I’ve been taking my dog Mia grooming for over 7 years at Petsmart and have never had any issues until today. I paid almost $100 for a bath, cut, and added the deluxe service. When I picked her up, her eyes were still crusty and she still had food in the fur near her mouth, and to top it off she had an extremely uneven cut. Her groomer was Haylee and will make sure to avoid her and this location again.

I'm giving two stars because they were friendly. But the cut: his beard was longer on one side, his shoulders are uneven, same with his hips. His tail was left fluffy and his bumm was left furry. I looked up all the different schnauzer cuts and they pretty much had a cleaned up tail and bumm. Even the "lamb cut." If I do go back I'll take pictures of what I want and ask for a different groomer. But for the money, this cut was a real let down.Anybody know someone who can cut a schnauzer? I'll be looking for someone.

I took my dog to get groomed today and we CLEARLY specified that we just wanted a light trim and would like to keep our puppies curly hair. He came back completely shaved and was very skitish and scared of any noises that happened around him after leaving the grooming salon. They also attempted to charge us an extra 10$ for “brushing” him. Absolute waste of 80$ and absolute headache.

Tired of having grooming appointments cancelled because of the groomers they hire feel the need to call out so frequently. Today we got all the way in to the grooming area to be told “sorry folks, groomer has called out for the day.” This has happened too many times with this place. They could have had the decency to call us so we didn’t waste our time, gas, and money.

Came in to adopt some hermit crabbies, but to our dismay, the conditions for them were very poor (no water, no lid for them to have proper temperatures/ humidity levels in tank). We decided to adopt a couple, and despite our best attempts to give them a better home, to our dismay they both ended up passing away a few days later. This is all to say that Petsmart, please do better for these babies! They do not deserve to suffer in harsh conditions because people refuse or don't know how to do their job. Will not be going here ever again, but please take of these babies better so future owners who buy from here don't have to go through the pain of loss by poor conditions like we did.

Every time I make an afternoon grooming appointment, I get a call saying they can’t do it because they close an hour after whatever time I chose and they need at least 2 hours. This has happened several times even when I was on the way for them to cancel my appointment. Just sounds like they just want to go home early. If you’re not able to accommodate the time the customer chose, then it shouldn’t be an option in the first place. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me. Please do better, it’s kind of your job.

They always try their best. Staffing seems to be lacking but the folks that are there are very nice and helpful if you can get a moment with them. I had to catch an old ladies dog that got loose

I have always take my puppy here since day one, made an appointment for her again Saturday 8th with Elizabeth M. First time I seen her working her and she didn't do a good job at all I pay extra to get her teeth brush and nail trim and she didn’t do it. Also the haircut is AWFUL one ear bigger than the other one are you kidding me? Worst groomer. I will be needing a refund but they denied me with one after that. And she hurt my baby as well. They played with my money $82 wasted and they wont give me a refund after being a loyal costumer. She caused my baby trauma she was literally shaking and scared when I pick her up.

KELLY CUT MY DOGS EARS!!!!! Never bring your dog here!! Kelly cut my puppy ears and never said anything! two weeks later at a vet appointment the dr notice the tip of his ears were missing. both ears had nice size sores on them! I hope nothing good comes to Kelly and she hits her pinky toe on the corner of the bed.. splitting her toe nail for the rest of her life!

I was happy thinking I was going to walk out with a animal…Never had any issues until today. I wanted to get a hold of a new baby crested gecko… young lady with colored hair said the staff is short when there’s three people? Don’t understand how that would affect me not being able to get an animal. Not only this Pet Smart but another one as well a different location…these people really seem to be attached to the animals as well like if they don’t want to let them go to any customer. I felt judged in a way because honestly they really had time to care of this situation. The Boss but NOT the manager needs to have a word with the employees.

I’ve beem shopping at this PetSmart for 18 months. About 10 months ago my cats began requiring prescription food. I bought this food with the doctor’s prescription for 10 months. The cashiers actually told me to take a picture of it on my phone but I have always brought the actual prescription. Today that was not accepted. I was told, not kndly and not in a customer friendly way that I could not use the prescription, that I had to get a card from their in house vet. I had already waited a significant amount of time in line because two customers in front of me had an issue. It was surprising to me that she would argue with me about my past transactions. Not impressed.

Do not take a new puppy here!!! They first time I came they didn’t even clip my poodle’s hair. Apparently it is standard for a new puppy to get adjusted to the groomer. Okay fine, I pay $50 for a bath. I show up for my second appointment, and they act surprised so want my shaggy dog actually groomed. She said rabies vaccine verification is necessary which I forgot to bring. Shame on me. There are appointments still online for the next hour, but they say they are understaffed and cannot accommodate us today. It sounded like she wanted to help- but not today. My time is easy too valuable to bringing a dog to the groomers multiple times and not be able to have the service complete. I will be finding a new place for grooming. Probably for the best anyway.

One of my favorite places to take my dog. There’s always new merchandise or sales going on which is great to see every time I take my dog to their groomers or vet. Cleaning stations are usually well stocked for any mess that might occur. Sometimes the line for checkout can be a bit congested but usually it goes by pretty quickly.

My dog looks terrible! I had the worse experience at this location. I made an appointment for 12:30 & brought him in 15minutes early, they told me it would take 4-5 hours… which I didn’t understand if his appointment was already made in advance. When I signed him in she ripped his collar of his neck which pulled some of his hair out & made him squeal! I called them after 5 hours to see what was the estimate time for pick up & she told me 20minutes she finally called me back 45minutes later & said she wasn’t able to grind his nails. I said fine as long as I wasn’t charged for that & then I picked him up & seen that his hair cut was way shorter on his body than I wanted (he’s a long haired chihuahua) it was super choppy & he has long pieces still on him. His skin is super dry & irritated & his paws still smell. I do not believe they gave him a bath at all! Terrible, terrible, terrible!

The fish tanks look like they are rarely cleaned. Many of them are full of detritus and dead fish. It’s difficult to find someone to help in aquatics. They do carry certain fish that I like so I gave an extra star. The fish probably have every internal parasite imaginable. You can tell the gravel in the tanks is almost never vacuumed since there is so much detritus. The plants in the plant tank are completely covered with detritus. I think this PetSmart doesn’t care much about the fish department.

They had a adult guinea pig house with four baby guinea I watched him bite them and then go to sleep. there were an alarming amount of dead fish, when I told one of the employees who was very friendly she didn't seem surprised I didn't do anything so I left🤷🏼‍♀️ otherwise the cages were clean and a couple people asked if I needed help finding anything

Staff was great, but my golden who is healthy as a horse contacted kennel cough from this place! Beware pet owners! so after a $65 shampoo and brush another $166 dollar vet billNever ever will I go to another Pet smart for grooming!

I left my puppy at the groomer in this store, and they gave him to me with a bad cut shorn all over regardless of his appearance, his groomer was Ashley P... if you have a Golden Retriever never take him with her

Well the staff and store were wonderful. No gripes there. The theft in that neighborhood though has caused me quite the headache. I'm a OTR truck driver and can't just pop back in for a exchange (see photos of what I bought and what I got)May I suggest stapling these packages closed or locking them up....5 stars for the store. 1 star for its unfortunate low life clientele that are thieves, more then likely from the nasty Nashville area.

This store is cleaner than some of the other locations I've been to. Their grooming is pretty good. Sometimes a little inconsistent but my dogs are very comfortable with everyone who works there and that is way more important to us.
