New to Sneedville here. Must say pizza choices are slim pickin's. Pizza is about 3 things: Quality, Quantity, and Price. Really good pizza and I'll overlook shoddy service and price, usually. Spare yourself the disappointment of experiencing failure on all fronts. Bad pizza +Small sizes+ High prices = F. (my first total "F" rating)

The food and service are the best. Preferred pizza plus over any other that we've been too!!Kid-friendliness: Kids love coming here, they even have little machines and a duckie vending maching!!

Wish I got a photo of the chicken Alfredo that a friend ordered!!! Look like wet cottage cheese with broccoli and chicken like some got sick on the plate!!! Then our family guest paid for the meals and as we where about to leave they started to get rude and loud of a bill that I was standing getting ready to pay!!! Started to pats the blade and just nasty for no reason!!! Seriously do better!!! Only person some what good was the manager there Jessica I think her name was blonde hair lady and our server the only good one!!! I will never go back sneedville do better!!!!!

We walked in at 9:02pm (they close at 10pm). The salad bar had already been put up, and an employee stated very loudly, rudely, and grammatically incorrectly to "make sure whoever is coming in here knows they we close at 10pm and they need to be gone by then." A few more people walked in at 9:30pm and another lady literally screamed in the back "here come some more people" in the most frustrated and annoyed way possible. Not exactly what I would consider welcoming, nor professional. Food was average, certainly not good enough for the uncomfortable, almost hostile, environment. Our server was very sweet and apologized for her coworkers, but I certainly do not plan on returning to this restaurant again. It doesn't exactly give you confidence your food will be prepared in a professional (or hygienic) manner when the workers make it obvious they do not have any professionalism, or workplace etiquette.

Carryout tonight. My husband ordered at window. Ordered wings for me. BBQ. He got home. I got tobadsco wings. 😩 With Ranch. Was not busy. Good thing there isn't any competition. Time prior to last time was told don't know if will be delivery. Call at 5PM. Called back. She is on a break. Don't know if going to deliver tonight. Call back. Would have not given one star on a one time thing. Hoping it gets better. Sad.

Kind of expensive is either really good or really bad sometimes people who answer the phone are short tempered, impatient, or just rude. And if u get put on hold it'll be awhile. The dining room is always clean. Salad bar is always flipped and some of the waitors can be very nice

The pizza was very good. It had lots of cheese and a thick crust, which I like. We ordered a supreme and a cheese, both were good. It was reasonably priced and they were quick. We ordered as take out.

New Management doesn't care about Customer Service any longer. We have been going to this place since 2003 and have enjoyed the Pizza and Juanita our regular server. The last 2 times within the last month that we went to the Buffet the new rule is you eat what they want you to eat and they aren't allowed to make anything different. I waited almost an hour last time for a pizza I had requested and tonight they refused to make anything other than what was on the bar and a poor man waited a half hour for a sandwich. We don't need to patronize a place that doesn't care about their customers. We will miss Juanita but customer service stops there. There are plenty of Pizza places in this area, don't need this aggravation!

Ridiculous! Ordered large two toppings pizza with pepperoni and sausage on half and sausage and mushrooms on half. large pizza sticks with cheese. There was no cheese on the pizza sticks and the pizza had no sauce and and hardly any toppings and cut up like pizza sticks. I took them back and the the girl I talked to was going to remake them then the manager came over and oh no. She told me that I ordered it that way and and they weren’t remaking it. I couldnt believe it! I said I’ll never come here again and she said “oh that’s fine”. Trash food and trash customer service!

One hour and a half after order placed and the delivery person said she was on her way, we called to see where the food was and we were informed that we are out of delivery zone even though we get delivery all the time. Without even a courtesy call to let us know she (Rhonda) voided our order. Should have at least got a call.

Fast affordable and one of the best Pizza Plus. My orders are always correct and the pizza is a regular stop and go for me. If you find yourself in Sneedville TN and want pizza don't pass them up.

I have tried many pizzas from different Pizza Plus locations and I can tell you this. This location is by far the best! And on top of everything else, very friendly staff and I'm glad to see they stick to what they say No mask, No service!

I really like pizza plus before they moved! The past 2 times that I have called in a delivery they took my order an told me it would be about 30 mins an I said ok thank you! Well, about 35 mins later I get a call. The first time they couldn't find my house,That they have been to atleast once a week alot twice because I work 40 hours +. Well this time "tonight 5-17-18" they take my order an everything is fine. So I get in the shower an 5 mins later they call an said they don't have driver because prom! HELLO, prom was 5 days ago! If you can't get me a order I ordered just tell me!! This is CRAZY!!!

Pretty bad experience there the waitress asked me four times for what I wanted to eat and still didn't get it right I thought it was very expensive for a little bit I did get and the place look dirty never again 🤬

Come on. I know it’s Friday, and maybe you were busy, but I seriously prefer my pizza cooked. Too raw, which really bites. Normally much better. Very disappointing.

The food is great. The location in our small town makes it a good place to visit with friends, family and neighbors. A good gathering always has good food.
