I received several lattice pieces to replace the rotten piecess on my porch recently. the delivery man Austin Rector agreed to help me install the ppieces for a fair price. He and his wife did an outstanding job. I was lucky to find him which is a plus for Ace hardware.

Great place to get what you need, from light bulbs to furnace filters and a large selection of nails, screws, nuts and bolts. You name it they usually have it. And it saves us a trip to Lowe's.

Since this place was sold the prices have gone up considerably & if you need to return something you will not get your full refund back. I don't care if you changed your mind in the parking lot you will not get a full refund. It was never that way before this place was sold.

I went to the Fairfield Glade location to buy a 16' 6x6 and have it delivered, $20 cheaper and no delivery fee (Lowe's wanted $99 delivery). Got delivered in 4 hours instead for 2 days. The store has a new layout with more products and a more logical floorplan, this is why we go to Ace Hardware.

Always the place to go for the hard to find, or even the odd tools you need. Quality of wood is superior compared to Lowes. Customer service has always been on par and cheerful. Always expect to pay a little more for certain things, but there are always plenty of deals to be found.

The manager and some of the employees were incredibly mean, they made a mistake on darkening my paint I wanted it 10% darker. There were 5 shots of black paint in the mix already and they thought 10% would be 6 more shots of black. They should have added 1 shot to get 10% darker but they added 6 which made it 110% darker. When I tried to explain this they pretty much called me stupid and wrong, there is no way they would have made a mistake. They didn't understand the math I guess.. I hope the owner looks into this and tell the manger that to get 5+1=6 and 5+6=11 and that would mean they made a mistake, and did indeed to it wrong.

I've been here a few times, and they have a decent amount of stuff at fair prices, but no one is ever friendly for some reason.You would think you would say hello to customers, engage them, see if they need anything, and at the very least - thank them for shopping here in a small town area instead of going to a larger chain store - nope.They're not mean/rude, but they certainly don't go out of their way to try to be kind/nice. The few times I've gone in here, I can walk in, pick what I need out, go get it rung up, and leave without ever getting a simple 'hello' or 'thank you'. Crossville may be a bit of a drive, but at least people are helpful, friendly, and pleasant there.

They always have what I'm looking for. If they don't they'll go to the ends of the Earth to find it for you. Potters Ace Hardware's are great at having Closeouts and things that are great value for very low price so next time you need some hardware store see if there's any spiders in your area. It is worth the trip

The manger(Kerry) is exceptional, easy to work with, knowledgeable about construction, informative about what and where things are located that has helped in the construction of our home, and very helpful. My husband and I have been going to this ACE hardware for about a year now and we have been very impressed with the Lower prices than Lowe's and the helpfulness of everyone at this ACE store. I want to say Thank You to All of you for all your help and patiences (with all the questions we ask)! I was looking all over town for Milorganite fertilizer and the only place in town to have it available was Potter's Ace Hardware of Fairfield Glade. Everyone was friendly at Potter's and the salesman even loaded it into my van. I would definitely go back to Potter's Ace Hardware just for the friendly customer service. Greg

When delivering in a big truck turn left on Woodgate directly at the store and park along side the store. Then you can go around the block to get out, make sure to use Woodgate Dr. Since there is a No Semi-trucks Sign on Woodgate Ln. There's enough to room for a 53 ft trailer to make the turn through the neighborhood.
