This is a great neighborhood ace location, and most of the staff really know what they are talking about! In the spring - fall they have some great flowers at great prices! This location has a pretty nice selection of any hardware etc. for being a smaller place. I know someone that works there and they said that management treated them well too! My only reason for deducting a star would be for the barely more expensive prices, but this is pretty typical with it being the only ace for miles. Overall worth buying from here!

Me and my girl (K-9 Ostara441, she loves the treats and attention) absolutely loved this place and we will drive a 1/2 an hour out of our way so we can interact with the very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They always have exactly what I need or they can give me a great recommendation.Very patient with us when we tried 14 different color paints for the extrior of our home. Thank you all.

Great stop for most of your home improvement projects. They typically have good prices and they will price match with other stores if you happen to find something cheaper elsewhere. Customer service is always very good as there is nearly always someone available to answer a question or give a suggestion.

Love this store!! They have a wonderful section at the front with all kinds of soaps, cute towels, fun things if you need a gift, including the greeting card and a gift bag. They also have a garden center and the employees are really nice people.

It's okay. The employees are hit and miss as far as helpfulness, kindness, and product knowledge. I've had more than my fair share of frustration here, in just a few years. Prices are higher than other places, but convenience generally offsets that. Our family personally likes the Ace in Red Bank better.

For locals this is our only hardware store. I love their boutique items & locals support. They have gardening & lawn supplies to propane to hardware and seasonal. Always friendly but we pay a premium to shop here vs off the mtn.

Great place to pull in get what you are wanting and get out. Everytime I’ve been there it’s to get bags of mulch or potting dirt for my flower bed and small vegetable garden. I always have someone that asks me if they can help me and get what I am asking for. Very polite and professional and I find beautiful flowers there to plant each year. Ace is the place to go ! Check out the Store because they also carry Myers cleaning and Soap products.

Helpful friendly staff with a surprisingly very selection of goods and services. You can get your chicken feed, your paint, your tools, your plants, your straw, and much more at this locally owned establishment. I also think that this establishment sponsors very wonderful community things in our neighborhood. They are a resource and asset for signal mountain. I'm glad we live so close and can get what we need from this Ace hardware.

I remember now I havebeen here, my daughter lives in Chattanooga Tennessee so this place is like the other places and people around that area it's a GREAT place to visit. I went to shop here to pick up something quick my daughter when we were in town on top of signal mountain in Chattanooga Tennessee the people and service was like shopping at Grandpa's store. 👍👍 P. S. At first I thought this was the hardware store in Monticello MS , take my word for it STAY AWAY FROM THAT ONE .

While I appreciate the convenience, Ace is always overpriced. They're merch prices are sometimes 3X over Walmart, Home Depot or even Lowe's. I'd rather drive the distance to the other stores.

New to the Mountain Myself, the Folks I've Worked for... Well We Went from Lake People to Mountain Folk a little over a month ago with the sell of the Lake home to the purchase of the Mountain home. Been quite a number of years (25) since I've lived on two different mountains( Lookout and Sand). When you live on the mountain you don't have to run up and down daily. See I live in East Ridge and i go up and later down and everything is ok till the dreaded I-24 on the way home. These folks at this Ace Location Are Friendly and Helpful and will undoubtedly get used to seeing me.. Still love my East Ridge Location the Best.. There's No Place Like Home!!!

Love Elders Ace in Walden. Small store from the outside, but packed with things we all need. Service is awesome (thank you Kyle!) So handy to have on Signal Mtn when roads are dangerous or closed.

Was disappointed that there's no real indoor plant selection. May be different in the spring; however, compared to the Cleveland location and some other locations in Chattanooga, I was surprised to find only a small rack of about 10 small plants. Being right outside a nursery I assumed they would've been competing for some business. To be fair, I didn't check out much of anything else in the store, as I was just there for some small plant nippers (which i didn't find) and indoor plants

They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I always call or visit first before heading off the mountain. If they don't have what you're looking for they're happy to order it for you or offer an alternative.
