Walked in to the store in Sevierville and was approached almost immediately by employee John...he went above and beyond in his assistance. The man treated me like it was his own store and wanted to make sure that any questions I had were answered...In any store this is the type of person you want to be representing your company. I have been using this tractor supply store for many years. Since 2004. The store retains a lot of its employees which indicates a decent work environment and they have given me unbelievable service bending over backwards to get things that I needed and they didn't have at the store at that time. The employees of the store have also saved me a massive amount of money in my personal purchases and business purchases. Due to their help I will be launching my business extremely soon.

A great store with lots of stuff if your a land owner or have a farm. Farm clothes & boots, animal feed, overalls, Carhartt, barn coats, tools, lawn mowers, & everything a farmer would need. The prices can be a little high but the quality is there. You get what you pay for at Tractor Supply. This location has a helpful staff & is well maintained.

Today we went in because we saw a sign that said live animals. I slammed on the brakes haha, and we went inside. We have been looking for just the right kitten for about two or three months. There he was right inside the store waiting for us. This adorable little kitten was looking right at us. He is around 3 months old and Plum adorable. The shop has a lot of animals; lots of reptiles a beautiful boa constrictor named Medusa. He is a must see! There was adorable ferrets and bunnies and lots of supplies to go with it. Everyone was very nice and it is definitely worth the trip.

Out of town and needed a couple things for grilling. Stopped at this Tractor Supply location. AWESOME staff! So helpful and just fun! Clearly working hard but with a great attitude. A very good TSC, with great propane prices. Yard/Propane staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They need to add payment option at the propane station, to make the process a great experience. Having to go back inside and get in line - makes it inconvenient. This is a very popular local place and having to wait in line after the fill can make the trip much longer than needed.

Asked 3 different associates over a period of 20 minutes to get some help each one said they would help me and I waited and waited and they keep helping different customers one after the other so I put all my stuff down and left won't be getting my business again.

Been shopping at this store since it opened and worked there for a couple of years. The staff is nice but they aren't educated on farm supplies. The store barely has anything for a farmer. If you have a couple of acres and a goat then great they have all your pet needs. But if you are needing actual farm supplies then save your time and go to co-op where they will have what ya need at a fair price.

Went to buy some corn and the young lady who helped.me was very cordial , me being a man didn't grab a cart, and was getting 2 bags 50 lbs each,, I asked her to throw the 1 bag over my other shoulder for me , no she insisted and was as so kind to carry a bag up and then grab me a cart at check out,.Kudos to you young lady, and I will always shop this TSC location..

A great big shout out to Tom at Tractor SUPPLY. I operate my business by generator had bought a generator two months prior to it going out and leaving me with no power. I called Tom at tractor supply and explain to him my situation and that I buy all my generators at tractor supply on top of a lot of other things I really needed a replacement ASAP Tom took care of it I was so relieved I was in a very bad way and Tractor SUPPLY took care of it five stars in my opinion is not enough stars thank you Tom and Tractor SUPPLY for making my day see you Tom next visit thank you happy customer

Gotta love tractor supply, they have a little bit of everything, something for everyone. Their staff is knowledgeable about their products. I frequently find things there that I can not find any place else locally. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are fair and comparable to online. Shop local when you can!

We shop at Tractor Supply quite often do to the affordable prices and they always have exactly what we need. I truly love their clothes and women's shirts! They have a wonderful variety of dog food also! I bought a lot of their yard decor that is unusual, and I always get compliments on it!

I can't say enough good things about our Tractor Supply store in Sevierville. It's one of those few place still left where they genuinely try to help with anything you need. That's why I find myself buying more and more from this store instead of going anywhere else.Tom ( I belive he is the manager) has gone out of his way twice to help me.Their prices are also lower than even Amazon.Every time I compare their prices and look around on a product I find that they have the best price. I make the trip all the way out from Wears Valley for all the needs around my property because of their outstanding customer care and their great lower prices on everything.

Usually I am happy with tractor supply in Sevierville Tennessee today not so much went to go get two axles for a trailer that I am working on they only had 1 axle 2 tires 2 leaf springs and only enough lug nuts for 1 tire I will be speaking to the manager of the store next time I am at the store I do a lot of shopping at tractor supply and unfortunately I am not happy with them

This store is horrible. Understaffed and they wait on other customers before they're finished with us every time. We bought a $5,000 lawnmower and treated terribly. Certain employee, I think an assistant manager could care less we waited nearly 30 minutes for propane. My husband wants a landscape trailer, we will buy it elsewhere. Great price on propane, but not worth the wait and to be treated so badly. You have too much competition to treat customers so poorly.

Great place for just about everything. From wheels for my dolly to corn to feed the deer. I love to go in and just rummage around, see all the interesting things they've got. It seems like every time I go there I discover something I didn't see on my last visit.

TSC always had everything wer need! Tonight it was charcoal and the manager was nice enough to break down a twin package so we could buy just one. Thank you again! Customer Service like that is what keeps is going back!

Use to shop here very frequently, I'd spend $250+/month on dog food and treats, but after how I was treated one night after getting off work late, literally just running in to buy dog food 10 minutes before they closed, i will drive the extra 6 miles to the Seymour TC. They were very rude. I was the only one in the store. Cashier came over the pa system to inform any shoppers to bring their stuff to check out because TC was closing in 5 minutes. The other workers greeted me with a scowl and eye rolls. One other said overly loud they hate when last minute shoppers come in and waste time looking around to just leave without anything. I work retail and wouldn't act like this towards the ugliest of customers least of all someone who spends money on a regular basis in my store. I blame it all on poor management

I drove down to Tractor Supply because I needed dog food on 12-27-2019, I checked there website to see what time they closed and it was 9 pm on Fridays. I get down there at 8:27 pm and guess what! They were closed. Lights were on and no one answering the phone. Store front sign even said 9 pm. If you are going to close early then update your store front signs and update the times on your website. I made an 8 mile trip for nothing. I know it don't sound like much but this was a little upsetting. This is why it is rated a 1!
