I called for an emergency and they got my fur child right in that afternoon.. Great customer service from the ladies I spoke with on the phone.. The tech and veternarian very friendly, listen to concerns and great manner with my furry baby.. He’s not happy in the cone.. but most appreciative of the great care he received from everyone..And resting comfortably this afternoon..

We love the folks at AHSM and drive 45 minutes to get there. Everyone here cares about our pet, realizes they are part of our family and treats them that way. They listen to our concerns and observations. They take the time to explain what is going on and answer any questions we have. They make sure that we understand our options for treatment. Medical care is top-notch and follow up is wonderful.

Relocating to the area and referred by a family member to AHSM, I enjoyed the professionalism of the staff and appreciated the care given to my sweet pup. She usually gets anxiety at the vet but the whole team made our family welcomed and supported. Businesses like this help in the relocation process by helping new residents feel at home.

We have been using Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain since we moved to TN and have always received the best care for our cats and dog. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Appointments are easy to schedule, and our pets can usually be seen the same day that we call. Additionally, all of the veterinarians in the practice take excellent care of our fur babies; we would not trust anyone else with their often complex care. AHSM is the BEST!

We felt in good hands with the vet and staff. They did a great job of taking care of our dog Teddy. They also helped answer all of the questions that I had in treating his cauliflower ear. Everyone was very friendly and sweet to our dog. This is our vet from now on.

I called Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain early in the morning because my kitty Felix was having significant trouble! The receptionists were calm and helpful! They let me bring him in and treated him very gently and lovingly (Even though he was grumpy about the whole situation!). They explain everything thoroughly before taking action and give owners choices! I always feel so supported when I bring my babies here (my older cat Louis is also one of their patients). I definitely recommend this place!

The doctors and staff at AHSM are stellar. They have given us consistently wonderful care, whether our pets are in for a simple well-pet visit or dealing with more serious issues. We couldn't ask for more caring professionals to look after the health of our precious pets.

Poor experienceReply to Kelly:There have been several incidences, but I will start with the latest.A week from last Saturday got a voice mail to discuss the imaging/recommendations for my cat. Settled on a phone consult the following Monday at 1:00PM. No call. Texted back that we could reschedule if there was an emergency. No reply to my text.Called later that week and the receptionist said a call was made and a voice mail left at the appointed time. I checked again - there was no voice mail on Monday. "Well there must be something wrong with your phone". No your voice mail was received on Saturday. My phone works.After the rescheduled consult (10 minutes at $63). I agreed to a daily oral medical treatment. Went to pick it up and nobody knew where it was. Something that should have taken 2 minutes took 10-15 minutes. The problem was the person responsible for getting the oral treatment left it on her desk and went to lunch without a mention to the front desk. I can only assume the correct medicine was given to me as my cat seems to have improved.If this was the only incident, it could be forgiven. Everybody has a bad week, but from my experience with SMAH such confusion is the norm at your office. If you want more examples give me a call.I have noticed the constant turnover on your front desk, leading me to believe there are problems in your office.It is a sincere hope on my part that you take the above as constructive criticism.Greg

I brought my elderly diabetic cat for euthanasia. She had never been seen by the vets here, as I was changing clinics and wanted to start using Animal Hospital. These people were the most caring, sympathetic and loving during a difficult time. Needless to say, we were a mess and they were so caring and patient. We even received a sympathy card signed by the whole staff. I definitely made the right decision to change.

Everyone is so kind and caring. When I moved to the area 17 years ago I was lucky to find this place. They have been a Godsend for me and my dogs over the years. We just moved to the mountain from Texas. Our English bulldog became ill suddenly. Dr Cornman and the staff provided exceptional care. We are very impressed with their diligence and genuine care for our dogs. After 18 years of moving with dogs across the country, it is refreshing to have such a great vet! Thank you!

A huge thanks to all the workers at Signal Mountain animals clinic!!! I was told of a lady who had I puppy that had cancer and she requested prayer for her puppy and was healed by gone and now it's totally cancer free So Sarah and I are believing for this diabetes to be healed and never to come back to God be the Glory for it all!!! Yes God still works miracles!!!!!!! And a big thank you to the person that called in and helped us with Sarah's bill Words cannot Begin to frame What it meant to usThat is Sarah and IGod-bless you and my his face shineupon you and give you Peace Shalom!!!!!!!

Always so good with my pup. He is a bit skittish at the vet, hides behind me cause he is a big old baby, but they are always so sweet and patient with him. I sometimes ask a million questions and often sometimes the same question over and over. The staff is just as patient with me as they are my pup!

I am new to the area and this is my first time using this animal hospital. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment same day and due to my pet's urgent condition they were able to get my dog in for same day surgery. Definitely recommend!

Audrey was wonderful scheduling my grooming and vet appointments. She placed us in an exam room to talk to the groomer and tech when we arrived. Nicole was the tech and I signed the release to do his annual. Emily the groomer came in and went over his haircut details. Oli loves Emily she’s been his groomer for 2 years. I received a phone call from Dr. Kincannon when his services were completed. She went over his exam and vaccines and he got an excellent report. I picked him up and he looked great with his new haircut! Keep up the good work! ❤️❤️

I would highly recommend Signal Mountain Animal Hospital. My little chihuahua, Cooper, went to two different places to treat his heart worms and we were told there’s nothing more to do for him. Signal Mountain Animal Hospital gave us an affordable treatment plan and we just found out he is negative for heart worms!!! Their staff is wonderful and have always made us feel comfortable and safe leaving our dog for treatment. Thank you for consistently taking care of our little guy! ❤️
