We have visited the store on several occasions looking to buy a washer, and dryer, each choice we decided on the store did not have any in stock. We gave up and drove to Alabama and purchased the set. Today we go back to Lowe’s to purchase a stove and like before they have 0 in stock. However the floor is full of all appliances but they claim they’re not for sale. Not sure what customers are to do when they have an appliance go out.

Welcome to the best equipped home improvement and building supply store within Hardin and surrounding counties!This Lowe's is always well stocked, has a great selection, and always good sales thought the store.MOST OF ALL, I can never get far before an employee greets me and offers me help with anything I need! They have many times searched the store/back room/ and even the trucks that had just arrived to see if they had just what I needed that day.The bathrooms are up front in the store and ALWAYS CLEAN. 100% satisfied with this business!

This isn't a veteran-friendly place as they advertise when you ask for the discount the cashier just walks off or the product magically become on sale there are other lumber yards that gladly give the same discountThis is what happens to me I can't speak for you. it's a problem for them to scan a barcodein my case

Manager argued with me on sales price when it did not ring upcorrectly clearanced at checkout, she then had an employee single handedly checkout every item in the buggy and transfer it to another buggy as if my intentions were to walk out without paying.

It's a corporation owned hardware store. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable( depending on person). The store is really clean and well maintained.

Always got what i need. My major complaint is self check out being my only option close to closing. I do not work there and I am not going to get employee of the month and i dont know how to operate those things. Please have at least one person checking customers till closing some of us really don't know how to operate those and we really don't care to learn.

We went to Lowe's for supplies to make a raised bed garden ( my birthday present). I was also able to look at, and get a few Ground cover plants, at an unanticipated 50% discount!

I am all was happy with the service and help,today I was there and I seen a Dog pee in the floor and raised its leg pee on stuff for sale.I have seen some before poop in floor and the owner walk off and someone at store clean it up.I think something needs to be done about bring in a pet.The owner be responsible for them. I have a pet myself.

I love shopping here! The self check outs are a nice touch as the cashier (aka you) is pretty good at knowing how you like your items bagged! I took down one star cuz If u have an in store credit card and use it it'll ask for you DDL # and still a worker had to come over and approve it! Why? It's a card for returned purchase why does it have to be the person that took it back instead of friend or family member that does it?

Impressed with the self checkout Kyle's. If I'm working for Lowe's where's my employee discount? I believe these self checkout lines should have young men and women working at them it's great for the economy and kids rolling up to get their first work option under their belt. Especially when battling college tuition.Service is as usual spotty Never Enough employees on the staff. Hope you guys are enjoying them had mostly everything I was looking for and some goodies that I wasn't lol. Echo

We purchased a lot of building materials. When we pushed the carts out to load them onto our trailer, 3 employees came out and basically loaded it for us! We've recently relocated here and would never have received such courteous service at our last store.

Self checkout sux. I'm doing someones job, but dont get an employee discount. What's next, you want us to stock the shelves too? Get all the people standing around at the customer service desk, and put them back at the cash register. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The store in Savanah TN, is awesome. The customer support is wonderful. They are happy to take care of you with a smile and professionalism. You can ask a question and get a straight answer without feeling you have just ruined their day. Love this place.

Lowes is Lowes, right? It really comes down to the people working it. And this location has a great staff. They are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. As a veteran the always thank me for my service and they've always gone above and beyond to resolve any issues that I've had.

I was at the Savannah, TN Lowe's on Sat. I had a huge list to order . Nathan from the paint dept. and D. J. assisted me. They were great. So patient and helped me so much. Also Joe from the paint dept was awesome ,I recommend these super employees for employee of the month. Theywere great to deal with. They need to be commended!!!!

Clean store. Can be difficult to get help but once you find someone they are friendly and helpful. I don't fault the employees as most places are understaffed and doing the best they can. It would be nice to see a larger variety of herbs in the spring...
