Every time I go there they seem to have to do a shift change right when there's 10 people standing in line waiting. The self checkout never works why does it take 3 people to change a register its 330 in the afternoon they should open another register before changing the first one and keeping people waiting this isn't first time its happened very annoying that it's happened more than once. EDIT . This is for corporate everyone I know and talk to have complained that there's always huge inventory carts in isles why not make it a priority to stock shelves or keep the cart in back until someone put it away.? Why not make it an important job to put stuff away its inconvenient for everyone especially handicapped or people with mobility issues like me im tired of tripping over boxes and being blocked from something I'm trying to shop for. There's even tic tok videos now of people mocking how ridiculous and cluttered your stores are not just Tennessee but all the way up to Ohio DOLLER GENERAL Y'ALL NEED TO TO BETTER most people shop there out of convenience but it seems your business model is to be as inconvenient as literally possible corporate should insist store managers are held accountable for complaints about cluttered isles but empty shelves people shouldn't have to dig through shipping carts for a bottle of shampoo its getting ridiculous

Never have the coupons done when I do them on line. Always a line! And I was double charged for an item and their shelves are never stocked. But it's also better than the other dollar general next to save a lot!!! That store never even posts their sales.

I love the Dollar General most of all because they take what Walmart has (too many choices) combines it down to necessity only and makes it way easy to get in and get out. Since I absolutely hate Walmart I would rather die on my way to Dollar store than to be caught dead in Walmart. I love how a lot of the stores are starting to do the fresh produce and putting in more food items. So needs a curtain rod and some fresh apples go to the dollar store.

Dollar General is typically a place to go in a pinch or if you simply just do not want to fight the big crowds at other stores. There is always one close by wherever you go. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I won't go into too many details about the situation that I saw, but the dude working tonight in the call of duty shirt did something super dope for a customer and I wanted to just publicly say that he's awesome!! I was about to do the same exact thing but he beat me to it. Way to be there dude.

It was a normal Dollar General. Crowded with many things. We found everything we wanted except the dried strawberries our granddaughter wanted but found frozen strawberries which she liked almost as much.

Like the selection of product at this Dollar Store vs. the one closest to me. Checking out here always seems to take forever though and I know it's not the employees fault they operate on a skeleton crew. Maybe someone higher up will get the message one day.
