Poor selection of items and cant even access their app while in store to see coupons and deals - should at least be a pubic wifi to access their own app

The New Dollars General does not except cash only it has a cash and card self check, and two credit cards self checks, and the one we help check people out on. But yes they can be all self checks. This is the new times it’s so they we as employees can get all the freight out and you the customer has everything you need and some wants. So with being said if you don’t like the idea of checking yourself out then I’m sorry you feel this a lot of people do enjoy checking themselves out .

I made my first (and probably my Last) trip to the New DG today. All registers are self-checkout, unless paying cash then there is one. I hardly ever carry cash, and I refuse to use a self-checkout anywhere. I spent 50+ years working waitress or retail and because of that I have many medical issues with feet, knees, and hips.If I have to check myself out, I will do all my shopping online where I can sit in my recliner. I prefer to go somewhere that has people with jobs.

Wouldn't waste my time going to this Dollar General. It is one of the nastiest places I've seen. You can not walk down an aisle to save your life, so you can't do any shopping whatsoever. Employees don't really know what they're doing nor do they keep the same employees for very long. Very disappointed.+ They got a bunch of druggies working up there with needle tracks showing everywhere.And the woman working as of 02-20-2019 (5.00pm)Is definitely someone I would not want working for my company (DG) I would definitely issue a drug test for all the employees here. And think highly about getting better employees that care about customer service and the company.If you plan on going to this DG skip it and go to the next local store.

This raggid ass place used to be great. However I bought a prepaid credit card there and was not given a receipt because machine wasn't working. So I return to get a receipt and even watched video of me buying it with manager. They still have my 100 dollars. Hope goes out of business
