I have gotten to the point I avoid going to Walmart because the items I am usually looking for aren't available, stores are dirty, staff is unavailable or rude and store is disorganized and you have to contantly dodge the store shoppers for online orders. These stores were in various places both in Alabama and in Florida. But in April 2024, I went into the Savannah Tennessee Walmart Super Store while traveling and it was the best stocked, cleanest, most organized Walmart I have ever been in. It was actually a pleasure to be there. The staff was helpful and although their were store shoppers for online orders like all other stores, they were courteous and made sure in-store shoppers weren't inconvenienced by them. Thank you to management and your staff for such a welcoming experience.

This Walmart is usually pretty good, but today it is not good it is presently 8:20 in the morning on a Saturday morning the only place I have to go cash my paychecks from work I walk up there and no one is at the service desk but a girl walks up and ask can she helped me I said yes I like to cash a couple checks so I'm sorry we have no Associates available for that job they're all on the training Mission learning how to count and give the correct change and I thought at that moment okay no problem how long will it be she goes on to say they should be someone available here by 2:00 p.m. I'm thinking 6 hours to learn how to count change and give change is not a viable excuse for not having someone at the service desk. Yes I have been coming to this Walmart for many years they may have just lost my business forever.

It's Walmart, you have to get something they probably have it. We picked up a cake and some cupcakes that were ordered for a family event, and the staff was very polite. The order was ready on time and everything was very good.

I have a decent experience most of the time. Sometimes, the employees are rude and unkind. Everyone has bad days, but as someone in the service industry, you cannot take it out on your customers. That's how you lose them. Ms. Charlotte and Ms. Lisa are always so kind and helpful!

I always enjoy shopping at this location. I live in Memphis and do not shop at Walmart at all. This location is clean. Everyone is friendly and usually have everything that I need.

Walmart has just about everything you need of course, and with great prices. In over 9 years I have rarely, if ever, run into an unfriendly employee in our local Hardin County store. The pharmacists go above and beyond to help their costumers and have always been great to me. It can be difficult at times to find what you're looking for when they move things around all the time. I have to admit, that annoys me. Lol I also think they keep it way too warm and I am usually the coldest person in the room, so that is saying something. Scientifically speaking, people get more aggressive when they are in an elevated temperature. Add to the fact that people also get more aggressive when they are hungry, tired, or stressed. So by simply keeping the temp a little cooler Walmart could create a better atmosphere for their customers and employees. This is my husband riding his bike around in the Walmart parking lot after I bought it for his birthday.

It was crowded and they only had very few employees on shift to help the flow of massive waves of people coming in.Could have had better staff numbers and it wouldn't have been so bad.

This was actually a great walmart to stop at. We needed all new tires for our trailer during an emergency repair. The auto department was so helpful and easy to work with. The gentleman who was my cashier at the front of the store was wonderful. He made me laugh and was very kind.

It's walmart. Nothing special. New carts so all of the carts roll well. Pretty good selection not much out of stock. Order online and pick up in the store. Cant order grocery online for this store yet. Normally not super busy always fast checkout when you use the self check out.

I was in a rush, ran in to grab a birthday cake. The girls in the bakery where great, took care of me in no time. The cake was awesome. The made with Hershey's Triple Chocolate cake is a must try.

On March 4th of this year I bought cheese that had been out of date since December 2017. Then again today April 1st I purchased a ham that was out of Date on January 22nd 2018. Check your dates because Walmart doesn't...Thank you Ed Moore.

Honestly I'm not a big fan of Wal Mart. This Wal Mart was well stocked, clean and staff was nice. Grocery prices decent. Seems like getting rid of a lot of name brands and replacing them with great value items. Sometimes that's ok but a lot of the time the quality just ain't there.

Went to get a cold body armor drink and the cooler had literal mold growing on the rack. I'd hate to see their storage if that's how clean they keep the coolers. Disgusting.

They never shave my turkey the way I want it in the deli. The other walmarts do but you have to do it by hand and not the electric setting on the slicer so they always say that the blades just got sharpened so they don't have to do it. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The Walmart around here in Selmer TN is okay, they really need a deli/bakery! And they always have stuff in way and alot of the employees are rude, they act like you owe them something!! But most of the ladies up in the front area are so helpful and sweet!! Wish they all like that!! One lady there had everyone she knew, including her self, praying for my brother, and she only knew me as a customer, she is wonderful and this one who works the customer service desk, is a doll as well as a lot of the other ones! Them I give 20 stars 🤩!! !!
