this place sucks!!!! I came not too long ago looking for a few items for my garage and very rudely, there was an employee who disregarded my question when I asked for help. Then a manager named Scott, was no help as well. Not to mention he was giving me attitude and being rude when I asked him for directions to outdoor hoses. NEVER shopping here again. DO NOT waste your time or money here…

I have trouble every time I have dealt with Lowes. This time I bought a building shed a metal one. I had a guy here putting up the building he gets it almost up and he discovers panels missing and no floor. Come to find out it was not even the shed I ordered. I had to pay the guy more money to take the building down pack it up and haul it to Lowes. I was so mad I paid him to build me a wood shed and bought the lumber. Prior to that I bought blocks for shed. 256.02 and the shed was 647.72. I paid both of these off and actually talked to a supervisor and told her how to allocate these payments. I also had bought an Extreme Storm Shelter for 6033.00. What do they do they apply both those payments to the Promotional that did not need to be paid off till October. They did this to me once before and caused me to pay over 413.00 in total for a 240.00 flower purchase. So because of their screw up I had to take 5000.00 out of an Edward Jones investment account to pay them off. BTW storm shelter hadn't even been delivered yet. Coming today. We hired them to do a 12 thousand dollar deck. I asked repeatedly if I had to get a permit. I was told no the contractor would get one. Well they didn't and we got in trouble with codes. They said they needed to tear out deck down to do inspection. Talked them out of that but had numerous codes violations they had to fix. Got a 7500.00 vinyl fence. The gats kept closing and hitting our vehicles. Had to fight to get that up to codes. Not a lock on gate. Geeze we have a pool. The law is you have to have a lock inside and out to be up to codes if you have pool so children can't wander in and drown. I'm happy to say that the rep is in charge of storm shelter install. I told them if Lowes was doing the install forget it. This has to be up to FEMA Standards. I could write a book about Lowes and the nightmares they have put me through.

I went to the Smyrna store to get a gift for my son that was on sale. The app showed there were two still available. When I got there, the young man in the tools department tried to help me look for it and said there weren’t any but I could go to customer service and maybe get one delivered. When I went to customer service the man working informed me that if I wanted the item I would need to order it and pay an additional $15.00 charge to have it delivered. I was not happy with that as that additional charge basically wiped out the whole point of me going there to get the product on sale. I was a little annoyed to say the least so I wasn’t going to get anything that I came there for and was not at all impressed with the customer service. However, when I was in the parking lot, literally getting in my car, a gentleman was yelling for me and told me to come back into the store. He said he had overheard the conversation I had with customer service and wanted to help me get the gift my son wanted for Christmas! He found where the product was in the racks and of course it was on the very top and very hard to get to. He got another gentleman to help as well and they got the product down and I was able to get the gift my son wanted for Christmas!!! I was soooo happy and after that another gentleman helped me pick out some other products for gifts as well. I’m so sorry I can’t remember all three of the gentlemen's names that helped me but I do remember Troy’s name so I hope the other gentleman see this and know I really appreciate you guys going above and beyond for me and helping make my Christmas!!! Totally turned a bad experience with customer service into an awesome shopping trip!!! Thank you so much and I hope y’all get all the blessings that you deserve!!!!

Very bad experience with the manager of this place. Their website say that they can accept and disposal propane tanks. And the manager refuse to it. I hope the corporate take care of him.

I'm a customer for 22 years at this location, the other day I gat some wood and other stuff and have to check out my self not one cashier was open .My concern I don't work at Lowe's and git nothing cheaper!!!

The gardening center has different hours and Miracle-Gro Organics Potting Soil is kept up high. I get my Febreze products here, it's a bit cheaper. The pots look high end and get marked down.

Great customer service and helpful employees!!! Always been able to get what I'm looking for. Plus they carry Craftmans tools which is a plus for any handyman. If you're looking for grilling items then shop no farther. Lowe's has everything you're looking for with one of the biggest selections in town on grills, smokers and accessories. But the best thing I like about Lowe's over other home improvement stores is they offer up front parking for our veterans.

Lowe's is not my personal favorite. Always seems to have limited selection. On this trip to the garden center the selection was limited, size was smaller and price was higher than Home Depot.

Bryan from Appliances, he is a jack-A, we where going through a return and replace type of transaction and we got told to go back there to appliance, he talked to us like we where stupid then walks away from us without saying anything. We wait at the desk hoping that he’s coming back for about 10 min, then i when I walk over to the side of the store I hear them talking about me! Saying “he’s looking right at you” Lowe’s y’all really need to figure out your customer service

I am never disappointed with my shopping experience at Lowe's.I have always been able to find what I need; in stock and on the shelf. Even during the height of the Pandemic, I never encountered a issue with any Lowe's products I wished I could say this about other suppliers.

This is the most friendliest store in Middle Tennessee; honestly all the ones I've been to are. Anyway, I've always been greeted by friendly associates, offered assistance and asked. This location has had my business for many years and will continue to even though I moved a few miles away. Large inventory of needs and wants! Can't go wrong here 😊

I don't really leave many reviews but I really want to bring this to the attention of the corporate offices. Everyone is always so helpful. I cannot remember ever having a terrible experience here. But yesterday exceeded my expectations. My AC unit has gone out. I needed a window unit or something to help out while I make my decision on replacing the unit. I spoke with a gentleman (I didn't catch his name but super awesome person) He took me to the correct department. Ron was there helping another customer. He greeted me and said that he would be right with me. I waited maybe 5 minutes or so before he returned. He answered all my questions. He walked out to my car to measure to make sure the box would fit. He was so great. I am so thankful that I got to work with him! He made my day so much better!!! Ron if you get to read this THANK YOU! I truly appreciate the care you took working with me!

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the years. It’s my go to store for so many items. That ended today. They would not take a return of a dysfunctional $40 product that was 4 weeks old.They had “Awesome” customer service toward someone who has faithfully shopped in their stores for 2 decades. I actually had other items I needed to go in purchase after the return. Instead I went ACE where they were super helpful and professional.Hope the $40 was worth losing my future business…

Worst place and worst delivery. I regret buying a refrigerator, washer and dryer. They caused damage to my house and they did not compensate me for that. I submitted all the pictures to them and nothing happened. Very bad customer service, I bought these devices and they had a discount and they didn't give me that discount either. And that was two months ago, and until now, I have not taken my rights from them, and no one has contacted me.
