I recently relocated to the Soddy area and needed a new vet for our three dogs. I cannot recommend this office enough. They have been so thorough with our pup who has required several vaccines and have been great in explaining what to expect, but also went out of their way to squeeze in my injured (older) dog today and took such good care of her. I was worried sick. Thank you ladies for your compassion, you are great at what you do.

We love the staff here! Everyone is so nice to us and our baby! Everything is reasonably priced. Getting appointment or just getting ahold of someone is easy. They are located on a farm so there are goats and chickens on property. They keep the inside very clean! I would and have recommended this vet office to everyone we know!!

I took my pit to Dr. Thigpen for the first time today. The doctor is very sweet and knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain the best treatment for your pup. The vet assistants are very nice and helpful as well. The prices were reasonably fair. Thank you! I will be back with my other 5 pups!

They were great and very personable. The doctor explained the lab results really well and took her time to give us options in our pet's care including full cost disclosure and outcome possibilities. We unfortunately had to put our cat down but they gave us plenty of time with her and made the experience very smooth. I am glad to have such a great vet available so close to home!

After paying almost $500 to have my goat Oreo diagnosis with squamous cancer...her recommendation was to contact UT. I'm a senior on SS. When I contacted the office a few weeks later to see if she would come out to check if I needed to put her to sleep...no response. She never even called to see how she was doing. Very disappointed. Do not recommend her services.

Excellent services. The sweetest staff I've ever met. Good rates. My mom's dog Sassy is currently sick and needed to be seen. The clinics schedule was full but they had me bring her in and drop her off to be checked and monitored in between other patients. We are so grateful for this vet clinic!

Dr.Thigpen and staff have checked off every box Ive ever had while trying to find a great vet for our 3 fur babies. We have been in Chattanooga for 12 years now and finding a good vet has been very difficult for us. We finally feel we have one that we can trust and count on. Dr.Thigpen is just an incredible person, very thorough, and is a “natural” at what she does because she actually cares for your pet and you! No visit has ever felt rushed as they all spend time with you. Driving out to the farm and visiting the farm animals is always a plus too. The staff is very thorough, caring and super helpful as well. One day, I was greeted at my car by Jasmine before I even had to chance to get out! I just cant rave about this slice of heaven enough and I will continue to send all my pet loving friends here too.

I’m so disappointed in this vets office. I’m sure they care about animals, but they lack any compassion for the pet owners. My male dog has had bleeding for 1.5wks, I took him in on 9/2, they did a urinalysis and found he had blood and calcium deposits in his urine and they gave him antibiotics. A week into the antibiotics, the symptoms did not stop. I called and got “I’ll talk with Dr. Long and call you back” …that call never happened. I called again and was told to keep giving the antibiotics and the vet “may” want to see him before his follow up appt, which is 9/16. I called yesterday (9/12) at 11:36am because not only are the symptoms not stopping, there are new symptoms that have presented themselves. Once again, I got the “I’ll talk with the vet and get back with you”. It’s now a full 25hrs later and no call. Not even the courtesy from a tech just saying they are still working on it. But to just leave a concerned pet owner just waiting and worrying is just not acceptable. I’m so angry at this whole situation and feel this has been very disheartening.If your pet has the sniffles or just need routine check ups, this is the place. If it’s anything more serious or if you want to get answers before the situation gets too serious, this is NOT the place to go!

The folks at this little clinic takes very good care of the family littles. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommend you give these awesome caring folks a chance to care for your family pets when they are sick. They have been great when we need thier neuter/spay services. This place is a hidden gem. Give them a try, you nor your pet will be disappointed. This small town clinic offers big city services for very reasonable prices.

Very sweet people. They know their stuff. Very intelligent doctor and assistants. Very compassionate and understanding. If you live close and have pets in need of attention immediately, I highly recommend this location. They were 30 minutes into closing for the day. And all that mattered at the time was the condition of our cat we brought in. Jumped on it, got him to feeling better afterwards. He had a bad bladder infection. Thank you S.C.V.S... We will return later for our other fur babies to have their shots..

My dog is very spoiled and doesn't like people touching his feet. It's hard to trim his nails. But they did it for me. I had a great experience there and the staff is super friendly a d accommodating.
