I love how I never have to go search for anything in this store. The moment I walk in I'm greeted with a friendly smile as someone asks if I need help finding anything. All the employees are helpful and kind. The store has a good selection of products. I'm generally able to get what I need here for my household projects.

Didn't get anything but they have a good selection of just about anything anyone would need at decent price Went back again 12-14-23 helpful had what Lowes didn't for surprisingly less and the associates knew what I needed and also helped find it

Super High prices, & they don't carry 2/3 of what you need, and pretty much everything you don't need or want & we have at least 3 hardware stores in Savannah, Tennessee, plus Walmart, & Harbor Freight on the way which means to tell me, the demand is definitely there, soooooo..... I don't understand why they run things the way they do. Customer service is 5 stars though

The service is great,and you get what you need the first time ,because the staff is willing to assist you and they are never trying to rush you out of the store .Shop at your locally home owned family business store such as Jerrold's Ace Hardware.

walked in the other day to one of the workers being talked down to like a dog by another employee. not an annoyed customer, an employee. I'm not going to shop somewhere where they cant treat their own with respect. it's a store with decent items but from my view just walking in the door I saw people being treating like a dog so by that alone I give 1 star. no business deserves business if they dont have RESPECT!

Went in looking Korean BBQ seasoning.They don't carry it in store but printed off the item code number so it could be ordered directly from supplier.

Slow service had to wait for help talking couldn't get any help had to look over store for what I need took 30 minutes to find waited 5 minutes to check out still talking

The lady that helped me was very gracious in helping me out. We were travelling through and needed a sapce heater for our rv on our way back to freezing Colorado temps We love our local Ace and they each have some sacrifice from the (usually) family running them. This one seemed to fit that bill! Thanks!

Always have knowledgeable, friendly staff. Of course their prices leave a little less desirable, but for the most part Savannah Ace hardware have a lot of hard to find items and tools you'd otherwise have to order on-line or go to a bigger city big box store.

One of the last places I go for any needs other than keys or for wood stove parts. Staff is not friendly, but IF you can EVENTUALLY get anyone to help you they will usually find what you need.Not WOMEN friendly by any means. Apparently they never heard of a woman who has ever done home repairs or remodeling & is aware of what they need. Lady at cashier never makes eye contact or says thank you. SMH at how they stay in business.

Walk in. "May i help you". Say no and browse. Or say yes and have someone personally help you to the check out after you have what you came for. Lifelong experienced employers in the closest store to old school in Savannah. Prices are in line with any other business
