GREAT experience at Top Knotch with Tariq. My dog is extremely skittish from previous grooming experiences (see my other reviews). Tariq was so patient with him! My dog Dutton and Tariq are now buddies and Dutton doesn't mind going to the groomer at all. What a difference! Pricing is great because they only charge for what they do instead of a flat rate for grooming. We love that they send us videos of how Dutton is doing during his stay at Top Knotch. This is a great place to take your dog and they do a great job with cuts, baths and nails. Highly recommend by me (and Dutton)!

Top knot’ ch grooming did a excellent job on our miniature Australian shepherd. Normally she just gets shaved out , but they recommended not to do this and she looks great to me like a show dog . I recommend them over and over

Took all 3 dogs at the same time. Love the openess of the back area. All dogs were calm and could tell they were well taken car of. Highly recommend this place!

Corey called the morning of appointment to cancel because he slept late for not feeling good. He agreed to a special monday grooming and failed to show or call. Apparently he has a history of this. His location was nice but, the service was barley decent! I will not use again!

I was really hopeful bringing my sweet boy here, but it didn't work out. My poor little 16 year old multi poo hasn't been groomed in awhile because the past groomer we were using died. Unfortunately, he has social anxiety and hates everyone because his previous owners abused him as a baby. It has been extremely difficult to find someone who will take him. I was hopeful when a friend recommend Top Knotch to me, however they weren't willing to muzzle my 16 year old dog who has 3 teeth to groom him and refused to groom him at all. So, I drove 45 minutes there and back for nothing. When my husband went in to pick him up the groomers were incredibly disrespectful, "Oh hell no I'm not dealing with this." It took them 15 minutes to get a 5 lb Maltipoo out of a cage. If you have difficult babies I would recommend going to a different groomer, this specific place must only do show dogs and are not willing to help any other babies.

Had the worst experience just trying to book an appointment for a nail trim.Update: The owner ended up calling me because their system apparently went nuts. They were very apologetic and even gave me a free nail trim, which they did not have to do. The girl who did the nail trim was absolutely amazing with my dog and the other dogs that were in there too. I will definitely be returning.

I will never trust anyone else with my baby! I have a 2 year old rescue German Shepherd who has severe anxiety, especially when it comes to bath time. Every time I pick him up from here he is happy as can be!! Corey definitely puts time and care into each and every dog he grooms. Best place ever!

Well I see good reviews so I don't know what happened with my situation. I had 2 appointments with Corey this month Dec 8th and 9th he texted me the morning of the 8th to say he was sick and could we reschedule and that was fine I reminded him that I have a appointment the next day as well. So he texted me saying he was going to the doctor and if he could not get them both the next day he would reschedule the next week and I said that was fine and I hoped he feels better. So December 9th came around and I never heard back whether he was going to work that day or are we going to reschedule. I texted him a few times and never heard back and I called the shop several times no one answered I finally left a message and still have never heard back from anyone. It is now December 20th and not a word. I'm thankful I found another groomer bur I was a first time customer and believe this is not the way to run a business and treat new clients.

My dog usually does not like men but Corey sat in the floor and was very patient with her to make sure she was comfortable before beginning. He did a great job with her throughout the entire process even when she was not being the most cooperative dog. Highly recommend
