Mr. Dibrell gave me an awesome deal on tires for my daughter's jeep. They also fixed the front end that a previous local mechanic failed to do. (This failure cost me the tire replacement! :) Thanks for the help in keeping my daughter safe on the road!Update: Just had my windows tinted! They did an awesome job, my car looks great!😎

Made an appointment to get an alignment. Came in done some paperwork and they got it squared away pretty quick and wasn't super expensive.Will return for sure.

Finish Line replaced my radiator and fan assembly. They did a great job and saved me money. The job was done in a timely manner. Everyone was nice and I even received a followup call later to make sure everything was good with them in th my repair. I will definitely return to them for future auto needs.

They are extremely busy however they do work you in reasonably quick. The prices are extremely reasonable I think. I have a Dodge Ram 2500 and not once did they ever make me feel like as a girl I didn't know anything about my truck. They were respectful and seem to enjoy the fact I drove a diesel and knew quite a bit about them growing up with them and driving trucks my whole life. They were even accommodating to the fact I had a service dog in the building who is very protective of me.

The owner is very rude. This place takes advantage of women that don't know much about cars, by adding extra fees & telling them they need replacement parts that are unnecessary just to run the bill up. When you ask for a quote price, expect to receive a call later telling you that you need so & so for $150 extra. They failed to align two different cars that I brought in, & conveniently added the same extra part both times. I had to find a different mechanic to do the job correctly. They are so incompetent & make you feel uncomfortable.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to get their window's tinted here. Made an appointment with them at 10am well they didnt even start until close to 3pm and didnt finish until a little after 5pm. They cut corners on the windshield and i have to have it redone somewhere else where they didnt go all the way across because my rearview mirror sits in middle so they cut it right to where the black starts in middle from my defrost around the mirror anyways sun still comes in right there. Go somewhere spend the extra $10-$30 you may be charged and get it done right.

This place... long story short- traveling with the family for a holiday weekend through Tennessee. This road trip was several hundred miles from home and literally at the worst time to break down. We were barely able to make into the parking lot and I'm glad we stopped here. The mechanic was nice and knowledgeable and completely willing to get everything fixed and get us on our way. The lady at the front desk was super accommodating of our large party and recommended a few places we could go to burn time while we waited (there isn't too many options in Sparta- but she directed us to a nice coffee house within walking distance). She even offered us an umbrella in case the weather got bad considering it was looking like it was ready to down pour. Although I hope we never have to see them again, if we break down I hope it's near to this place!

Great honest mechanic. My back window mechanism had rusted out and they were able to fix it and they did a front end alignment. Cost was great for my large SUV. They have my business for life now!

They are very accommodating, friendly and have my vehicles finished in a timely manner. They fixed my van and a really reasonable price. It's an old van that just needed a starter they didn't try to pressure me into fixing a bunch of other stuff....cause its old...and I really appreciated that. Just fixed what we asked and it didn't break the bank.

Nice staff. Visited after a recommendation. Did good work on a front end alignment. The job took a while due to some mechanical issues. They took the vehicle on a lengthy test drive after the alignment.

Ordered some running boards from Finish Line. Was told it would take 3to4 days. It took over a week. Then they couldn't put them on for 2 weeks. Had to get someone else to put them on as I moved out of the area before they could put them on.

Okay this was not a shop I'll go to again .I went in for just a quote on a break job and both staff members looked at me like they had no clue what language I was speaking and to top it off when I did get a quote it was $200 more then the previous place. My advice shop around people.
