They never have what you need. They don't stock nothing. I went there several times and they never have milk or bread. The people are nice, they just never keep there shelves stocked or order the things people need. Also everytime I buy milk it taste funny when I buy it or after a couple of days in the refrigerator. I've have stop buying it and go get a different brand it doesn't taste like that.i think they should look into this but they won't. I never get a response when I tell them about it. I wouldn't buy milk from dollar general !

This is the worst Dollar General I have ever been into. The store is always cluttered, and you can’t get through the aisles. I’m not sure when the last time they mopped was. The floor and everything about the store is gross and has been for years. I stopped shopping the store for awhile because I was pregnant and wasn’t able to use the restroom and wet my pants almost 40 weeks pregnant. They’re still not letting people use the restroom all these years later. They say they don’t have one. It’s against the law in the state of Tennessee not to have a working restroom available to the public in a business. The employees have always been rude in that store. Always! The only thing that they’re teaching new employees with their high turnover is all the wrong things to do. I would rate this store a 0 if I could.I will say that their GM is extremely nice! I hope he can make the changes to get this store straightened out. Good luck being able to go to the restroom if you have to at this store.

It’s 7:54 and I just walked into this dollar general, yes I walked in. I didn’t know they were closed… any ways lady made me feel stupid because I didn’t know the store was closed… like lady y’all left the door unlocked !

I would rate zero stars if that option was available. With all the horrid reviews this place has, I’m not sure how it ranks 4.1. Anyway- no restroom. Rude staff. Dirty cluttered store. If they can’t do any better, shut this place down.

I've been to every dollar general from hixson to Dayton and this is the only one that doesn't let you use the restroom. Also one of the cashier's got on to my kid! He wasn't being bad, he just didn't put an item back on a hook. He laid it on the shelf. I'm not sure why she thinks this is her place to say a anything to my kid. Also, when they were getting ready to close for remodeling I asked when they were closing and she said there are signs everywhere. Rude as all get out. I go to dollar general a lot. I think I'll just start stopping by Walmart on my way home from now on.

90% of the time when I've visited the store there is always trollies in the isles and seems to be just unorganized. Lots of clutter always in isles which makes it hard to get to the product you want to purchase with a trolly in your way. But the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Sale creek dollar general is Horrible horrible horrible negative stars if I could, if you plan on trying to save money by using a couple coupons DON'T they will come up with every way in the world to screw you over, from telling you that their registers automatically shut down early to saying that they've had a long day and they want to go home, they will argue with you and tell you your wrong even with the proof in front of them. We had a traumatic experience there. After reviewing the receipts we realized they screwed us over soooo bad that we tried to return the merchandise the next day with the receipt and they wouldn't let us, the merchandise hadn't been opened or even taken out of the bags. This is why I encourage you to waste your time or money at this sale creek location. Happy shopping... well... as long as it's not at this place.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would..We were on our way to Georgia with children and my youngest had to go...This was the first place we could get to because she could not really hold it ..They are newly remodeled so I know that they have a bathroom because I am a former employee of DG..She refused to let any of us use the facilities saying they did not have one...They lost business today because we had a whole suv full of ppl who were wanting snacks and drinks...Do better DG your employees are making you look bad...

Convenient stop on my way home. Saves a trip to Walmart. Store is clean, and well stocked. The girls that work there are helpful, and friendly. So glad to have DG so close to my home.

This store is terrible. You can never use the restroom. Employees are rude. The store is piled up with stock on carts all through the store. The store is dirty.. I could go on and on. Worst place ever!

I love Doolor General, they now have alot of food items and great prices on everything. The one on Dayton Mountain is a blessing for all of our neighbors who don't have to travel off the mountain to get what we need. I appreciate all of you!

I love going to the Dollar store, but here lately I have to watch everything as it is being rang up, just to make sure the price is correct. I have had to go back several times to get refund due to wrong prices..

They need to stock after closing. The store is crowded with stock that has not been put on the shelves. Then you have to wait to be checked out because the ckerks are putting up stock.
