The employees are always very helpful and greet you when you come in. They all seem to like their job. They only problems that I see is that they need a person that just does nothing but stock. There is always noted carts sitting around that need to be on the shelves. It is impossible to think a person at checkout we'll have time to do any of that. Overall I like the store and the people.

I have to say this is one of my favorite Dollar Generals. I had an issue a few years back with an employee but she's no longer there. The DM fixed the issue and I am highly satisfied! Love the new store! Except my phone loses reception the further in the store I go. That's my only complaint. and it happens at other Dollar generals too so I don't know what it is.

The store is sometimes crowded with the stock from the truck orders but I still love this store. It's easy to find what you need and the cashier's there make it a point to try to get to know their usual customers so if you need help please don't hesitate to ask. They are very friendly.

This is without a doubt the worse Dollar General that is open for business. If I can, I will edit this post later with pictures. This store is like trying to get through a hoarders living room. You can barely walk in the store and the aisles and shelves are in a terrible mess. I don't think anyone every sweeps or cleans anything here. There are miscellaneous items on the shelves on EVERY aisle. We were looking for small baby toys and there was no rhyme or reason. Every aisle is that way. A dirty, jumbled, confusing mess. I will not be going back to this particular Dollar General.

Well stocked with a huge array of products. The narrow aisles with stuff stacked high are claustrophobic. Employees always ready to help, except when you’re trying to check out.

I've had to change my review because this store has recently been through the reset 3 months ago and already you can't get down the isles again due to the carts with new stock sitting in every isle. Me being a disabled person, has trouble getting down the isles without these carts but when you need a specific item and these carts are in it makes it impossible for me to get what I need. I actually had to ask a stranger if the minded getting the item for me. Not cool at all. I am constantly telling the clerks this and am told that they just don't have the help. Well that's not an excuse in my book and after my visit last night I'm firstly calling my attorney to talk to him regarding a discrimination suit against them through the people's with disabilities act. This could very well be a class action suit! I'm not an attorney so I don't know. I do know that I Will not go back into this store and ask all people to do the same. I have pictures to show that every isle and endcap where partially blocked. This is unacceptable Dollar General!

This place is a health hazard, and not only because they seem to be making no efforts towards covid-19 prevention (no masks whatsoever and nothing felt sanitary.) I had items falling on me going down the aisles because things were stacked in the floor, randomly, not because they were stocking it. My cart stopped moving several times because junk was getting caught up in the wheels, broken glass and plastic included. They didn't seem understocked just not at all put together. The few items I did find that I needed had no prices. I just left. I am not a Karen but I kind of draw the line at items falling on me lol

First and foremost the cashiers here are always super nice. That being said, it is pretty easy to find almost anything you need here. Sometimes it's a bit disheveled, bit I blame that on careless customers, not the staff. Great prices. Wide variety. I shop here all the time.

Horrible place to shop (this location specifically, not DG as a whole) may be due to short/tired staff but going in there made my blood pressure rise. You can't walk down the aisles with a cart comfortably, you can hardly get around anything... the bathroom was disgusting, there was urine and feces all over the toilet and there was no trash can in the bathroom. Floor was a mess, things were strewn everywhere... I can tell the crew attempted to recover the store but the vast majority of the aisles were in disarray. The shopping carts had trash in them and I had to take out someone's old Burger King garbage to use the first cart.. I finally left the store without buying anything and had a sigh of relief the second I entered Food Lion.

Too much trouble finding items from carts of items needing put on shelves. Cannot get to anything you want. Employees are never visable when you go into stores. Some are sitting in the office conversing. Always complaining about their jobs on the phone or talking to friends at the register. No one acknowledges you or ask if you need assistance. This is every store I've shopped at in the Murfreesboro Smyrna area

My husband came in tonight to find some medicine for our sick daughter. MELO was such a blessing!! He helped my husband figure out which one was the best option and for the best price! Many times we have come in to the store and been disappointed with the customer service we have received, so thank you MELO for going above and beyond!

Their laundry PPP product prices are much lower than Walmart's! I am disappointed that they seldom have the good $1&$2 DVDs' that they used to...when they DO have them, they park them right at the end of the checkout lanes!! This seems to make other customers glare as though I had made the decision to place them there 😕

My local store is aways clean and orderly, with inventory that is easy to find and priced at a real value. The cheerful nature of the employees always makes visiting something that I get to do, rather than have to do.

Store is a mess! Cashier guy was really nice and fixed a price that rang up high with no problem but geeze the shelves are in chaos even first thing in the morning.

Update..had bad experience at Almaville location..District Manager Amanda addressed issues..Today returned my business to 11479 Old Nv Highway and was respectfully taken care of by Corisha Manager..wish all DG Mgrs were like her...this will be my Go To DG Store..thanks..in and out time maybe 20 minutes but most of that time I was shopping...Thx Again.

Store has very tight aisle, almost impossible to pass someone in an aisle. Lines can get long but usually move pretty fast.

The store was junked up-hard to maneuver around and was overly crowded. Also, there was ONE girl checking out and it took me about 15 minutes of waiting to get my one item checked and paid for. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Wish they had a public bathroom. Their prices are sometimes higher than Food Lion. Example..Food Lion sells wheat bread for $0.77 , Dollar Store's cheapest is $1.25..I may just stop going there.

My local Dollar General store. There are some things that you just have to go here for. Cleaning supplies especially. Mean Green is a great cleaner.
