These people make it impossible to support local businesses. They lost my package that had been delivered to them, no biggie, they found it within the week.Had to return it and the long haired brunette with glasses was SO rude. She took forever to greet me because she was on a personal call. Then didn’t tell me anything, just called the next customer to take my place.I’ll be sticking to literally any other hardware store.

Great help, the store has more to offer then you'd think. There is a lumberyard out back, with tons of other things plus they even load it for you. Stop by and ask for help, you won't be disappointed.

I love the hometown feel of this hardware store. I went in to purchase a 1/2 inch paddle drill bit and had no trouble finding it. They have several choices of name brand items with different yet affordable prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful and store is very clean and organized. I will definitely return for more hardware needs in the future.

Great staff. Tried to help every way they could. Got there at 15 till 5 to have paint mixed. There was someone ahead of me. They stayed until it was done and the girl mixing it was awesome. Definitely recommend this place.

The guy that was at the front door when I went in was not very friendly at all however the two people that worked in the back at the counter was very kind very helpful that was in October of 2021 today March 9th 2022 I went back in the store for the first time that's for some help and paint the young lady at the cash register could not get off of her phone long enough to help me she told me if I wanted it I could go find it myself in the paint section. I want immediately and got the assistant manager he'll come and help me find everything I needed. He asked the lady at the cash register about the paint section where something was located in it she done him the same way she done me basically ignored him except it's over there was her comment while she was on the phone the whole time. The manager above the one I spoke with said he would handle it tomorrow. I know help is hard to find but I've never seen the day when people can get away with being on the phone and trying to wait on customers and customer service. The assistant manager found everything I needed I was very pleasant and very apologetic for the way the lady treated me. You Need more employees like that assistant manager.

Man this place is loaded. So many items. Was helped immediately by a man in plumbing. Got the right part to replace the wrong part from Lowes that was in an incorrect bin. Why go to Lowes when you have a gem of a store here????!! Fantastic.

My experiences here have been barely satisfactory at this location in recent months. The older gentlemen at the register in the front is, quite frankly, a jackass. The guys in the back are super friendly and helpful. They prevented this store from getting a 1 star review.

Bought a mold test kit come to find out when I got home ut took weeks to get results and you had to mail it in. Took back and explained to manager o bought another one and had no use for this. He was very rude and would not return with out receipt which was in my moldy home. I will never go back there again.

Very rude guy at the back counter. Would not even look at you when talking to you. He just had this attitude and would not let you finish talking he would just cut you off and say we don't have it. The plumbing isles are just a mess especially the isle that has pex and copper fittings. Looks like a bomb went off in there. So I told mr.face shield what I was looking for after he rudely asked me.what I needed and he did not even bother to look he just said we don't have it. If you are bored with your job or hate it quit don't be rude.

people don’t care about customers. I was trying to pay and I was ignored while dude talked to his friends. I wish I had a job where I could ignore everyone and do what want! No thank , nothing. 4 people standing there as I’m trying to pay and no one payed attention. I probably could’ve walked out and no one would have noticed. This is the 4th time. Would rather drive to Cookeville than come back here!!!!

Affirdable Good quality wood selection. Especially pressure treated.Lumber yard guys are good to load ya.As far as in store, decent selection of products but prices are kinda high. Mostly have what you need tho

Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help you find what you need. Selection could be a little larger, but given the location it makes sense. I felt the store was organized well which always helps. I would highly recommend it and will visit this location again.

It's not Lowes, but that's why it's nice for a quick go get .pretty good selection for a mid size place. Kind of a Lowes meets mom and pop hardware.my only suggestion would be the employees are a bit relaxed and could be more attentive.

Great selection for one of a few hardware stores that are local. A little more pricey, but I found what I need with one stop...saving gas not having to drive all over town offset the few cents more I spent there.

Terrible customer service. Employees were rude. They over charged for a product that they mispriced and was angry that they had to adjust it. Also had a return on a product I had just bought the previous day, and they charged a 20% restocking fee? What? Why? It was not a special order. Terrible! They don’t even except the rewards card. Will never shop here again. I’ll stick with the other More Friendly hardware stores.
