply. Well today the one that normally cost $1.42 went to $7.24. I know that’s not a lot and that’s not what I’m having an issue with. My issue is that I learned that at Walmart I can get a 90 day supply of both of my medicines for what I’ve been paying at Walgreens. So why is it that Walgreens is so money hungry? Also everything in the store is way overpriced anyway. And I’ve got to pay $21.24 for a 30 day supply at Walgreens when at Walmart I can pay the same price and get a 90 days supply. I feel like I had money stolen from me. I will be changing to the Walmart pharmacy.

Idk why I haven't changed pharmacy yet it seems like they always misplaced everyone's prescription. Or they're confused whether they filled it or not always running people's including my insurance wrong is this a training store or what because it's always Amateur hour. This time they're waiting on a truck for 3 days at the last three times for him to at least say they at least ordered my prescription

I have absolutely had it with their pharmacy, they are horrible, I waited almost 5 hours today for my medication and this isn't the first time. The employees are friendly, I will give them that but I urge anyone to find another pharmacy if you want quick service!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Almost every month their rules change and/or there’s a problem with my Rx. It’s not Walgreens fault certain medication’s are back ordered, I understand that, it just doesn’t make the rest of the problems any easier to deal with. Even though the Walgreens corporate policy states that a controlled Rx can be picked up every 28 days, this pharmacy makes you wait a minimum of 30 days. So you have to be out of your meds before you can even request a refill. Then all you can do is hope you don’t have a problem getting there on whatever day that happens to fall on and hope they have the medication in stock. There are plenty of “rules” with their app, payment method and insurance that seem to change from month to month. The majority of the employees in the pharmacy have been pleasant but one was extremely rude to me on my first visit because I didn’t understand their arbitrary rules. Last month, an unfamiliar pharmacist questioned my choice in doctors, how often I saw my doctor, and whether or not I saw her in person, then argued with me whether or not we have any decent doctors for this specialty accepting patients nearby. Of course the questions were absolutely none of her business but knowing this pharmacy, if I would have refused to answer her intrusive questions, she would’ve refused to give me my prescription. The whole Western corporate healthcare system is corrupt and ridiculous and it seems to be getting worse by the month.

Terrible service nothing is ever ready. You always have to wait even if you have called in prescription days before! Understaffed, maybe 3 people if lucky including pharmacists!Then they get rude if you ask them why you have to do this every single month. "LOOK SIR, we are short handed there is nothing we can do about it!" You will just have to wait!"I've heard this atleast 6 months or longer! Still nobody working but 2 or 3 people. This is Walgreens, not Mayberry pharmacy! Hire some PEOPLE stop being cheap and overworking 3 people! Pay them better, and they will stay! I'm finished with Walgreens!~ Conrad

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. For some dumb reason they only did a partial prescription. So I am going pay out of pocket for the rest of my son's meds after insurance paid for full prescription because they won't answer a freakin phone

My wife and I made appointments online for flu shots. Upon arrival, we were told the person who gives the shots was "gone for the day" but we could come back the next day before 5:00. We went online and made appointments for the next day. Upon arrival we were told by the person who gives the shots "I know you made an appointment online, but I'm giong to lunch. You can come back in 45 minutes". Guess what? We will NEVER be back to your store EVER again.

Still the worst Walgreens pharmacy in Tenn. Called at 9 am said refill would be ready in 30 mins. Here at 3pm and they say almost ready!!! Haha

Whatever you do, please dont have your disposable film developed here. I lost 100 dollars worth of film due to the company they sent the pictures to underexposed the film. 78 out of the 80 pictures turned out black, and i lost all the memories of my wedding day due to the company they sent them off to. On top of that, I lost 200 dollars from the camera and the film to be developed. Wasted memories and time.

To make a very long story short. The pharmacy there always give us nothing but TROUBLE!! They lost my sons prescription, then found it. Then after finding it my wait time was over two hours for my sons medicine all While he is home throwing up very bad! I get that it takes time to do things but two hours wait time on medicine and loosing my sons prescription, it’s absolutely ridiculous! I do not deal with them unless I absolutely have to, but when I do it’s nothing but awful experiences for us!! I do not recommend to anyone!

Amazingly bad service. Called 3 times and got 3 different answers about some prescription's availability. On 2 of the calls I waited over 30 minutes and they hung up the phone as soon as my turn came up. Lied to me several times, including telling me they had sent a refill request when they had not. Just awful. All of my future business will be elsewhere. (Heard good things about Sparta Drug Center.)

Staff seems nice and overly attractive, but no way should anyone have to wait three hours for a prescription to be filled. Not once did I get a call saying they needed the new rx numbers off of my health insurance card. I even called during that time and automated system said the same thing the website said "delayed with no action needed". A simple phone call by them couldve gave me 2.5 hours of my life back.

The staff was very friendly and gave me a discount on my photos, but I spent several hours getting my pictures arranged and edited for printing, and once I received them I had multiple pictures where faces were cut in half. I went through every picture to make sure that it was edited correctly previous to printing them. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at Walgreens. I am going to have to go back through 5,000 photos to pick out the ones that didn't fit right and reprint them somewhere else now.

Went to pick up 3 RX taking for years. They tell me it’s $162 for 1 RX same one I’ve always taken. They couldn’t figure it out finally said my Walgreens discount card expired so if I give them $25 they will lower the price to where it was. Late for work left they were closed Monday now Tuesday I sit in drive thru for 15 mins they make me park come inside. Line was longer inside late for work. Could not wait so now day 3 without my Medication. What a disservice

Friendly staff but pharmacy not well stocked half refills or waiting for 3 1/2 days for it to be ready to pick up a new medication for my client who is very sick is ridiculous. Plus long lines an waits when u do go to pick up meds.

The employees are kind enough, but those prices? Yikes.The prices for prescriptions are higher there than anywhere near.They lost a customer today.I hate Walmart, but they've hit cheaper prices for pharmaceuticals.

Love The staff. They are very helpful with couponers. We are always greeted with a smile. I've only had a few problems with my photos but they are the best in town though!!!

Apparantely they have a new store policy, where u cant buy their otc medicine without your drivers license saying you live in sparta. If this isn't a new policy the whole pharmacy staff should be fired because it's never been enforced before.

Went to get shingles shot Was there when opened nobody else at pharmacy Lady at window said would be a substantial wait because she had a lot of phone calls to make I purposely went early so not to have to wait but that doesn’t matter

although the employees at this Walgreens are professional and curtious I have to say that my real disappointment with the Sparta Walgreens is their hours of business. It is NOT a 24 hr. pharmacy like so many others.

The pharmacy called me and told me my prescription was ready for pick-up up and they closed at 6 pm. The hours on the call said 10 pm. So I'm without my medicine for another day.

As a veteran retired from the armed forces I don't know which I felt discriminated about more being a veteran or being on pain meds but either way I've never seen such pathetic customer service from a so called professional, I'm glad I done my job as a true professional when I was fighting for their right to be free enough to treat me that way

Since Rite Aid shut down service is slow and crappy. At least they really took care of us and went an extra step for service. Damn
