Update: once I was finally able to reach them, they did send me a certified check so all is well now.OK, I just got a bounced check notification from them and I cannot contact them until Saturday (they don't answer their phone) I am not currently very happy with them. They were nice when I was there but if they bounce checks that is bad, now I am also out the bounced check fee!
