Husband went to Rogersville Walmart today to grab a few things. Did pick up some Smirnoff's to drink. Employee and Manager would not sell was told after the Manager had to look up "policy" that Walmart doesn't sell alcohol on holidays. First and foremost Jesus turned water into wine so don't go there. Second how are you a manager when you had to look up policy. I'm a manager where I work at and I know policy. Third, bet you won't turn a dollar away on the 4th of July... everyone drinks that day. That's ok, our money went to small business who appreciates it.

My son is an employee there, and didn't make it home from work today ... He's safe and Angela - his manager better be counting her blessings that he is. Angela held an earlier incident against him and because SHE has the authority to be mean.....-exact quote- told him he was "on his own". And wouldn't let him leave early...then turned around and told another employee with 4 1/2 of the stupid point system points, that he could leave if he didn't feel comfortable with the weather.Let this happen again Walmart. You're looking for a law suit....

When those personal shoppers aren't in your way in every aisle, you have employees blocking the entire aisle with pallets to take a little break to chat with a friend in front of the deli department.The management at this location couldn't manage kindergartners.

Produce has mold; strawberries, greenbeans etc.. Made staff aware and they did nothing. Bought 2 loaves of "fresh baked" bread and had to return due to flies in the bag (some still alive), had to bring a pack of fish back to an employee too as it had no wrapping on it. Just openly placed in with the rest....I know our food sources are going downhill but damn walmart... mold and bugs. Great job. I cant believe they didn't pull this food when I showed it to them. Pls do not buy your fresh foods here... I know I won't be anymore

In 2020 I sent Money Walmart to Walmart lady I was dealing with I told her how much I needed to send and what the cost of it was she explained to me I said fine this is what I want to send well she made a mistake and it came out $40 overdrawn so that was $40 overdrawn on my checking account mind you my bank is in Ohio My social security didn't come for four more days so my debt to the bank accumulated for 4 daysso I owed my bank 168 the manager tried to give me a 10 gift card for her employees mistake I never did get my money back from Walmart And I used to spend $250 a week at Walmart and this is how they treat their customers

This walmart has ben upgraded everything was clean and had no problem finding anything out of stock their fresh vegetable were excellent and I normally to Greeneville Walmart which is terrible everything is out of place and vegetables r not being rotated the freezer areas are terrible they need an upgrade badly it's a little farther on the ride for me but I'd rather go to the Walmart in Rogersville

This store need to be over haul. I talk to 8 people about some winter wize. Chemical .. To the pool. Nobody had a ideal whst was going on. My my my 8 year old grand child. Could be better than that. They got a big problem.

It's clean store p it's is Stockwell people are friendly employees however the money center does not have the proper training they have to close the money center most of the days because they don't have the people that can come in there to run it and they say they're not trained so therefore only two employees I think it can run it and literally I went up there for a 10 days and they have been open only 4 out of 10 days that it was open only 4 out of 10 not good I have to go to towns over to Walmart because I know that money center will be open that's ridiculous though if you ask me should not be allowed

Walmart is Walmart. They have their good points and bad points. Sometimes I go to Walmart if that allows me to shop for multiple items that otherwise would require shopping at multiple stores. I am not a big fan of Walmart, but do shop there on occasion. The pharmacy is open when others are closed

While using the Scan and Go App, I was unable to Scan and Go. I had to wait for someone to come over to check my 4 items. Took about 7 minutes instead of the 2 minutes it usually takes me to Scan and Go.... What's the point of the app?

For the local community, this is where fresh food is found, grocery wise. It has a delicious deli and can match restaurant tastes with many. So I would not hesitate to have dinner here. It has a Gas-N-Go, too. The pharmacy is quick as well. I have moved many prescription medications here, too. The store is usually very clean and organized. Management keeps pace around the store as well.

I ordered a Birthday cake from there Bakery. They also have a app Walmart online where can decorate your cake anyway u want & they will make it exactly the way you decorate it. Neat huh! Good place for all household items & food & all other needs as well...

It's walmart in East TN. Interesting characters haha. But the pharmacy at that one is good and cheap, they seem to be restocked from covid, ordering stuff online is way cheap and shipped fast (usually for free in 2-3) days), & most importantly the employees there now seem to be a friendly helpful bunch- Rogersville is a ghost town now but it's quick, friendly employees

The vehicle service center seems to have a problem with their auto technicians showing up for work. Don’t believe the signs that indicate they open at 7am, they don’t. Call ahead and make sure they’re open. I was there at 7am today and told they told me don’t open until 9am. So I wasted my time. When I called to complain I was told they can’t open without at least 2 technicians. I understand that. I was also told they never know when they can open the service department. Unbelievable, That I don’t understand. Either close that service department or change the hours of operation that is compatible with the technicians and let the customers know.I’ve always liked the technicians and the service. I’ve been going to the Rogersville Walmart for years for all my vehicles needs. Plus I can shop. But when I’m told they can’t tell me when they will open the service department, there’s a Walmart in Morristown. I know they are there when they say they are. Plus Porter Tire.

I went to buy large round planters for the blueberry and blackberry bushes recently purchased. I found the planters reasonably priced around $18 each. A few weeks earlier I purchased the same planters for raised herb beds. Will post a picture of them too. All are doing well to my surprise!

Very rude just wanted to know how much a oil change was they kept sending me back and front playing games. Then I asked for a supervisor told me they were to busy to talk if there not answering it's for a reason. Ive been on the phone for 45 minutes I'm done with it I would not event give a l star but of course google makes u.

I went to Walmart to have my tires rotated and they busted my hubcap up and try to say it was like that. Go somewhere else if you want to have your tires rotated if you don't want your hubcaps busted up. I have the report that says no damages. So Rachel lied Strait to my face.

First I was created by what looked like a homeless man. He was taking my tire order and he stopped 3 times to spit because of the tobacco in his mouth.After waiting a super long time. In a line with other at the register I peeked in the shop. All 3 techs were over in the corner just chatting....while people just waited for them.This is all very professional. If they hadn't put the tire on already I would have just left and went somewhere else. That's what I will do when I need tires now. I checked 1 star because I couldn't check 0
