Kim Agee was absolutely very verbally rude to me during my visit this morning. I was only trying to figure out the coffee machine and the type of roast I needed . I did leave a spot or two maybe 3 of coffee on the counter in which she was talking very unprofessionally about me to a fellow employee Y. S. I overheard it because as she was talking loudly I couldn’t t help from Hearing how I had made just such a mess and left it …. Well I apologize, I was gonna wipe it up when I was finished but,I was literally still standing there making coffee . In closing - I cleaned up my mess because I am CERTAIN they don’t pay Kim enough to do that so it was takenCare of . I never expected anyone to clean behind me to begin with . Had I have left and not cleaned up after myself - the comment would have been warranted. I also heard her behind the counter doing what a Typical mouthy person does when employees are feeding them ( mgrs)info that I brought to the employees attention earlier when I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine . So , I spoke in a tone where Manager Kim could hear me say that I had no intention of leaving a few small spots for her to wipe up as I’m CERTAIN she don’t get paid enough to do . If I could give 5 NEGATIVE stars ⭐️ for a rating I would . I forgot how these small minded petty people are .Geez …… Kim Agee I hope that you have a better day . Have a ☕️ on me ! Maybe tomorrow will be better for ya ! Toodles ! Go next door - Biz is much friendlier! That’s my point for today ⭐️👍

I went through the drive-thru and purchased several items of which one was a chocolate milk It was expired I called the store to ask if they would exchange it they told me no that I would have to talk to someone else they were not much help in short if you plan on buying products here check if they're in date It does not seem like anyone here is willing to fix this I put no blame on kitchen staff biscuits and sandwiches are amazing typically I receive great service but in this instance I am upset I frequent this establishment and Am appalled at the service I have received this time

Incredibly rude staff. After waiting with no one around, a line piling up in the store and cars waiting in the drive thru, I asked for some assistance and she became very snarky and aggravated that we had to ask for help while there were four associates in the store.

The only place open late and it’s went downhill. You try to call in food and you hear them laughing saying they aren’t making it and then someone gets on the phone and says “we don’t have any” because they don’t want to work. Thank god we are getting a new gas station. I won’t step foot back in here.

DeKalb Market has the best staff, cleanest facilities and reasonable prices that one's come to expect, but it's not just a gas station for fishermen to feel up the boat and get ice for the cooler before heading out on the lake, one can get a country cooked plate lunch for extremely reasonable prices. Country breakfast is served early and throughout the morning, in addition to chicken and pizzas which almost every quick stop have.

This is one of Smithville Dekalb County's best little breakfast secrets. You can dine in real bacon eggs cooked to order great gravy and biscuits great portions not to mention all the other yummy stuff I haven't tried very affordable.

Went in there Saturday night waited 10 min with nobody in line and then his cash register froze up. Last few times that I have been in there it is always someone new and there is always a problem. It's super high compared to other local stores. Will spend my money else where.

DeKalb Market is a joke.The place is so nasty I wouldn’t even feed my dog any food from there.The workers are very rude and unprofessional.They leave u just sitting at the drive thru and won’t even wait on you.Its nothing like when Glenda owned it.I will never go back again.
