As others have said this particular locations just needs work. The wait times are always long. Prescriptions seem to be never filled in time. The employees are rude over the phone..in person they wanna have a power trip

The techs that answer the phone are rude. Always in a rush to get customers off the phone. I understand how it works I used to work in the pharmacy and I know it gets busy but there is no need for poor customer service. Relax and take it 1 customer at at time in a friendly manner. Always. No excuses. We would want the same if it was us asking questions etc. Also I called about a refill and they were on someone else's profile at first. I hope they don't fill the wrong meds for people. Some advice Always look at your prescription before taking.Make sure it was what the Dr called in for you.

The people that do reminder calls or that take your prescriptions over the phone are so beyond disrespectful and rude. If I could give a 0 I would. I’ve never had anyone from a business act or talk that way to someone. Do better or get new employees!!!

Walgreens was my only resource for many things including medication.....in Jacksonville, Fl. Since moving here 3 years ago and experiencing the worst service ever, they do not get any of my business. As recent as November, mother in law visited and had meds sent there. Recieved text that they were ready for pickup and they were not. Granddaughter is currently waiting (and has been) for meds for a fractured arm. Wish i could have warned them ahead of time . 🤬

Wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely worst pharmacy in town. I have been trying to get medication filled for almost a week now. The Pharmacist Winter had the audacity to come to the window and tell me that my medication was not here and that I needed to stop coming to try and get it. She was so rude and disrespectful it's not even funny. She basically has taken it upon herself to just not fill my medication because I spoke to another Pharmacist there and he clearly stated there was no issues with my prescription and no reason it could not be filled. Have your medications filled anywhere else but here. Absolutely horrible!

My mom had just gotten out of the ER and it was close to closing time. I understand, long shifts are hard and stressful, and at the end, we’re all ready to go home. But the attitude thrown at me by the woman running the drive thru window was VERY uncalled for. I wasn’t even asking for it to be filled, just to be turned in so it could be picked up first thing in the AM. She was yelling, very snarky, and just had ZERO professionalism. If this wasn’t the only drive-thru pharmacy since they’ve decided to buy out all our mom-and-pop pharmacies, I would NEVER come back here but I will be speaking to some higher ups in the morning (which they probably won’t care since most attitudes like that reflect their employers).

We had always used the Walgreens in Bean Station, but we moved, so we switched to this one. Well my boyfriend's meds where $40 more. So we switched back to the one in Bean Station. I don't understand how they could charge this much!!!! I don't see how this is even legal!!!!

I had to change pharmacies because this walgreens someway somehow kept on losing my prescriptions that were SUPPOSED TO BE on file that I personally handed them. I had to call my doctor several times to just turn around and make a personal out-of-the way trip to her office. My doctor had a very bad time out of this walgreens, so bad in fact... she told me it was a MUST for me to find another pharmacy. THEN... There was a second incident where a prescription was called into them 4 weeks later accidentally by another doctor, Walgreens agreed to fill it and seen it in their system, then... I show up an hour later and there is no record of my prescription, I was a wreck! I only survive because of my medications, I MUST have them. I switched to U-Save, and boy, oh boy... They take care of me good always making sure I have what I need ahead of time! Boo Walgreens! Boo!

Absolutely the worst Walgreens! Received text said meds were ready. Drove 30 minutes to pickup only to be told it wasn't even filled. Poorest Customer service ever...GO to Wal-Mart pharmacy...much better people to deal with.

Heard one of your pharmacists named Stacy spends her free time belitting domestic violence survivors on social media. Compassion seems like an important skill for someone responsible for dealing with peoples medicines and she has none.

Prescriptions took over an hour to fill after they advised only 30 min. Also they were given the insurance card when scripts were dropped off but when they finally got the scripts filled, they asked if we had insurance. Rogersville needs another drive thru pharmacy because this one has gotten terrible.

After saying on phone yesterday that prescription would be ready at 9:30am, arrived here now at 12:20pm only to be told they haven't filled it. Again!! Never seen a Walgreen's run this poorly anywhere.

I tried to fill my prescription there today anyways they told me I needed a prior approval after 30 minutes of waiting, In which I tried to explain to the pharmaciest which is very rude, That he had made a mistake So he told me I could pay cash for the medicine or leave. So I went to a nearby pharmacy handed them my insurance card and prescription And it was filled withen 10 minutes No questions asked.

After receiving my prescription the woman working (Stacy) laughed at me and said “good luck” when handing me back my medication. Absolutely insulting and unprofessional

I was charged full price for a prescription and only given a partial fill. When I went back to get the remaining prescription the pharmacist informed me the prescription was out of date and I would need a new prescription. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this pharmacy.

So sad I used to love this Walgreens, unfortunately I came across a Stacy Parks who works in the pharmacy horrible human being who shouldn't be working in this type of environment if she can't control her emotions towards others.i WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, WALGREENS IS THIS WHO YOU LIKE TO REPRESENT YOU?

This place is awful. I use to like them before they changed people. They make you wait forever for something not even due when you've gotten multiple messages saying so. No one there knows how to do their job properly.

Only store I know that it's their policy that u can't do more than one transaction with Western Union. Well only when certain employees r working. I will no longer use their Western Union services.
