I have never dealt with a better business than Harrison’s. They are friendly, helpful and always seem to have what I need, if they don’t, they they find it and get it. Their prices are as good and in some cases better than the big box home stores. I will always stop at Harrison’s first!

2018 - Family owned and operated; Phil is so knowledgeable and helpful.8/2020 - update - we have practically given up big hardware stores and shop only at Harrison's for the supplies we need for the last couple years. The customer service can't be beat, and for the few things that do have a significant cost difference compared to bigger stores, once you factor in driving over the mountain and hauling whatever it is back here it's worth the extra few bucks.Shop local!9/2023 - still our favorite hardware and appliance store. Great service, great prices as always.

Best small town hardware store ever. I've been going to Harrison's for 45 years doing lots of different building projects and repairs. I have never gotten bad advice on how to and what to use yet. The paint is awesome too. Got some once at a box store and it wouldn't dry. Weird. There's something wonderful about going in there, they make sure that you feel welcome to the community.

Despite the initially hostile staff at the front having to remind me that I talk and dress like a city slicker, this is the closest experience to an authentic feed and seed store you'll find in rural Tennessee. Charming in its own way.. they even have gummy bears!
