While on vacation we discovered that we forgot our dogs harness and leash. Popped over to Petsense and they got me taken care of ASAP. Staff was friendly and courteous and treated me and my dog like family. Prices were reasonable and we were in/out in a flash. Thank you Petsense for taking care of a forgetful dog traveler.

I will never step foot inside a PetSense ever again. After purchasing these dental treats for my pup, I returned home and opened the box. They were infested with maggots. After driving all the way back to Sevierville, the lady didn't even want to refund them and wanted to do an exchange. I was told to contact Merrick. Merrick did not sell me maggots. PetSense did. My transaction is with PetSense. Not happening. I don't want your maggot-infested garbage. I got my refund but I will not be back and will use a pet supply store that stands behind the products they sell. How disgusting.

Disgusting! Live bugs in the bag of dental chews. The manager expected me to just exchange for another bag and then when I got a refund instead was extremely rude. Told me it was Merricks problem and not theirs even though they are the ones that took my money. She also tried to keep my receipt that had the other products I had purchase on it. The other employee working kept rolling her eyes at me too. I have even more photos and videos. Never again at this store!

What a nice store! The staff here are super friendly and very helpful if you need assistance. They price match to other local stores and have a loyalty program. Jessica and Sherryl are wonderful whenever I need to stock up on supplies for my foster kittens.

We needed a training harness for our Siberian Husky. The manager was really helpful when I had questions. He even helped me get her right size. Also, the guy helped me adjust it and she loves it. It was quick and easy to shop so we could continue our vacation with ease.

The establishment was very bright and was able to see everything. The signage was clear in identifying every item in the store. The attendant Jess was inviting as we entered and immediately assisted us in our objective of finding the right product for our four-legged family member. Enjoyed my experience there. Will in the future visit again.

I was excited to find the crystals cat litter I had been searching for at a decent price, until I realized after I had paid that it was half the size of the normal bag! I ended up paying more for less. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the prices need work.

Love this store! Competitive prices. Very clean store, very well organized. Great service, very friendly and helpful. Went to petsmart very dirty and stuff all over. Went to pet supplies plus usually hit or miss if they even have the dog food I need, very disappointing! And when they do have it is usually higher then other places!!

We love this place. Amanda she has always been so much help. Anytime we have any concerns about our cats she always points us in the right direction. She always takes the time to make sure you have everything you need for your fur baby.

Remember during covid when people were jerks about not wearing a mask. This place was. They kicked us out even though I have asthma so bad I gotta use a nebulizer multiple times a day. Way over priced too.

I go there mainly to get my dog's nails clipped. The groomer, Lauren, is the only person he allows to get the job done. He is a rescue who was not socialized, terrified of everyone and everything. Lauren has helped him so much with her calm, patient energy. I give her 10 🌟.

Extremely overprices. Went in shopping for a dog collar for our newly adopted Dane. Went to another retail store and found it for just over half the price of Petsense. Don't believe we'll be going back for anything. Very disappointed.

First time I brought my dog, great service and great grooming. The second time was terrible, they only washed her when I asked for a full groom. When I mentioned it to the the groomer she apologized and offered 50% off our next visit which was great. On the 3rd visit I made sure to verify all of the services I wanted and yet again they barely trimmed her. I will not be taking my pup back here again.

Got us right in to do nail trim. Price was good. Could have cut shorter on couple nails but I'm happy. Lady was really nice.
