The employees are friendly, and the place is clean for a fast food establishment. However, the taste of their food isn’t good compared to other Hardee’s. It is definitely not worth the money for subpar-tasting burgers and fries. We have been there twice, and we were really disappointed each time. It’s a shame because my husband said that they used to be much better but apparently the quality has gone downhill. My son did like the Christmas decorations they put up. We haven’t tried their breakfast food yet so cannot give a review for that.

I can't tell tell you how disappointed I am with this sad excuse for a restaurant. I don't ask much from fast food joints, I really don't. The people inside need to at least try. Its so sad. I know it's a little town but come on, you have to at least try when someone spends money at your establishment. I should have known when no one was in the drive through that it wasn't going to be good. So if you feel like spending 11 on a burger combo only to get untoasted white bread served cold with woefully old fries. This is your place!

I honestly don't mind McDonald's I really like them. I enjoy the hot and spicy chicken sandwich. Awesome!!! Mariah was the cashier. She was sweet!

They're nice, but I ordered two tacos and when I got them the lettuce look like it should have been thrown out a couple days back It was brown nasty stuck to your finger.(gooey lettuce)🤪

Took a while to get a chance to order , and lunch boards had to be turned since it was after 11. Sandwiches were put up in warmer, and the same employee walked around to fill bags in between texting on her phone. The facility appeared clean, and employees were kind! I would say understaffed as I heard the employee texting asking about the number of employees scheduled.

Terrible service, pull up and all staff are outside, most smoking who knows what. No other customers in the place should have been our first clue. We started to order then were told they did not have any chicken and no ice cream. Workers were not very attentive to the customers. We left! Don't bother.

I placed and paid for an order online that cost me 50.00 and some change about 2 months ago and when my husband went to pick up, he was told that they ran out of meat and couldn't do our order PLUS we were told to come back the next day to talk to a manager about getting our money returned to our card. We did just that and were told that we needed to talk to Ken & gave us his #. Never got an answer after phoning several times over a week. Went Back to talk to manager AGAIN and were told that we needed to talk to the General Manager, so Again we went back again and she told us that she wasn't allowed to return our money to us and she refused to just make the order that we were trying to get our money back on.....I don't know where they learned their restaurant etiquette OR how to deal with customers, but I have never heard that in my life....I WAS a MANAGER in Memphis at E's Cafe and I was allowed to remake orders or do refunds, so this is just crazy. It is now 2 months later 7-17-23 and I have yet to get our money back and can't get our food, we paid for, remade. I have also called Franklin, Tn to the Carls Jr like it said to do on the website and you NEVER get an answer. I have had it...I am going to ask one more time for them to get somebody from corporate to call me OR I am going straight to Channel 7news in Jackson, Tn to do a LIVE COMPLAINT about what Hardees is doing to us and prolly lots more people. I just want my money back or just make the order I paid for....how hard is that? 2 months trying to get something done with NO RESULTS OF ANY KIND. Hardees is terrible!

Though the food was pretty good when we FINALLY got it, it took 25 minutes for me to get my food (I timed it, this isn't guess work). The service itself for fine but there didn't seem to be enough workers. Would I go there again? I don't have a Hardee's in my area so if I had lots of time on my hands and was just really hungry for their food, I wouldn't go back there again. I was with a group of 11 and we all stood in line for the longest time to even just get our orders in. Don't go there if you're in a hurry.

I honestly hardly ever go here because the place is usually barely clean at best and I've never been happy with the quality of the food. I got the crispy chicken sandwich. The outside was nearly burnt while the inside was not cooked all the way because they had their grease turned up too high. They staff was friendly and service was fast for it being made to order.

Hungry and in a hurry on an overnight drive in November, I had a great experience at this Hardee's. I had just left the McDo's next door very frustrated but Dawn & company provided fast service and hot fries. Hooray for Hardee's and Ms. Dawn!!

I actually haven't had a bad experience and they always make my food fresh. I enjoy the red burrito menu. The wait is a little.lomger but if you're not in a hurry, its really not a problem because the food is fresh and accurate

Good food, slow service but always friendly. It just takes forever to get your food so make sure you're not in a hurry when you go there. Also, check your bag bc sometimes they forget your sauces, napkins, and straws.

First time coming to Hardee's ever. I decided to try the kids chicken tenders. I think the quality of chicken is superior to McDonald's. I got the honey mustard and BBQ sauce and I didn't like either. Sauces are very important to me and because I don't like their success, I probably won't be back. The fries were pretty good. I asked for a quesodilla and they didn't have any. I was disappointed.
