My family is extremely pleased with the CVS on Signal Mountain in TN, because the store is always clean and the staff is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. We always get the help that we need in a timely manner with a lot of loving care. We are so relieved and happy to be able to have access to this CVS on the mountain, which is so close to our home. This convenience has made our life so much easier. We think everyone at CVS from the bottom of our hearts.

Been there in the past and had a good experience. This morning however, trying to get refills for my daughters medication and the rude woman I spoke to told me she must be out of refills. I informed her that I was looking at the medicine bottle and she actually has 3 refills left she then tried to tell me that it must be expired then. I told her the date the refills expire which wouldn’t be until next year. She was very rude and told me that they were very busy but she would see what she could do and it might be refilled this afternoon. I asked to her if they could call me to let me know If they are getting refilled so I could pick it up and she told me again they are very busy so they couldn’t call. What the hell kind of customer service is this?

We use CVS for our pharmacy. Have never had a problem. Prices are CVS prices. Staff has always been kind.
