Dublin VA Walmart pick up is my absolute favorite.. I drive for spark and this Walmart has the most knowledgeable associates than the other two Walmarts in the area.. they are always kind to me and help me any way they can!! Also they have became my friends which I needed.. so a huge shout out to Nike who would make an awesome department lead for pick up thank u for all the help and having my back. Thanks to Ashley and her sister for always being kind and putting a smile on my face. Thanks to the two dudes that work bck there long hair and baby face.. just thank u guys y'all dnt kmw how much I appreciate u guys..

Well run operation, good level of stock, you can find pretty much everything you need. The staff were polite professional and efficient. Serving a small town population and county they score pretty well for taking care of customers

Update:Today's visit was much better and not only did they have all items wr needed but also seemed to have much more of a variety of gluten free stuff. 👍🏼Had variety of items to get and the lines were not too terribly long. However, as of late they just seem to be out of so many things that it was harder to go to just one place and get everything for a meal. 🙄Hopefully will get back to normal soon.

They allow people to bring pets into the store. Last week there was a dog dedicating in the vegetable section and tonight there were 2 small dogs running loose with a couple. Pets should not be allowed in stores unless they are licensed support dogs.

Smithville Walmart isn't the greatest of Walmarts, but not the worst either. Sometimes the store is hard to navigate because of all the freight in the way because someone is going to be stocking shelves. I wish they stocked at night like other stores do because this makes it hard for some shoppers like myself that are handicapped to navigate. And sometimes what I need is completely blocked by the carts of stock and there isn't anyone around that I can find to help me get the items I need. The cashiers and pharmacy workers and some of the floor staff are very nice and friendly.

Smithville walmart needs to start stocking shelf’s n coolers after hours again.. it is very aggravating when I can’t get down the aisle because of stock in the floors.. There needs to be either more cashiers working or more self check out machines added.

The employees aren't the friendliest in the world. One guy walked right out in front of my husband and never said a word just tried to give him a hard look so my husband had a few words for him. He never did apologize or anything just walked off. Then I needed a price check in the toys and after I tracked down a guy he told me I could check it myself on the app. Which I had already tried to do and it kept saying item not found. But he scanned it told me the price and turned around and walked away. I thought he was kinda rude.

I frequently use the curbside grocery pickup at the Smithville Tn location, and extremely satisfied! Wait time is minimum, substitutions have been to my satisfaction, and the produce has always exceeded my expectations, actually it's best I've ever seen on any Walmart display, I'm assuming they pull from their stockroom. Highly recommend this service!

The Smithville Walmart is really handy for me . Over all they have a good staff. They do have a major problem with pricing signs being incorrect. It's really annoying to check the shelf price then be charged more at the checkout. This goes for many items throughout the store . Some items checkout incorrectly for weeks.

The auto center was so helpful. We had a flat tire that needed repair. They could not fix it because it was dry rotted. We plugged it ourselves but they helped us make sure the tire was holding air so we could use it as a spare if needed.

This store is going down hill, they close at 11 but when a guy was there 15 mins till 11 some girls that worked there stopped him and another person from going in, the dude needed baby formula. Then the had the audacity to dare them to call corporate.

This WM has possibly the worst front end layout I've seen. It's so crowded and lines back up into the isle with people blocking the way. With a full cart you've got to do some careful driving.

This store is convenient to my house...thats about it. It's grossly understocked and very dirty. The self check outs are at the only entrance/exit to the entire store, so it's a cluster all of the time. There are only 4 self registers. People are jam packed over there. The carts are also here so it creates this frustration of having to get though people waiting to check out to get a cart to shop then stand in a crowd to wait for a self check out register. There are a few regular check out lanes but just like any other Wal-Mart, there are only 1 or 2 open. That's why everyone piles up at the self checkouts.

Firstly, I was very impressed with the Outgoing Attitudes in the Store this evening. The Staff was commonly helpful and Corporately Professional in every aspect... even though they were extremely busy with many customers earlier.My two new tires on the road really have comforted me, beyond compare... This is the only bad experience I've had here in 3 years. I understand being short staffed, but catching an attitude isn't necessary. Really petty, but we got a clearance item that was priced on the front at the marked down price. When she scanned it, it rang up regular and I brought it to her attention that it scanned wrong. After scanning the original cost baroda 3x, she said "well do you want them or not?" My husband went ahead and got the item at full cost. I was not happy with the attitude she had. Had I been by myself, I would have left the entire cart and walked out.
