We were in the Shelbyville TN, TSC on the 23rd, trying to find a few different things in different areas of the store. A girl named Brie was over the top on customer service. She knew about everything in all areas of the store and was on spot with any questions we had ( whether it be cat food, calendars, wire cutters, bird feeders, bit sets or blue jeans) We totally recommend asking for Brie if you need any help whatsoever. Thanks Brie!! (and my daughter in law loved the calendar you help pick out too!)

Went to TSC to get a Christmas tree. Went in to ask the cashier if they wrapped the trees for easier transport. She put her finger up to her ear and said, "I am sorry, can you repeat that? I am not from around here, and I couldn't understand your Southern twang. HOW RUDE!!! I know her name and contacted customer service and had no one respond back to me!! TSC, is it okay to let your employees talk to your customers like this?

I have had a subscription for dog food for quite awhile. EVERY SINGLE TIME, the order is not fulfilled due to “product unavailable”. If this is a recurring subscription, why can’t the product be shipped to the store?Today, I went to pick up my order from the store. The guy brought it out. The manager chased him out of the store and claimed my purchase was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the order in time. However, for some of the items, it was cancelled because the item was unavailable. On the others, I had until 10/5 to pick up. Absolutely disgusted in this program and no longer will be purchasing ANYTHING from the Shelbyville TSC. I have reached out to cooperate.

I stopped in this store yesterday for some last minute gifts. I'm a thrifty shopper and I always watch what I'm being charged. I had 3 or 4 items from a 40% off LOWEST MARKED PRICE shelf including a pumpkin candle with a $7.50 price tag. I also had a cap with a regular price of $25 that rang up $30.. None of the 40% off items rang up correctly and at first they refused to give me 40% off the $7.50 candle. The cashier and another employee/cashier/manager? were very frustrated with me for correcting them on the prices!! If you don't wanna sell your items for a discounted price. DON'T put up a sign. I'm sure you make tons.of money off people who don't pay attention to what they are being charged!! This is sad..because otherwise..LOVE the store! Not the ONLY TSC with this problem!!

Have to say that this store has done a 360 from a few years ago, the service from the staff is now amazing and they are carrying a great selection of horse feeds that many other TSC are not carrying. Very pleased every time I shop now.

Pet friendly. We went there to pick up a dog grooming brush, collar, and toys for our new addition. The employees were friendly and helped us find what we needed. Our two dogs were welcome as well.

The store is clean about 95% of the time. The employees are usually very helpful. I’m greeted every time I walk in. The manager has been very nice & helpful when I needed further assistance. The bathrooms are always clean. And I love that I can bring my dog in. Every time I bring my dog they are very nice & love on him.

We love Tractor Supply. Today the item we got did not ring up as listed on the display. We were at the self checkout and notified the employee. She checked the display and quickly changed the price to what was advertised. Thanks!

I didn't go there today but it is one of my go to places for fence posts, clothes for yard work, pet supplies, and yard decorations. I love this place. Some of the friendliest staff that always help me find what I am looking for. They don't sell extra batteries for their cordless weed eaters.

Great employees, super clean. They were super helpful when I asked for help. The cashier was super nice helping me because I had my hands full with a puppy. She even offered to push my cart out to my car for me. Great place to shop.

I was able to find exactly what I needed, but the customer service experience was not so great. I was second in line, and the cashier (Tatum) had to wait for an override. I had no problem with that. I did have an issue with the cashier (brown haired girl) who was working next to Tatum, not having anyone in line, looking at me, and didn't offer to check me out in her line. Other customers began walking up to check out, and the other cashier gladly told them she would get them in her line. I asked for the manager on duty(dark haired younger guy) and shared with him what occurred. He apologized, but the apology did not change what happened. I could have spent money anywhere, but chose Tractor Supply. I'm now second guessing my choice.

Store looked like it had been hit by a tornado, could not find a employee on the sales floor to help with anything. But you could hear them in the back laughing acting like they was at a party.When they did come out from the back they did not wanna help and if you asked them a question the only answer a person could get was i dont know or we dont have any in the backroom.They need more training or be fired. There was one girl that talked about some of the customers,not good for business at all. When Donnie Smith was the store manager the store was always clean floors swept and always answered any questions and helped out unlike the ones that are there now. They are rude i will not suggest Tractor Supply to anyone.

Very friendly staff, great products, fast service. I went in for hardware and all the bins are clearly labeled and in the correct spots. I like how they dont have individual bar codes for the hardware. They have a generic barcode and sell by the pound. It's very convenient not to have a price every time you check out.

Me and my wife were in this tractor supply up in Shelbyville Tennessee, we are out of the Tampa area Florida and we are moving up in that area.and we are without doubt a static about having a tractor supply about 5 miles from where we're moving to. We absolutely love shopping at tractor supply. So great job tractor supply keep it going and the folks in there were so friendly.

Nearly an hr before close they deny me a refill of propane if the store is open and offer a service they should fulfill there commitment to there customers. I'll start going to a gas company now for my service. Shame on them.

Horrendous experience. Customer service is a complete joke and refuses to help. The man with the white beard tells my husband he can't hear and don't know what he's saying, umm...why is he working there if he can't perform basic customer service duties? He literally just walked away when my husband had to fetch him multiple times because there was no one else. We get it, you don't care about your customers. Also, heard the employees make some racist comments about other customers...no class whatsoever.

Great place to go for pet supplies, farm animal supplies, clothes, and they also have gifts especially at Christmas. Not to mention all kinds of tools. There's even stuff for kids such as clothes and toys. It's also pet friendly

This place has no customer service. When in to get a lawn mower belt. Ask for some help and waited for a bit. Finally another customer came over to help me. Said I don't work here but maybe I can help you. We could not find what I was needing. So when did it become our place to do the employees job.

I had them help load my 2 bags of puppy food because medically I am not suppose to lift. Got home and 1 bag was ripped open. When my neighbor picked it up for me it just poured out on the ground. The bags did not have any holes in them when I got them. Thanks but dog and puppy food cost so much to feed them good food I hate for it to spill out on the ground.
