Kind of depressing garden center not a huge selection out rn. Plus the people at the self serve kiosk are a little nosy. It's self service for a reason I didn't expect three cashier's to come over to watch me buy my two items. Then look at me puzzled as I pay with my WalMart Pay App. I guess it's a new concept for some I will say the store was organized and didn't match the locations in the app.

This place would not sell me beer because I’m Canadian. Refused my Ontario drivers license, Canadian Passport and U.S. Customs issued FAST card to prove my age (I’m a trucker). I’m 47! I’m not a 19 year old trying to pass off as being 21! Every other Walmart was smart enough to realize that I’m of age and barely glance at my ID and just as my birthday. I realize that they need to be cautious when selling to those around the legal age but come on, I’ve got grey and white hair, I’ve got 2 teenagers! Extremely disappointed in the common sense of this Walmart. I’ll never be back!

This store use to be more reasonable on prices. But not anymore in my opinion. And if consumers didn't know. (Walmart is charging you extra on your bill. When you use the self-check out lanes. If you didn't know that). That's why Walmart is not in a hurry to have there employees open regular check-out lanes. Walmart is doing that so they can catch a customer who trying to steal something. More easily. Think twice about using the self-check out lanes.

This is the worse stocked walmart I have ever been to. Easter Sunday and they were removing ALL the Easter items from the shelves. I needed basket suffers and there were none. One Frisbee. The walmart in corinth and south jackson are well stocked with Easter stuff and they don't remove it until Easter is over! I don't care that they are not reducing the price, they took Easter items off the shelves. I have never seen such bad business. Everyone was noticing that today. I will go out of my way to NOT shop there.

This by far is our favorite Walmart in the area. Never overly crowded even on big calendar shopping days! Always a great selection and pickup is good as well. Only had two times where there was an order mixup or didn’t get something I had ordered and I’ve been picking up here for a coupe of years.

It was a very pleasant experience with my check out employee. Her name was Susan W. 1 of 2 actual checkout available. Please commend and notice her for her welcoming smile and attitude. Saw that she has been with you for 15 years from her name tag. PLEASE APPRECIATE HER !!!! 1st time in months that I enjoyed shopping at your store. Thank You for having Susan W.

It has less of a selection than the other Walmarts located in Jackson, but the shelves are fairly well organized and it is neater. My main negative about the store is that they have very few checkout lanes, it is all basically self-checkout which makes it a hassle if you have a lot of items.

We bought alot and it was really late. We were dreading having to use self checkout. An employee was nice enough to open a register and check us out with 2 carts to the top. And I'm pretty sure we found more than everything we needed and at a decent price. Gotta love Walmart shopping. We started are 5 hour shopping spree with me grabbing not 1 but 2 items out of the claw machine up front so I'm happy.

The people who work there stare at you like you are going to steal something and none of them are friendly at all if you don't have to I wouldn't go to selmer walmart

Went to the auto service center for an oil change. I was very, very specific as to what I wanted. They quoted me a price and did the work order. I waited for them to get the work done, and after everyone in the shop finally finished visiting with one another, they started work on my car. I had to remind them I had asked for Mobil 1 oil. They carried out a 5 qt bottle of oil and started to get ready to put it in. I reminded them the car required 7 qts. Reluctantly, they went back and git 2 qts more. BUT, when everything was dine I went to pay they had redone the work order twice and it now totaled a little over $20 more. They st in telling me it was due to what I ordered. At that point I asked to see the manager but they said he was gone. I asked to see the store manager and was informed he was also not there. At this point I had had enough and told them someone had to be in charge. They finally called a manager who gave me a $25 gift card.

Very disappointed we went in and when she told us no to buying alcohol, we said no problem put it back. We were laughing because our daughter is 21 and the cashier wouldn’t stop! No one was bothering her for her to be rude and act like we were mad. My wife walked out only because she was rude and would stop commenting to her! We did not argue but wow can your employees make a scene when nothing happened! Won’t be back to this location! I would get it if we were angry but when she wants to talk about law, maybe she should be a lawyer not a cashier! She even asked if it was ok if she didn’t accept the ID and we said yes! Wow! No need for stupid drama going to the grocery store. Employees should be more professional.

First off the self checkout host was awesome 🤗 But the white older Lady in the jewelry department was very rude, I walked over to greet her (she just stared) then I proceed to ask about sizing a ring and Mrs Lady flat out said, I'm gone be honest ‼️ you probably can't afford it 🤔 y'all need to check her old racist tail ,before she gets her feelings hurt . Everybody ain't gone take what she said kindly. But overall it was a great visit

Tried calling customer service no answer at any point. The employee answering phone to transfer me was a hateful person. Instead of answering she sent my call to sporting goods. VERY nice young lady got me in touch with a manager. He was such a douche that I'm not even going back , to get my bag I left. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ASSOCIATES ( EXCEPT ONE )

my opinion it would be to the customers advantage if you would take the self-checkout down to just five items and have more cashiers you could get through in a lot less time

Rude!!! They have more workers doing mobile shopping than they do regular cashiers! The one lady that was absolutely THE SWEETEST EVER LISA WIGGINS they fired after she was spit on by a customer and she did not deserve that! Whomever fired her should be fired instead!!!!

Walmart had more cashier today, so that was a plus. Sunday is not a normal day for shopping, lots of items were just not there. I love the pick up option but in store shoppers are usual rude and it takes extra effort to navigate them.

It's another Walmart so they have quite a bit of selection for their customer. Most of it made overseas however.So we want to watch that I like to check the firearm section and that usually tells me a lot about the store management team. I'm a constitutionalist and believe in free Marketplace. Just prefer more American-made products. Firearms are these products and protected under the Second Amendment. You can tell a lot about who's running the particular store by what they carry. Echo

If I could give 0 I would, I have put in 2 pick up orders hours before my order pick up time, and on the website they said they would hold the items for me. When I pull up they told me that my order wasn’t ready and that they were running behind, which is understandable, but then they send me an email saying they cancelled the order because they were “out of stock” of the original item and the backup item that I wanted for a Christmas present. This has happened twice and it’s getting ridiculous, and the first time that it happened I didn’t even get an email or alert about the cancellation.
