I am not one to leave a bad review But! Today I had to get some assistance with something they keep in back. I waited 20 minutes while the employees were in a room and one was yelling and mad. The checkout girl was helpless to help me, but she told them I was there when they came out not one person said I’m sorry that you had to wait and hear all this. They could all see me cause I was standing there at the door and needed help, but they ignored me while they were yelling. The customer service there today was absolutely horrible and I just may not go back. I told the check out girl I’m so glad I don’t work here luckily for them. I am patient, but another person would not have been so.

Me and my mother in law brought her dogs to get groomed and this was the most disrespectful and laziness place I've witnessed. Refusing to see a dog because they're a big breed is ridiculous. It's also sad that right after refusing we called pet sense and they're able to see him. And I'm just saying if you're unwilling to handle a large dog you either need to find another career or get someone who is willing to take care of a then. If you're only willing to handle small dogs you really should reevaluate yourself as a groomer, oh and no need to pretend like you feel sorry that this happened to us. But I'll never have service for my dogs because of how you treated my moms

I called this store 3 times to see if that had a recovery suit for my westie that I needed for after neuter. Showed they had online. Spoke with a girl she said all we have are cones. Called back again, same response. Called back again and different girl went back to look and said they have it and I asked her to pull it and put at front counter. Got there and checkout/register girl said we don't have it. I looked around registers myself and found that the item was pulled. The checkout girl simply only wanted to check folks out and go home, who knows. Still tried to "be right" as she was apologizing. The employees are out of communication with one another for sure. I'd say someone in this store (employee wise) is intimidating other employees. I say find the outpoint employee and terminate. Good luck.

My dog had a wonderful grooming service here! She’s cooperative, but tends to get anxious when I leave her and they did a great job of soothing her. She was much more calm after her experience here than she has been with groomers in the past. She got the standard grooming package and I’m happy with the turnout. I also appreciate them trimming her nails down to an appropriate length, as this is an area that other groomers have missed the mark on several times.The location is also convenient. There are plenty of stores nearby to run errands while I wait for pick up.

We purchased a 75 gallon aquarium and stand and we can’t say enough about the wonderful assistance we received from Veronica. She answered all of our questions, provided advice, and tips for a beautiful tank. She was very patient and seems to really enjoy her job. Josie assisted with checking the stock and loading. These two women made our shopping experience great! Keep up the good work ladies!

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. I went to the store and I told the attendant that I never owned a fish before and I was looking into getting one and wanted to know more. She was not at all pleasant, but I still went ahead and tried to shop. She told me that I needed a 10 gallon tank if i was getting a fish and I would need to have the tank running for 24 to 48 hours. I left and I got all that I needed and I had set my tank up. I went back and she told me that I needed to get my tank conditioned and wait before I could put the fish in. I told her that I had work the next day and said that I could squeeze some time in my schedule and stop by. I went back to the store today and I spoke with her again and was even smiling and she had the nastiest attitude ever and told me she will send someone to me. When the other lady came, she advised that I needed to wait at least 1 month before I could out the fish in the tank. Now I am fine with waiting even though she advised me incorrectly, but when I went to the first lady i said, “ she said i cant get it until a month “ her response to me was.“Well you were so adamant on getting fish so I told you 24 hours” NOWWW i am a customer and i am eager and excited to get a fish tank, but not because i am eager u are going to give me wrong information as well as you are going to be nasty towards me. She is sooooo unpleasant and soooo rude. What kind of representative tells a customer wrong information to basically dismiss them and have them come back to the store WITH FALSE HOPE AND WRONG INFORMATION. WORSEE SERVICE EVER. TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE PRETTY BETTER SMALLER AQUATIC PLACES NEARBY that are willing to EDUCATE YOU PROPERLY AND TRY TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR EVERY NEED

I visited this store and went out of my way because we don’t have any local fish store. I have been a fish owner for years, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Veronica in the fish department refused to sale the fish to me after interrogating me over the size of my tank and how many fish I had and where my tank was located etc. It is like this every time I visit. I understand trying to sell responsibly, but it was like she didn’t want to sale any fish at all. After asking for a manger, she told me she was the manager in a rude manner. Then she called for the manager and Josie was not any help either. Veronica kept arguing with me and she did nothing to fix the situation. Not to mention the 15 fish across all the tanks that were floating belly up and dead. I am so frustrated that I actually contacted corporate.

This location was so accommodating and kind to us. We are on vacation from Florida and one of our fur babies had gotten sick while we were out and about. They were able to fit us in immediately to get our Great Dane all cleaned up and pampered him. Kourtnee (sorry if incorrect spelling) was very sweet and helpful in getting in contact with our vet too to get all the info needed so they could provide their services. Seriously don’t know what we would’ve done without them. We will be forever grateful to this location and all PetSmart for helping us out in a pinch.

Extremely rude, I have successfully kept many aquariums without any issues for many years. They refused to sell me African Dwarf frogs because they felt that my 40 gallon aquarium long wouldn’t fit their needs. I have one that lived to be EIGHT years old in one, hmmm seems like first hand experience with them would be better than reading the back of a cereal box to get your information.

I think I would reccomend everyone going here, rather than any other pet store. The staff was super friendly and helped us as much as they could. We ordered this tank online, it it was ready almost immediately. A nice gentleman even helped us load it into the truck! We will definitely be going back after our tank cures!

This is one of our favorite PetSmarts. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is never hard to find an employee. They even helped us try on the shirt to make sure it fit before we bought it! Our baby loves his Man of Steel shirt.Update 8/6/22. They changed their Grooming policy and will not groom any animal with heart worms. He has been there several times in the past and I have always been honest with the staff. They ask when you schedule but they could not be bothered to call us and tell us this before we drove an hour. The staff is still friendly but a little courtesy when you knew when i scheduled that you could not perform the service would have gone a long way. They just lost a loyal customer!

I was extremely pleased with the grooming my girl received. She behaved herself, so I know that she was treated well. She is a Red Fox Lab on the big size. I thought the price was reasonable. I won't hesitate to bring her back again.

I was here yesterday about 630 and I had to fight to get help to get a fish it took this lady 15 mins to come help me because she did not want to stop putting stuff on the shelf and then when she did come to help me she stopped talking to me to try to help someone else and I told her no your helping me and then she was fighting with me about a fish I wanted this lady dose not know anything about fish and she sucks at her job I did not get her name and I wish I would of got it so people don't go to her for help I will be going somewhere else for new on to get my pets because this is not the first time this has happened
