I love the people here. The cashier lady always knows how to help me with anything about anything when it comes to a critter. The groomers? They made this shelter dog look like a million bucks and was so patient with him. They took their time and bonus points, they do everything in front of you so there's no question of mistreatment. But this puppy felt so good after he came home, he passed right out. I paid $46 to not have my back destroyed, trying to fight him to clip his nails, and they made sure he has everything clipped and looking amazing. Worth it.... He smells good too! Thank you again!

Terrible "Pet Store" we came in here see what all they had to offer and there was hardly anything for my fish friends...Poor selection and apparently they just shrunk it down even smaller.I couldn't even find a pH kit.It would be nice for us to have a good pet store in Savannah.

Not very happy with grooming. Facial hair not trimmed or clean. Nails not done good and did have a few mats on top of head when he went I had gotten most of them out before I carried him. They shaved it instead of getting them out. Pic on my dog after my they groomed him. He will not be going back. Buy my supplies there and will continue to shop there

I like to shop at here for my dogs but never again will I use the grooming service. If you want to be a pet groomer learn the breeds style of cut face is still dirty the cut is just choppy its just horrible

Needed reusable diapers for our female bully during her heat. The sales associate was very helpful and allowed me to look at each item as well as giving helpful recommendations. The product has been great for our needs. Would recommend.

No harnesses or collars small enough for a bunny advertises more variety than they carry and carries about every animal big and small meds but not for bunnies

The employees at Petsence in Savannah Tn. we're very nice and helpful when asked. They also offer pet grooming at that location.The only thing I think that needs improvement is they need to carry more variety of products for different kinds of animals. Now they mostly carry products for dogs & cats. But they need to carry a wider variety of animal supplies such as for more reptiles,more rabbit supplies,ferret supplies,more guinea pig supplies and I think if their were some live animals such as different varieties of fish and reptiles & maybe smaller animals like ferrets or similar kinds of animals it would attract more people into their store. Also when they do buy products to sell there they do not buy enough of each item to sell. For instance I went to buy snake tongs for feeding my snake with and they only had one pair in one length. I do understand that no store wants a lot of overstock of anything they buy to sell but their needs to be at least enough for several people to buy. Petsence in Savannah Tn. is the only place in Savannah that sells different sizes of frozen mice & rats for snakes to eat that I know of.. Overall we had a good experience at Petsence and I would recommend them for your pets needs!

Pretty good pet store. Good prices. They have Bettas and sometimes a few small lizards. They always have cats from a rescue for adoption. Would be better with a better selection of small pets. Fish, rodents, reptiles, etc. but, it is pretty good as it is. The buy 10 bags get 11th free on a lot of the dry feed is nice. Pretty clean and the employees are helpful but not at all pushy. Worth stopping by and checking this store out if you have pets. Be sure to check out the markdown table that's near the door, pretty good deals there quite often.

I shop here for my dogs expensive fancy food and was pleasantly surprised to find it on sale! (BlueBuffalo for Adult small breed) The staff greeted me as I entered and was very pleasant at checkout. Glad to have a large pet store in Savannah!

This is an awesome pet shop for all your pets needs the staff is friendly and helpful with a great smile to greet you at the door. They will even special order for you if they don't have what you want on the Shelf. Great customer care.

On program to buy 12 get one free now middle of program I have my 12 bar codes and they cannot accept because they changed the rules so my 12 don't count!!!! OK I guess it's OK to lie to customer as it's OK I was just taught to be honest so I won't come back!!!!

Had my dog groomed a few weeks ago. We took him in because he was so stinky and we had suspicions that his anal glands were full. So we specifically asked the groomer, Tasha, to check them. She claimed they were fine and just bathed him and clipped his nails. He continued to smell when we took him home. It was so bad we could barely stand to be in the same room as him which is why we had taken him in in the first place. Now several weeks later after spending $40+ at petsense we had to board him at the veterinary office and we asked them to groom him again and we discussed how smelly he is. They told us his anal glands were extremely full and that it appeared they had been that way for a while. I am very dissatisfied with the groomers at petsense and their lack of experience.
