they were great with my service dog 🐕‍ when they cut her nails..she was so calm while he was cutting ✂️ them because he was so sweet and gentle with her. we will definitely go back again!

Whoever the person that cut my dogs nails was too old to be working on dogs. He couldn't see what he was doing and when I made the appointment I thought they were much younger. I'm really not trying to be mean but retire alreadyWhen you work on animals you've got to be able to see what your doing! My dog hurt for days where he was pulling on her legs to see what he was cutting and her nails bled alot until I got her home to fix them myself.

We took our 4 month old standard poodle to them. They did a wonderful job. They made sure she was comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend them!!!

This couple is amazing!!!. They take care of my 2 (a Maltese and dashsund) puppies and 1 adult puppy (Maltese). They always do what's best for my babies. They are always happy going and when picking them up. My babies are never stressed out. I give them 10☆'s. Thank for all you do!!

I'm sure this is a great place. I talked to a very nice man about a dog stroller. I came this morning(Saturday) to buy one. The GPS noted that they were open. However, they are not open on Saturday.Thank you for your help on the phone.

My dog is a long haired spaniel mix. Asked them, " Please cut down to about an inch." Trying to get her comfortable for the summer. They cut off about an inch leaving the majority of her coat and a month later her full winter coat is there. First spoke with DeeDee who said she'd pull the dog's 'card'. Then a male voice said that I waited too long and my dog, "Had sores in her ears." She has never had sores in her ears. I'll never use these people again!

We are vacationing in TN for the week and I really wanted to get my dog groomed, literally fitted my pup in last minute and did a great job. My dog looks handsome, nice store, not hard to find either. Super nice owner! When we vacation here again I'm just going to set up an appointment with them instead of trying to get my dog groomed before my trip. I definitely recommend!

The owners are so friendly and helpful. They always do what they can to get us what we need. We live in Gatlinburg and it is worth the drive. Can't say enough about their customer service! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I took my two Australian Shepards to get a sanitary groom and they are not easy dogs. They are joined at the hip and if one can’t see the other the male moans excessively and the female barks. They are so bad a previous groomer said I could not bring them back together. Not so at Just Fur Pet they fixed it to where they were housed together and they did great. Not only did I find a great grooming place but a caring and close place. They are loving and caring and no fly fur. My dogs look great.
