Update: PLEASE restock your shelves!!!! This is crazy. This store is obviously very busy, so they must be diligent about keeping shelves stocked! This inconvenience will drive mevto another store!Love the produce department. However, both times I've been (during the day between 10 am and 3pm), several items were not restocked and the shelves had been depleted for many items. Products should be constantly restocked when needed. Customers do not want to make another trip to get missing products. Some aisles seem narrow. Great bakery/deli area.

Why is Kroger in Seymour even open? They have the Rudest people working inside and at pickup and they close at 10. This is news to me. Last time I checked, they were open till 12 . Three boys working watched me walk in tonight and start shopping at 9:50 and then made an announcement the store was closing after I went down two aisles I left my buggy and walked out. I was also in my work clothes and they started yelling stuff at me as I was leaving laughing and making fun. Last week the pickup lady called me and basically cussed me as soon as I picked up saying I was in the parking lot when I was not I was at my girls school picking them up. She was telling me not to come there for another 30 minutes yelling at me. I won’t stop at this location ever again after tonight. I have been a Kroger shopper for 15 years or more and spend over $100 weekly there but I will be going to Food City for all my needs, it may cost more but the excellent customer service they provide is worth it.

Leaving this review for the pharmacy department at this particular store. My husband and I previously deal with the Kroger Pharmacy in Fountain City. For years, we had not one single problem. We moved to South Knoxville recently, and we transferred all our prescription to this pharmacy with the expectation for the same excellent care we had received in Fountain City. Alas! This is the worst pharmacy we've ever dealt with it. They are poorly stocked and they never have the medications you need. The pharmacist is unprofessional, incompetent, and very uncaring. She looks at you with a dull look and don't even apologize.

Good produce management. Great job on the produce quality, but why can't you put the ties out so my onions and potatoes don't go all over while shopping?Changing review. General manager is just collecting a paycheck. After 2 years in Seymour, most or all that time the men's room water at one of the 2 sinks has never worked. EVERY MAN who works there or is a regular patron of the store knows it's broken and the manager just ignores the issue for years. Also, the registers need to be updated. They constantly fail for no good reasons, keeping the people monitoring them very busy and holding up customers constantly for many months now. If it were not for the good produce we'd stop coming to that Kroger in Seymour, TN. Lazy lazy lazy

Do not enter that store exercising your 2nd amendment rights. You will be followed. Or do. They seem to be bothered by it. It's a bunch of teenagers running a chain store. Got followed into the bathroom by one of the cashiers and followed out to my vehicle by another associate. Felt very uncomfortable being followed like that.

Clean & friendly store, except for the woman in the meat dept. She's ALWAYS very unapproachable, as if she doesn't want to be asked questions or be of service about the products in the department she represents. I give anyone the benefit of the doubt once & even twice, we all have a bad day once in awhile, but it's everytime I've tried asking her for assistance that she has this sandpaper attitude. I have little tolerance for rude customer service & businesses that condone it when there is no positive change in the person's service or change in personnel of that position. If a person hates their job in serving customers & representing the company they work for, to the point of disrespect, find an office job in a cubicle somewhere.

The pharmacy their is AWFUL litteraly they treat people awful they refused to feel my medicine. I was yelled at by one of the workers their named Olivia and hung up on then the pharmacist got on the phone rudely interrupting me. This has happened numerous of times the past 4 months. I will NEVER GO BACK HERE & I RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER PHARMACY BUT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE JUDGMENTAL DISRESPECTFUL & PLAIN OUT RUDE.

I usually have good service here but ran into quite an issue today. My fiancé had a bad experience with an older woman cashier of which she told him (a late twenties male) to “go grab [his] mom and dad so they can pay.” This is a fully grown, adult man with facial hair and a cart full of groceries and you're telling me the cashier felt that was an appropriate comment to make? It was beyond disrespectful and we will be taking our shopping elsewhere. Just felt like the public should know what kind of service to expect while shopping at this location.

Great place for quick shopping as long as it's not during peak hours. Sometimes I can get really good bargains by using digital coupons available on their mobile app. Also like using the mobile app to view sale items, make my grocery list, manage my prescriptions at the pharmacy, and get a free item every Friday with their Free Fridays promotion.

At first there was no bagger and then when she did show up she was rude and I got garlic bread where they slice the meats and have desserts and fixed it for my family and my in-laws and it was bad. It was supposed to have been fresh bread fixed there but, it was terrible. The only thing was the guy who rung my grocery's up was nice. It was a really bad experience. I'm not for sure if we will go back there and I spent almost 200$ just this time so no for sure about going backI was very disappointed

The Kroger in Seymour has the friendliest staff I have ever seen at a grocery store. The pharmacy has a very friendly staff, as well. If I am not using their Pickup service, I tend to go earlier in the morning or later at night. Those seem to be the times where they are not quite as busy. However, their Pickup service is exceptional and I have been using that more often lately.

It's honestly kind of hard to review a grocery store but I will gladly give you the pros and cons. The grocery department, the pharmacy, and the deli are top notch. The produce department and meat department are sorely lacking. The produce is often wilted and difficult to find decent product to purchase. The meat department is all packaged with no service counter and no opportunity to talk to a fresh cut meat butcher.

Update!!! Shopping at Krogers for 8 years now. Once again, I have never had any problems with the workers or cashiers, they have all been very helpful and kind, courteous, helped me unload my shopping cart, offered to go with me to my vehicle and help load the groceries into my car, very nice people. They are open late and early. I have gotten my flu shots there at the pharmacy, and never had a problem. I love love love their expanding organic section with all the things I love to buy, THANK YOU KROGERS!!!. Prices are reasonable, love the gas perks!

I used to visit this store 5 or 6 times a week and I will never visit this store again!!! I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life..Thanks to an employee named BONNIE!! My license is starting to show wear from being taken in and out of wallet and she very loudly and publicly humiliated me saying that she couldn't accept it..I'm 43... I wish it were fake..I'd be 20 years younger... Kroger needs to thank Bonnie and give her an award for just costing them mine and my family's business!!!!

A small Kroger, but clean. I was thankful for that. It's just too small to be able to stock many of the difficult or hard to find items that you might want to use for cooking certain things. Staff at this store seemed to have great attitudes and very friendly. Had this been a larger store, I would have given it 4 stars
