Pretty well organized. Not a lot of help available. I had to go find an employee to help me and there they were, standing around chit chatting with one another. But I mean, to be fair, the place was empty besides myself and one other patron. Once I got the help, the girl was super helpful. And lady that checked me out was also very friendly and helpful. This was my first time to this location and I will definitely return.

Poor customer service, young employees playing on their cell phones. Cashier does the old I don't have enough change to get them extra money. When you pay with cash they tell you we will have to owe you part of the change you are supposed to get back. Most people never think about it and just leave. The store makes extra on your purchase. I know several people this has happened to. Be sure to use plastic to avoid paying extra.

This is really a very neat store to go into. Shopping experience is always for me like a kid in a candy store. Can never leave without a purchase of some sorts. Friendly staff. Helpful people. Lucky to have them.

Management needs a little refresher or a primary lesson in customer service skills. Been a loyal customer for many years of Tractor Supply, today (not the day of this posting) had my first and very unexpected bad experience.

have a lot of fun at this store. Only problem I am having is with the Royal Wing Black Oil Sunflower seed bird seeds. Lately, the last 3 forty-pound bags have contained a lot of trash mixed with the seed. Generally, I have never had a problem with this brand until recently.

This was my first time going to any Tractor Supply. I was there primarily because I needed some waterproof boots. They had a decent selection and fair pricing. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. I would highly recommend this store to the adverage consumer and farmer alike.

All employees besides manager was great that manager though has no drive to help anyone sitting at back of store doing nothing. just had a unfriendly demener. Did not try to help me in the least pretty much said if you don't want a brand new mower I can't sell you the old one

Love this place. Especially when they have a sale. I often buy horse feed and supplies. One thing they sell in the back, which is not advertised, is hay for horses. I mean the best hay ever. Just ask my horse Bambi. She goes for it as soon as she spots it. Higher priced, but large bales packed tightly. Everything they sell is high quality. Just bought rain boots last week on sale for $20.00.

Great place to shop for all kinds of things. From tape to toys, books to boots, clothes to case knives, duct tape to dog treats, yard decor to... well, you get the idea. Plus they run sales regularly and the staff is very helpful.

Went to buy stall mats (spent around $600) .....the girl that checked us out was very sweet ....the guy that was driving the forklift and the girl that was helping him load them never said "thank you" or "appreciate your business"Sad these days that employees aren't trained to smile and say thank you!! Both of these go a long way for return business!!

We enjoy shopping at tractor supply. They have great selection and prices. They carry unique shirts / blouses for ladies. Oh and they allow us to bring our baby (dog) on a leash in with us to shop.

Was looking for 48inch bad boy, called on Sunday said they had one ! To make sure I called again on Monday morning said YES they had one. Great off to get my new mower.... drove 2 hours to find they didn't even have one... pretty sorry on TSC!

Great place to do business. Great group of people willing and eager to help with all your parts or service needs. Great sales dept with plenty of product to choose from ,whether its a lawnmower or a large tractor. Check them out!

I am in my TSC at least once a week no matter if I'm buying something or not!! I enjoy just looking around and everyone who works at the TSC knows me and my dog by name. Everything I've ever gotten from them or ordered on there website has always been the best of quality!! I can't say enough good things about the TSC in my town of Somerville TN!!!

I came in there with a broke 36' trailer the axel was bad. They only had a tire for me but the people that worked there did everything they could to help me fined a place to fix it and parts. Tractor supply should be very proud of all the employees there that day. Thank you very much

I was out of town, I tend to get complacent, so I stopped at the Tractor Supply in Oakland Tn. The girl who helped me was very friendly and kind. I had blue hair and from there it felt as though I had known her for years. Very kind.

I spend a lot of $ and time at TSC stores. This one needs to add more flat carts for carrying feed and needs to hire some people who are more knowledgeable about what they sell.
