My sweet baby LOVES going to Hounds Town. We take him for daycare most days and he gets so excited about it. Afterwards he sleeps like a rock. Everyone there is genuine, kind, professional and they love my puppy almost as much as he loves going there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We tried out Hounds Town today, and I have to say there are some things they do good... but a couple of things that are concerning.The first impression was nice. The staff is friendly and makes you and your pet feel comfortable.We left feeling good, leaving Benny there for the day.At pickup... we received a nice report card that provided some details about our pet's day...this was a nice touch.But my major concern is with the fact that they don't take the dogs outside for potty breaks regularly or at all unless weather permits.That was what I was told when I asked if they had taken out our dog today? They also said that the dogs are aloud to go potty inside and that they just clean it up....its no wonder that he wreaked of urine and feces when we picked him up. I had to give him a bath immediately upon returning home. That's not what I was expecting to have to do after doggie daycare...nor would I like to have to do this each day I drop him off.Thankfully this was a free day after his evaluation, but who can afford $27/day for daycare plus another $50 for a bath multiple times a week.Also, something to note is you're not allowed to get a tour of the facilties where your dog will be staying...only a look through a window from the lobby.I'm not sure they give the dogs water either since Benny took an extra long drink from his dog bowl when he got home, which seems abnormal for him.Lastly, I'm not sure that the dogs get the attention you think they will get when you drop them off for the day..I feel that I could have just left him in a room at home by himself all day and avoided having to give him a bath and put him through the stress of holding his pee and poop all day since he is house broken. He knows not to go inside. He was frantic at pickup, probably since he had to go potty.I won't be coming back since he didn't get the attention he needed and thought that he would get.Overall, I'm not impressed.

We cannot LOVE Hounds Town enough! We are new to boarding, and ALL the staff were so patient and answered all my questions! They really reassure you that your fur baby will be ok! She is my sons dog, he was killed in December 2016, so she’s pretty special to me!😳 I wanted to cancel my trip until I talked to Hounds Town! You WILL NOT be disappointed!!❤️#HoundsTownHangover

Absolutely phenomenal, nurturing, caring and incredible staff and facilities. I trust them with all of my dogs, but especially my special-needs Dane. I cannot recommend this place enough and have never been displeased with any of their services or staff. By far the best daycare we have ever experienced.Pic is after daycare!

My 8 month Pittie had her first day at daycare here and she loved it! She usually have so much energy, but this is the first I seen her come home and wanna go straight to bed. It has been a very successful day of fun and meeting new dogs. Thank you to staff for being so kind and loving to her!

Review update:My dog (Letty) Lou has been going here regularly for almost half a year. The place and the people are fantastic, and the care and love they run their business with is amazing. I will be returning next time I'm in TN.We went there for the first time today. My pup (the amazing Letty Lou) did a quick temperament test, and then went on back. She had a great time. They are super friendly and even give you a report card!

We love Hounds Town, Smyrna. And so do our pups. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my pets overnight somewhere as I do here. The staff are wonderful and love their charges as much as us owners. I love the daily videos that give us a daily "check-in" on our babies. And they are very communicative should anything seem off with our pups. My dogs are always so happy to get there and tuckered out when they get home from all the playtime with their friends. We recommend Hounds Town, Smyrna to any of our friends that ask where to take their dogs. And I just can't say enough positive things about the staff. They are just amazing. We consider ourselves blessed to have found them.

We LOVE our Houndstown Smyrna staff, they always take great care of our girl, Sky! She enjoys her play days at daycare but nothing beats her spa bath, facial, nail care and grooming services with Courtney! Highly recommend them for ALL their services.

Our golden doodle, Charlie, absolutely loves seeing his favorite groomer here at HT Smyrna! Courtney always greets him with cuddles and treats, and the love never stops til the moment he walks out the door! You will always go home a happy customer, with a happy fur baby, when grooming here!

This is bit further from us but my dog had an excellent time!! He was so tired and sounds like he had so much fun while we were on vacation. I also really appreciate that when my dog would do something that he shouldn't that instead they would just let him go back to his room, nap and still let him play with the other dogs. He's a black lab, has tons of energy and sometimes likes to get on the dogs back (neutered). Ty so much guys. He's coming here a lot more often especially since it's a lot smaller and He's not having to be around 50+ dogs.

Hounds Town provided an incredible boarding experience for our puppy! The entire staff was incredibly wonderful, especially Courtney who went above and beyond to ensure our pup was happy during her first daycare/boarding experience. We would absolutely recommend Hounds Town to anyone and will be utilizing them for all of our future daycare and boarding needs.

Hounds Town has been a great fit for our high energy dog. They post lots of videos and Daisy is always playing and romping with the other dogs. She comes home very tired. They do a great job grooming her also. Whenever I say “are you ready to go to HoundsTown? Daisy run to the door and starts jumping up and down. All of the care givers there are so good to her. Daisy and I highly recommend Hounds Town!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love Hounds Town Smyrna! We have used them for both Daycare and overnight stays. Each time we are greeted by the oh so friendly staff, and they always do such a great job taking care of our dog. We will continue to use their services, anytime we need dog care. Highly recommended!

Everything goes great with our Maggie when she boards at Hounds Town. The only thing I wish they would do is post more pictures of our dogs playing or I wish there was some kind of a webcam that we were able to see our dog in the kennel that they stay in.

Let me start off by saying I am very complicated to please. When it comes to my two fur babies I want the best of the best for them always no matter the cost. Hounds Town Smyrna was exactly that, the best of the best. My pups were so happy there and my shy girl, Stella who always hates doggy day care did amazing and cane back happy as well! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

The staff at Houndtown are the best! They love all the babies that come in there and as just as excited to see the dogs as the dog are to see them! Great communication between staff and dog parents when needed! Our Dane LOVES to go to “school” and gets so excited when we pull in the parking lot. Their party days are so fun! And love being able to see my baby play on the Facebook page. I recommend them often!

They overfed my dog while she was boarding for 8 days then tried to blame it on me and told me to bring more food or they would charge extra to give food they provided. I was out of the country and had to have someone drive two hours to bring her extra food so that my dog wouldn’t have to eat food she wasn’t familiar with. I had left explicit instructions on each individual ziploc bag containing the exact amount of food my dog needed and they completely ignored the instructions and fed her twice the amount she needed. I made the mistake of bringing her back for one night of boarding a few weeks later. I was late getting her by five minutes and they wouldn’t release her to me. I had never been late before. I asked to just pay for an extra night and go ahead and take her and they said no. She didn’t have enough food because I packed for one night. They said she didn’t eat all from the night before so they would “give her what’s left”. I told them my husband wouldn’t be able to pick up til 5pm the next day and asked if that would be an additional fee on top of the extra night they were making me pay. They told me no then charged my card they had on file the next day an additional fee and wouldn’t even let me dispute it. The exact words I got when explaining all of this to them was “I don’t remember saying that” and “I wasn’t aware of that”. My dog was held hostage and we ultimately paid extra for it. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I am so happy with my first experience with Hounds Town. My dog is a rescue and is very timid and shy, but she is very sweet and desperate for play time! They got her right in and she met all kinds of new friends and soon warmed up. We will definitely be back soon!

Thorough evaluation and introduction to Houndstown! The people were so friendly and it was easy to see the dogs are treated like family. Glad our pup has a place to play and stay!

I was very nervous about bringing my 1-year old 100 pound puppy to a new daycare, however after reading the reviews I decided to give this place a try. After 2 boarding experiences and some days at daycare I can say I’ve never experienced such amazing service from a dog care facility! My dog always comes home tired (but so happy) and the staff always greets him by name and seems excited to see him when he arrives. They separate dogs based on weight and energy level and do temperament evaluations before allowing dogs in the playrooms so I know that my energetic puppy is having a great and safe time playing with other dogs and staff that truly enjoy him! My favorite part about this place is that while most places only allow dogs to play for an hour or two per day at daycare, houndstown is the opposite, allowing dogs to play all day and then having a break for “nap time” in the middle of the day. Cannot recommend more!

My fur baby LOVES, LOVES, LOVES Hounds Town Smyrna! She almost does back flips when I tell her she's going there for the day! It's her "Cheers" where everyone knows her name and she knows everyone. We enjoy both daycare and boarding.
