Visited again 3-13-24, another disappoint free visit. Actually, I felt they were above and beyond. I mean everything was perfect all the way down to my drink. I'd give everyone a pat on the back and free dinner for the service and quality of food I received today. Keep up the good work! I'll be back!Tonight was one of the best nights I've had at sonic. I haven't been here in a few months and decided to stop tonight. The folks working didn't disappoint. Everything was perfect. The food quality was great. Hot and fresh. The crew was really pleasant. I'd come anytime with the people working tonight.(Feb 22nd 2024 around 830ish-9pm)

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My son worked there they do not wear gloves.They do not wash their hands. EVER !!! They handle raw food and cooked food without washing their hands. They also eat out of the french fry bin with their nasty hands that have been touching raw meat. I just found this out and I will be calling the health department.

As a citizen of our small town I can honestly say that the food is getting of lesser quality than it use to be, smaller portions and the prices have gotten way too high. It doesn't do any good to complain to management because it has been done for years. Its a shame we can't get our local people to get better and take the word of customers who are their main supporters.

We went to Sonic to get some Ice cream. We waited for at least 10 minutes for service while we watched the lady with the mic talking with people in the car. A police officer chatting with people inside while waiting for his order. And STILL nothing! So we left. Obviously they didn't want our business and didn't want to serve us! Hopefully whoever pulled up in our spot actually got some service since the red light was still on for over 15 minutes!

Lost my business. Wasted 20 minutes waiting to never get order taken. Plus still owe me a refund for giving my mobile order to wrong car. Very disappointing. Especially considering I know the owners family. Kid get it together. You're ruining your Father's business. Just FYI YOU WILL BE FINED 1500$ PER EMPLOYEE YOU MAKE WORK OFF CLOCK!!!

My son had 2 back teeth pulled and was told he could only have milkshakes that day so I Ordered 2 milkshakes and a slushy from the app and paid for it. On the app it ask what stall your at and I put it in and my info came up on the screen letting me know my order was in the kitchen. About 10 min later it said my order was out. I watched what looked like my order be delivered to another car. I still waited. 30 min later and after watching car after car pull in and get their orders I finally flagged someone down, showed her where I had ordered and paid. She said she would go see what was going on with it. I watched her carry 3 more orders out and still nothing to me. I flagged someone else down and asked her after being ignored by the window person only to be told that they didn't have any charged headsets and that the fountain machine was backed up. She said she would go check on my order and proceeded to deliver drinks to the car next to me, this is going on 1 hr of waiting with my car running because it was 101 degrees out that day. I finally asked to get my money back. She said she had to get someone else to refund me and the last girl to come out came with an attitude and needless to say we ended up having words after she started yelling at me. I was not in the wrong they screwed up and refuse to even try to fix it for me. I have a call in for the district manager since Thursday and needless to say I have yet to hear from anyone. I guess sonic doesn't care. And their staff are extremely lazy and rude

Wouldn't advise you to go on hot days if your car doesn't have air. Also, their carhops need to stop pushing whatever button showing they're on their way because it was another 5 minutes until my carhop came with my food. With stuff like that, someone is liable to forget about an order and let the person sit there for God knows how long (source: work at McDonald's and have had that happen). Luckily, the grilled cheese thing and slush was good, and my carhop was nice.

Showed up 30mins before closing. Took 40 mins to get my food, hit the button to ask for my marinara was greeted with we are closed. I ask for my marinara and they say okay. 25mins later no marinara. I want my $2 tip back. Over been here over a hour.

I came to sonic this afternoon and placed my order that totaled almost $33. The girl brought my food out and handed to me, I have her $16 in cash and asked her to please debit $12 for the remainder. She returned with my payment and told me the manager says I either need to pay with card in full or in cash in full. Because nobody in the entire store would take the time to tender my payment or at least show the poor girl how!! $36 I.food was made and trashed because of plain laziness! If you can't do better than this I don't even want to know what your cleanliness and upkeep is like inside! I won't waste my time ordering from this location again and I generally patronage this place several times each week but not anymore. This was absolutely uncalled for and the people I was feeding missed out on thier meal. Thanks alot for nothing!!

Had to tell my order 3 times. Order comes out it's read off. Get home and instead of the chili cheese Coney I ordered I got the cheese fries they had put on the screen before I let them know that's not what I said. Maybe it's a good thing y'all ain't open all the time cause clearly there's a disconnect. I'll go to the Sonic in Adamsville from now on.

I'm giving them 3 stars and that is only because they have great ice cream snacks. Depending on the time of the day, I wouldn't order a hot dog there. The burgers are pretty good, the fries are always cold. For the amount of money they charge for food, it should be a LOT better. So the 3 stars is being generous, if it weren't for the ice cream snacks they serve, I'd never go there.

The ice cream and drinks are very good, but the food is TRASH. Plus, they only get our order correct about half the time. On a few occasions, we have sat here for 30+ minutes waiting even after the screen said our food was in the way with the carhop.

they did not complete our order. we ordered a bacon breakfast burrito, tater tots, a number 2 burger and a dragonfruit slush. they did not give us our tatertots, and they werent even on the receipt. my burrito only had cheese in the first two bites. im very disappointed all i wanted was my food, and for it to be right and that didnt happen.

We placed an order for 2 banana splits 10 minutes before we were answered after pushing the button twice. Then was told after ordering and waiting another 15 minutes that our order had been forgotten. Bana a splits were good though
