No matter how many people are at work in this store I’ve only had any help from 2 people at anytime I go. The ladies in the front are nice but other than Ty and the older , thin gentleman that I see on the weekends a lot, I get absolutely no help! Stopped today for boltsto fix the side by side. Young man said he was getting a fender and would be right back, but never returned. Same reason we just bought a new lawn mower from a different tractor supply

I placed an order for 2 large bags of dog food earlier this week. The next day I got an email and text saying it was ready for pick up. Stopped there on my way to work (they are closed by the time I get off) and was told they actually are not ready. No one ever pulled the order. Mind you the truck order came in 3 days prior but no one put it away. The store was not busy at all and I saw 5 employees working. I was told they haven't had time to put the truck order away. My order was at the bottom of the pallet. Unacceptable ! They should never have sent the email or text out If the order was not ready. I stayed there for about 10 minutes waiting for them to go get my order. I was not leaving without my dog food. The whole situation was Unacceptable ! I shop at this store every month for dog food and I rarely have issues. I may start going to the other location.

Went in to the store yesterday to rent the trailer, and buy chicken feed. I asked the cashier very polite who I needed to talk to she went and got Ty great person , very polite and helped me . Then went back to check on the chicken feed and seen the chickens the lady said she was a Manager but she should not be for her attitude. She was very rude and act like I was a bother to her. Never have experienced that before in this store. I was not happy when I left.Called today talked with the manager and told him what happened . He was very nice and helped me and took care of me . And Ty was there again and helped me , very very polite and helpful. That is what customer service is taking the time to listen and help someone.

I just don't understand why you say you're open till 7:00 I get there at 6:30 and they said they can't sell any more propane tonight cuz they've already shut it down how about putting a sign up saying that how long does it take to shut down the propane 30 minutes it's very aggravating

My 1st time going in this store and I am very pleased. Bob the manager was awesome. I went in there to buy goat feed and left out with chicken's lol also my goat feed. Then Kira offer to buy the chick feed and gave me her discount as well. I was treated with respect and kindness. Something you don't get to see very often. Gina was friendly as well. Over all my whole experience there was amazing, and I dont say that to often. If you are looking for great products plus great costumer services this is the place to go. Great Job Tractor Supply! Bravo!

Neat place where you can find something for yourself like farm home decor, tools, pet supplies, clothes boots & shoes, etc. I bought a oversized super soft blanket with a covered bridge on it designed by my favorite artist Abraham Hunter. I love curling up with it!

My experience was amazing 👏🏽 ✨️. It was my 1st time coming here, and it was great! Bob, the manager, was amazing. I went to buy goat feed, and I left out buying baby chicks, too, lol. It was worth it. My kids love them, and im happy. Then Kira went out of her way to buy the chick feed out of her own pocket. Like, who does that?! It's good to see that there are still good people out there. Gina at the register was friendly as well. Overall, it was great customer service. So if you are looking for great products and great customer service, this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed. Tractor Supply Team, great job! Bravo! I would definitely be coming back here again!

Need to staff better and consistently.Has great products. Get all my work boots here. Dog food 90% of the time and bird feed.I am severely allergic to the generic brand bird seed and deer feed. Found out it was the pesticides sprayed on the corn.But the wild life love it.

I only come to tractor supply every once in a while. But, when i come to this location. The employees and managers are always super friendly and very helpful. The store's very nice and clean. I always have a great visit when i come to this tractor supply. Great job to the staff at this location. I recommend tractor supply in seymour to my family and friends.

I placed an order on Tractor Supply Website and had the item shipped to this store because the cost of shipping the item to me would have been almost as much as the item cost. I received notifications that UPS had delivered my package to this store at 10:29am. Also got an e-mail from Tractor Supply saying it was delivered. I went to the store to pick it up at 7:45pm the same day. Got to the store and was told they didn't have it. I showed them where UPS said it was delivered to them. Several employees looked for it and could not find it. They said they would "call me when they find it". Unacceptable!! I asked for a refund. After getting the refund, I called Customer Service and talked to a very nice and helpful man. He called the store while I was on the phone with him and the employee told him they cant find it. Customer Service did send me a gift card for my trouble. I have never had this happen anywhere else and will never deal with this store again

I am always treated great here. I'm in this store 1-2 times a week. I LOVE THE PEOPLE. Although the cashiers today could give new or 1st time customers a different view, but that's how some teens are, especially getting use to working with customers. BUT ALL IN ALL THEIR A GREAT BUNCH!!!😁😁😁😁😁

The 2 day ship to store is a suggestion....not a promise. Ordered Sunday Dec 4, item not shipped till Wednesday Dec 8 and only after being frustrated and talking to the store personally on Friday Dec 10 are we told that the item was damaged and had to be reordered....I never received any kind of notification. So we requested a refund.

I buy foods for wild birds. I’ve done curbside pick up one time here. Went well. I don’t like going to this store due to its location.Since then, they don’t carry all the items I buy & I shopped elsewhere. I’ve feed birds for years…never had a problem finding food for them until bird watching became “the” thing to do w Covid-19.They carry 1 seed that I’ve tried to buy for months. I could have bought 1 time had I wanted to PAY to have it shipped to the STORE. Really??? The seed is not cheap. Not paying them more.So today, the seed was in stock. I ordered & paid through their app. 7:17 am, I receive an email. My order was cancelled. If I wanted to find out why, call Customer Service. They say “the product was damaged”.So what time do they open that they had time to read an order, check stock, send me a “Cancelled” & whatever to Customer Service? I do not believe the reason was honest (Seed is hard to find.) BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.I will NOT buy from any TSC Co again.

Best price on Black Oil Sunflower Birdseed I've found, even beats Walmart price. Very clean, neat & organized. Tight areas for maneuvering carts for heavy merchandise. Associates could & should be much friendlier! As should anyone in customer service & representing their employer.

Employees Don't help customers find anything. They just point and say back there. Back where? Smh. Employees just standing around giggling flinging a toy at each other. Very unprofessional. Won't be back.

work in customer service so what I am about to say is very important to me as a consumer and as a worker in the industry. On Sunday, August 15 2021 at approximately 0930, I entered the Seymour Tn store planning to buy several bags of Dumar Layer Crumble poultry feed. My husband and I walked all around the store, no help in sight. I went up to the cashier and asked her if she could get us help with the Layer Crumble, and her response was, all we have is out. My husband said are you not even gonnna get anybody to look? No response. He said well thanks alot. I said this is terrible service! When we got outside, I tried curbside pickup and it showed available. Needless to say, we are enroute to Rural King. Not our first choice by far...but your customer service pushed us right out the door! Shame on her and shame on yall for letting your agents push us from our local hometown store to a store 20 miles away.Also today I went into Tractor Supply today on August 29th to get 3 bags of Layer crumble. Went up to the counter to pay for it and told them we get a price match from Rural King. The cashier said yeah we don't do that anymore. That's sad that they said that because I left the cart there and said I am going to Rural king and goodbye TSC. I checked there website and TSC said they do price match and we have been going there for 2 years to get the match. Sad that we won't be going there anymore because of this.we always support local businesses. But not that one anymore. Something needs to be done about this. I went in there today and they had plenty of feed this time. I guess they stocked up from my post from 2 weeks ago. Oh well. Rural King has plenty of feed and cost less.

Great place and very friendly employees, I was given some great advice on products and found everything I needed. The only issue was that I had to go searching out for help, there was no other employees walking around so I had to disrupt the cashiers upfront, but those ladies were amazing and knowledgeable in regards to what I was needing and told me right where to find it....I will definitely be back!!

This is the best Tractor supply I have been in. They have everything including stuff you could only find in a first rate hardware store which is great since there is no such place in Seymour. The folks there are real nice as well and they have the best Circus Peanuts any where!

Great equine department unlike the one close to my house. Very nice people. Unfortunately like all TSCs they ate always under staffed and you have to wait a very long time for help or to check out.
