Really great selections for groceries at a reasonable price. They also offer a store card for free, that as you ship there, you earn points for gas and also can claim the sales/deal options on select items throughout the store!

Went with my son in law and my service dog.Folks there were very friendly.I found the seafood I was looking for and got cookies from the deli for desert.They have delicious cookies.

Pretty good place. Hard to find a parking space when the employees take up multiple spots however. This is the grocery MANAGER taking up spots on a *crowded* day.

I've shopped at Kroger in multiple cities over the years. They consistently have friendly and helpful staff. However, whoever came up with the design for the parking lot in Savannah Tennessee must have been having a nightmare because the layout does not allow for easy travel or finding a parking spot.

This is a small Kroger store.Most of the time they beat Wal Mart prices.But there meat prices are out of control.Who is going to pay $10.00 per lb for a pot roast.I can go to save a lot and see them over priced for $7.00 a lb.

Deli-I asked for a chicken meal. Worker said 20 minutes. I shopped and checked out. Went back 20 minutes later. I asked again. He said chicken wasn’t ready as I stood looking at baked and fried pieces ready to be served. He also had green beans, creamed potatoes, Mac-n-cheese ready. No chicken meal for me today! Lol!Check out personnel were over the top nice and super fast!

Got my credit card information stolen.This has nothing to do with the grocery store (I love Kroger) but I wanted to make people aware that at the Kroger gas station, someone pulled the information of the credit card I used and bought several computers with it until I noticed what was happening.We called Kroger to let them know but they didn’t care so I wanted to post this review for people‘s safety. I know it can happen anywhere but this is the first time it has happened to me and it was there.

I was very happy with a recent visit to Kroger in Savannah TN. They completely remodeled the store about a year ago and it is great. It has a real fresh fish market now. It is a lot like all the newer Krogers now. This last weekend I tried the new Kroger application on my phone at 4 pm on Saturday, and picked up my order at 7 am Sunday. I never got out of the car. The prices are really good too.

Will not go back to this Kroger, was treated very rude. The cashier was fine, however the manager was very rude to me and clearly does not know how to do her job effectively. The manager could take some classes in respect and tact, and the im sure store would be a lot busier. I used to go to this store few months ago and it was always very busy. Today however, so slow the manager had nothing better to do than harrass customers. Like i said, wont be back. Will make the drive to Florence to go to Publix. Prices may be little higher, but at least you are welcome there.

They have the best vegetables and produce in town that I enjoy going here cuz the aisles are spacious everything is clean. That also have clean restrooms. I enjoyed the staff because they are courteous and helpful.

Generally this Kroger has what I need and want. It's gotten a lot better, the selctions of more uncommon cheeses, fish, and even beer have become more common. The placement of items has always frustrated me to no end here, thank goodness for the Kroger app which shows you where everything is and exactly how much it will be. It is definitely my go to place for any produce!

Usually can find good sale prices. Excellent produce section. Got to watch those e-coupons. Sometimes they don't show up. If you catch it they will correct it usually.

My mother went to Kroger today, alone to get groceries for supper. Went to check out, and didn’t realize she was in the “express lane”. The elder lady working the lane, said to her “this is the express lane” my mom went to put her stuff back up and go to a different lane and the lady snapped back with “no you are already here”. She was very rude and hateful and should not be working in customer service. My mother apologized for the inconvenience, and she shouldn’t have to apologize. The rudeness doesn’t bother my mother, it’s just the fact my mother is sick, with breast cancer and just had surgery FIVE DAYS AGO!!!!!! She isn’t supposed to lift anything heavy, bend down, etc. She can hardly maneuver for that matter. And the fact the lady was so inconsiderate and rude is what bothers me. Then she didn’t have enough room in one buggy, so they gave her two, the “bag boy” didn’t even offer to help her take not one but two buggies outside. Isn’t that their job? If you can’t work in customer service and SERVE people with kindness then you don’t need to work at all!!!!! Savannah Kroger is a NO from us for now on.

This Kroger ruined Thanksgiving for my mom. I ordered a Thanksgiving dinner long distance for my mom to pick up and sent her an electronic gift card I purchased from the Kroger website to pay for it. The manager on duty, who refused to give her name, refused to accept the gift card because she "had never seen one before," and kept calling my mom a scammer. I have used Kroger egift cards many times in other states with success. I use egiftcard everywhere. This manager is just technologically inept and needs to learn to live in this digital age, and should be ashamed of ruining someone's holiday when times are especially hard on everyone this year.

Good Ice Cream and Rott Chicken...Store smells pretty good. Neat machine by Pharmacy that squeezes your arm, I always score the highest points.
