Great general store in a beautiful mountainous region. Stopped there on my way back from Cades Cove. They had an amazing setup for Christmas and fall photos. I went inside store and was amazed at the diversity of products available including gourmet coffees, candy, home goods , souvenirs. The staff was friendly and courteous. A must see stop when in that region of the country.

Interesting items for tourists in Wears Valley. They have items you want see any place else. There are no restrooms but porta potties are outside on the left side. Surprisingly, the cashiers have never been southern friendly each time I have made a purchase. This place is very busy with tourists in the summer and fall.

The cutest General store around. We bought tons of souvenirs, and some fudge, to take home with us. We stopped in here 3 times out of the the six days we were visiting. Definitely recommend. Also have some cute spots for photos. Beautiful view of the mountains.

For a great place to stop and look around, even buy something to take back home with you.They have a large selection of whole bean coffee with the coffee of the day for a free sample.Sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee and the views.

We came across this place while traveling through and for being out in a secluded area, it was pretty busy. We stopped and checked out the chainsaw art and decor and also got a delicious fried peach hand pie. The scenery was beautiful with a few spots to take pictures. The general store allows service dogs or dogs that you can carry, so we didn't go into the store since our pup is slightly too big to carry. But from what we could see, it's a great shop with a lot of fun merchandise. Really cool place and happy we stopped!

Just wrapped up our 4th vacation to Tennessee, this time we stayed in Wears Valley, by far our best view and stay yet, just a short trek down the mountain and a left turn at the Gas Station & Food Trucks and down the road on the right is our favorite place to stop, Mountain Brothers General Store!! Y’all, they have a little something for everyone, great quality and most of all, just a very friendly place with a down home friendly atmosphere! And I can’t stress enough how delicious the fried pies are, apple, peach and cherry are our favorites, we will try the blueberry next trip, one other thing, ☺️ don’t leave without sharing a salted Carmel chocolate chip cookie, it will surely have you going back for more!

A busy but neat general store with all of your standard general store fares plus souvenirs and other really cool items. There's even some outdoor gear as wells as home accessories, candles etc. We were impressed with the size inside with even more cool items around every nook and cranny. We will definitely be back.

We love bringing back gifts for all our friends & family. One economical way we do that is buy coffee from where we travel to. We buy a couple bags & then package them in to 1 pot (12 cups) sample gift bags. Out of 1 large bag of Southern Pecan Ground Coffee I got 22 smaller packages. Each smaller package holds 1/4 cup of coffee. I made my own label & gave our friends the info of the Store in case they want more. We have done this as gifts from trips we took to Costa Rica, Nova Scotia & now the Smokies. Love the coffee from Mountain Brothers General Store.

This is a perfect little souvenir store located in a beautiful setting in Wears Valley. We always drive out of our way to stop here every year when we travel to Gatlinburg. Next door to this shop is an ice cream parlor and a lovely coffee shop. It is definitely worth stopping here.

When we travel to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge we are sure to stop by this awesome store. Whether it be the variety of candles and local foods, or being able to smell countless coffee flavors, there is something for everyone inside. I have ordered my favorite coffee (Smoky Mountain Sunset) by mail and keep some out while I freeze the rest. The staff is also wonderful and full of southern hospitality and willing to point us in the direction of local places to visit and eat. You will not be disappointed!

Very cool, older place. Floors squeak. That’s a good thing. Purchased a hand made pen in the back of store. Very nice quality and gentleman was extremely nice.

Very nice ladies working this morning. I love this store! Pretty much anything you could get on the main road and things you can't. Great variety of local vendors items as well so your gift doesn't feel generic. Also, try the big foot family poo. It's delicious 😋

Mountain Brothers General Store, Wears Valley Road, Sevierville TN.The fried fruit pies are wonderful, apple, blueberry, peach and cherry, and sprinkled with sugar outside on the dough. They are not greasy, they are crisp and full of the fruit filling. Plus their ice cream selection is great and one scoop is all you need because they know how to scoop ice cream. This is a must stop destination on our trips in and out. Very nice and helpful people. Yum yum

Huge variety of stuff to buy. The staff are approachable and friendly. Love the coffee and bought some souvenier. Parking lot is huge and no problem. Portajohns are behind the store. Nice view of the mountain. Perfect place to stretch your legs and spend some dollars.

This is one of my must-go spots when we staybin Wears Valley. I stock up on certain items and we always buy new T-shirts/hats. There are other shops in the same area w ice cream, pottery, and a coffee shop. Just a sweet little spot at the back entrance to the park. Definitely check them out!

The General Store was very neat place to go see. It was clean and straight inside. Really liked the wooden sun flowers on the porch. They sold different flavors of of coffee beans, they smell awesome the different flavors. If you are looking for a gift, I recommend you check it out.

Very cute general store!!! My family and I stopped here during our time visiting Tennessee! My mom ended up buying some delicious peach salsa and I bought a really cute shot glass souvenir! There are a ton of souvenirs in the store to choose from, as well as a beautiful view of the mountains right outside the store! Definitely a store worth stopping by and checking out!

Wonderful place to shop!! They have a huge area with specialty coffee. I was in heaven!! One of our cabin mates purchased some for us to try that evening and it was so good!!! I found so many things I would love to buy. If you love niche items and local flair this is a great place to stop. I can't wait to go back!

Busy, busy, busy business. This little quaint place on the outskirts of town has it all. Check out their wide selection of coffees. Lots of home decor with bears. Unique gifts and apparel. Candy and snacks for your young ones. Great customer service. Fudge is always available for you. Think about it. Sitting on your porch sipping fresh brewed coffee and watching the sun rise or finishing your day with some great decaf coffee and a few pieces of fudge from Mountain Brothers General Store. Check out the market next door for your food items and check out the chainsaw carvings with the latest bears.

The wife and I visit once or twice a year, one of the most important stops……MOUNTAIN BROTHERS GENERAL STORE! One of my Christmas gifts to my wife was the amazing coffee you guys have! We love shopping at Mountain brothers when we visit the smoky mountains. They have so many knickknacks and lots of delicious, unusual, canned goods. We tried the teriyaki garlic cloves, and they are so good. There is a really nice room with lots of bird items bird seeds and soothing music playing. It’s so relaxing. I purchased a large pine cone that is covered in 🐦birdseed and the birds really love it. My husband really enjoyed looking at all of the food items, he even found one of my favorite items, whole fig preserves. I highly recommend you stop by here. ☕️The coffee smells amazing but we did not purchase any. there was an adorable Goldendoodle insulated cup, definitely got it! 🐶❤️

Anytime we are in the Wears Valley area we always stop and load up on jellies, pickles, coffees, etc. because they have the best products. Even when we are not in Tennessee we order what we need online as well. Love this place!

Nice general store with a good selection of snacks, shirts, collectibles, hot sauces and homemade fudge. Their hippie chips(tortilla chips) are so good.Their sister store next door sells AMAZING homemade cookies and fried pies. They also sell ice cream (hershey or mayfield).

They have pretty much any touristy souvenir you could ever need or want LOL and the noisiest floors you will ever walk on.If you are staying in the area or passing through its worth a look. Their prices are a bit high. Not too many cheap buys, but most of the stuff looks like good quality.Let's talk about the floors. I'm not kidding. OMG they are every teenager's sneaking in late worst nightmare. I mean if you were hiding from Jason and to survive you had to sneak out... you're dead. Loud!! So loud. Go just to hear the floor...lol!!

Not a bad spot. They have the usual tourist trap stuff like mugs, key chains, fun socks, that boring stuff. They also have some unique items that are kinda cool, however I feel they were very over priced. Beautiful old original wood floors that are very "creeky" which was cool to see. But nothing that will stand out as amazing in my humble opinion.
