I was nervous initially about leaving my dog for the few hours it takes to groom her, but had a super pleasant experience & will be returning in the future. My pup looks great & I know she feels much better in the heat. I also work a lot & am not always able to make a phone call during normal business hours so I really appreciated being able to schedule via text.

They took wonderful care of my little rat terrier Chihuahua mix dog, Winnie Grace.She has arthritis in her hips and back which makes her extra sensitive to the touch when bathing her. But they treated her so gently and tenderly. Winnie Grace enjoyed her visit so much that she pranced about in the bandanna they gave her after I brought her home. Thank you so much for the wonderful doggie spa day experience!

I have a standard 100 lb golden doodle and have been to several groomers in Sevier County and Sam is the absolute BEST for my big sweet boy! She cuts so well, exactly the style I ask, and was considerate of shampoo for his skin sensitivities. I can tell he is treated well, loved, and low stress when he comes home. Would recommend to anyone, especially doodles!

I’m so glad I found this place and it’s only 5 minutes away from my home. They were the 3rd business I tried to groom my pup. The first two traumatized him and left him bleeding with random different lengths of hair. This place took great care of my boy and he and I are no longer scared of the groomers lol 🐾

We absolutely love love love Diana’s Doggie Daycare. Best experience every last time! They are truly the best! Thorough, superb customer service, amazing with all of our babies including our munchkin baby cat. Jazzie Rae our Maltese is not an easy sell for anyone touching her. She goes willingly and comes home as tho she’s gone to Hollywood and is a movie star. Her prancing and confidence is priceless when she returns. Sir Bentley Vaughn or Bow tie Bentley well he leaves and prances our yard as tho he’s John Travolta 😂I can say enough about how wonderful Diana’s is. All employees are truly sweet, organized, prompt, and talented in there specialty! Thank you for making our pups happy as though they are walking the red puppy carpet ❤️💋😍

We had to evacuate due to hurricane Dorian. We needed a reliable place for our dog and this place is incredible. The prices are fantastic the people are the sweetest you will ever meet and very accommodating. They feed, bathe,g and love on your pets as if they were their own. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be using Diana's doggie daycare again.

Cannot say enough good things. This was our first time meeting Diana and Sam and after several negative experiences elsewhere, we were apprehensive. Upon arrival, that was immediately relieved. Everyone there shows their true love for dogs and made us and Dexter feel at home.Dexters cut was perfect and done in a very timely manner. These ladies know what they are doing. They took our wants and made him look even better because they knew what would work best. His nails are the best they’ve been in a long time. He smelled wonderful and was so happy. He can be touchy around new people and other pets and the ladies loved him and made him feel safe.You won’t be sorry taking your fur babies to Diana’s! We look forward to many more appointments!

Wonderful people!! I brought my Boykin Spaniel to Diana’s for grooming today. He went in the door with the groomer just fine, but he apparently got an attitude when he realized I was not there. I received a phone call from Diana explaining that Rudy was bearing teeth and would not let them near him. I fully expected her to tell me to come and pick up my dog and have a nice day. Instead, she said she would let him hang out in the shop for a while and let him get used to them. I got a call a couple hours later saying his tail was wagging a mile a minute and they were going to give it a go. When I picked Rudy up he was happy as can be, proud of his new haircut and looked great! Thank you Diana and team. I think you will be meeting Lucy my other Boykin very soon.

Ms Diana is very sweet and gentle with all the doggies. My special needs jack/rat terrier only allows her to bathe and groom her with minimal trouble. She has also boarded my dogs as well and I will never take them anywhere else.
