Friendly's staff always offers to place your stuff on the counter so you don't have to carry it around or offer you a buggy so you can keep up with how much you spending good selection of stuff always good clearance stuff one of dogs favorite stores. Wonderful place

Bought a bearded dragon two weeks ago from the shelbyville store and he wouldnt eat and i woke this.morning to my.little guy being dead it was a xmas gift for my three daughters i did everutjing the guy told me to do calcium on the crickets the specail water they need fruits he just wouldnt eat and now im out of $200 for the cage and all

Upon entering the front doors of the store, we noticed how quiet the place seemed with no shoppers and one guy behind the register talking on his cell phone. We preceded to shop around as we were looking for something that might help one of our cats that we believe is a tooth or gum infection. We did notice there was two people in the grooming area the was grooming a dog. We searched the isles to no avail and started up front to ask when the cashier got another phone call. We decided we combed the place pretty we and there was nothing we found to purchase, so we left. We were never greeted nor spoken to upon leaving and many shelves were empty.Shelbyville, TN 37160Reviewed December 15, 2022

Sorry to say we are loosing one of the best groomers due to an arrogant boss.She stayed when everyone had quit.She worked from open to close and 6 days a week to make her customers happy. She asked to go to part time and they said no. Choose here or somewhere else. How do you treat dog if employees are treated this way?

I take my Louie here for grooming, everyone in the the Grooming dept. Is amazing but Louie's favorite person is Kim. She is a fabulous groomer and taking Louie to her, I know he is going to get the best grooming possible. I have read the reviews and some were saying it's expensive but let me tell you when it comes to grooming, you get what you pay for and Kim is worth every penny in my honest opinion. As long as Kim works for Petsense , Louie will never go anywhere else.

They are very friendly, professional and they make you feel like home they treat your pet like there own. I took mine and he came out brand new looking so handsome the groomer was very nice . Great place.

Kim is the best groomer possible. My dog is a menace when it comes to getting his nails cut, and I have never been able to do them myself. I started bringing him here about two years ago and it was the best decision. She is so kind and patient with him, and he knows her now well enough to understand she won't hurt him. She gets them done in barely two minutes, and he feels so much better after with short nails. She is the only groomer I trust with him now.

This store is great my husband and i came here for the first time us being animal lovers and having a great dog we came here to get some stuff for her. employees are great and so helpful! i love the fact that at check out they give us the option of donating dog food to the animal shelter here in Shelbyville which i absolutely did! Lucas was amazing he answered any questions my husband and i had and was professional at checkout thank you so much Lucas! :) we are so glad there us a decent goo pet store here in town now we don't have to drive all the way to Murfreesboro for our dog's stuff. i hope this store stays open for a long time

I brought my new cat here and showed one of the workers what was wrong with my cat and they was able to pick out the best spray without any hesitation, I will definitely be going here more often and I highly recommend others do as well.

I am giving 4 stars only because there were no clean towels in the pet wash station. Thankfully it was warm outside and i had a clean blanket to help dry him off when we were done. It is very clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. We will be going back bc we bought a wash card, but i will bring my own towels just in case they have no clean towels.

I love the Shelbyville Tennessee store one of the employees go out of the way to help us. Michael helps us out and knows us buy the Spider and beaded dragon people. Thank you for always helping us out

I don't recommend having your dog groomed here if you don't want to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment and then over 4 hours for it it to be done on that day. Yes my appointment was at 11am and the dog was not groomed at 3pm. I thought it was odd when she said it would take 3-4 hours when I dropped her off anyway since my appointment was at 11am. People are busy and don't have time for that mess. Save yourself a headache.

We like going to petsense in Shelbyville. We have 2 puppies. So its not easy to find a good groomer. So far we are very happy with how are doggies look and are treated. Everyone is very nice. And the store is very well stocked and clean

It takes forever to get an appointment! When I made the appointment I was asked if my dog was up-to-date on her shots, I said yes. No one told me I had to bring the paperwork in - they wanted me to reschedule. No way - I will be taking my dog elsewhere!

I wish I Could Give A Better Review But I Cant! The Manger TERRI Is Always Following me And my husband around the store givin There is 200 Cameras In The Store😂 Than When I Asked Her She acted like she had no idea what I was talking about! My Husband And I Are always respectful and she just racial profiles everytime, I come in like every 2 days. I love The other employees but i try to never come in when she is working!!

The groomer was out sick. A employee; I don't know who she was, told me there was someone in the salon that could give my dog a bath and a nail trim. My dog was still damp when I came to pick her up. The bather said "she kept sitting down" when I asked why she was damp. She did offer to put her back under the dryer but I declined(she didn't know what to do if my dog sat down again).After that disappointment I was ready to go. 2 Stars for the damp dog and 5 STARS FOR MY DOGS' BEAUTIFUL FUR 3 weeks after the visit. The cashier was friendly; she explained the de-shedding cost and what it involves. I found another groomer since the store personnel doesn't know if they will hire another groomer.

Love my dog. Petsense helps me take good care of him , thumbs up. They have a program that gives supplies to Shelbyvilles pounds. I urge you to purchase products in there store for this purpose. Great store

Came in to buy a laser pointer for our cat... Bot only were the employees discussing inappropriate work topics and sitting cross legged but when we walked up to the counter we asked if it was the right side to checkout. We were unsure due to the Sonic take-out scattered all over the checkout counter. The older lady said “no” in an unfriendly voice so we awkwardly stood there as she didn’t direct us to the right side. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
