So... I will start by saying I bought a string mower from these folks. An earthquake and it's been amazing. I wanted a better finish so I got a Toro self propel lawn mower. Not sure it is the item or my grass but this lawn mower did not work. Stalled every 30 seconds it seems. I was nervous because it was a huge purchase used and I hate returning things. They asked some basic questions saw I got it just yesterday and honored their return policy with virtually no hassle. They have a customer for life . Thank you TSC!!!!!

I love this store. So many supplies for your yard, animal or farm. Plus, if you're lucky you can go on a day where there's baby chicks and ducks!

They need more staff! Line at checkout was taking too long so I had to leave, in line on a Saturday afternoon with one cashier for over 20 minutes. The store is good and organized, great availability of all products. Staff was as nice as she could be with her hands full. Kinda on the higher end of sales, unless you're like my husband who just needs a few skrews, nuts, and bolts, then you get by pretty well!

I love this store. They are dog friendly and their prices are great. They sell quality brands. I buy cat food here because it's cheaper than purchasing it on Amazon. I love the people here they are always friendly and courteous. Their selection is also great. The only con is that the smell is overwhelming at times, and find it hard to breath sometimes. However every thing else about this store makes up for the smell.

While I feel they are a little high price on alot of items, I do find some great deals on clearance items. Luckily, the things I can use I have found in the he clearance section. The employees were great especially since I went in about 20min til closing but they didn't rush me out. Very happy with what all I bought.Jesus Saves!

This would be a good place to open a supply store......or better yet some employees too help you. Just husband went in to get a small item the other day and walked around the store 3 times before he found what he wanted. Not a soul around to ask where the item was. Oh but if course, there was some one to check him out and take his money. Maybe this store is pet friendly but is it customer friendly?

Called and asked what time they close on memorial day, woman said 7, so I got to get my gas tank filled so I can grill. Well pull.in 6:25 and they are closed and noone here to work. Drove 20 mins to get here for nothing, 0oor customer service , and hypothetically lazy work ethic to close 35 mins before 7, since the sign says 7, and the lady on phone said 7

Went to buy a pump advertised @ $88.99, when I was checking out I ask if that was the 89.99 pump since you could not tell on the shelf, she said it was. I got few other things and checked out. When I got home and looked at the receipt the pump was listed at 99.99. I called and the person seem to care less, telling me I have to come back to the store bring that one back. The drive is 30 min. one way. And they probably can't do anything unless I drive back. It's just poor customer service when I specifically ask if that waste the 89.99 pump then get charged 99.99.The business I do with them want have any effect on there bottom line, but I will be take it elsewhere in the future.

Decent selection of most things you need if you're shopping in this type of store. Store seems small and aisles are a tight squeeze with a shopping cart. Staff was friendly and helpful, and decent amount of parking space.

When you walk in there is usually just one cashier and a line of customers all the way back to their seasonal stuff, vs the co-op which usually has at least three at their sales desk. Their people have less than half of the knowledge of the average co-op employee. They have less than half of the products and none of the services that the co-op offers. They do have longer hours of operation and slightly better real estate. So in conclusion, if you want your town to resemble stone drive covered with corporate box stores continue to shop here.

Cashiers should be trained to call for backup. Poor customer service when customers have to wait in a line 3-7 deep. Co-op isn’t that much further. I think they’ll be getting my business from now on.

We needed a few 1 1/2" 90 degree PVC fittings to finish project. Bin for this was empty. We asked a sales person if they had any in the back. He checked and said "Yes, but we won't put them out until tomorrow. They are still on a pallet"So we had no choice but to run all te way to another city 30 miles away to get what we needed.If you aren't going to stock this dump... close it down.

So look here! I don't usally say this or even notice things as such! However there is a women who works there that is a complete smoke show! I'm not sure why I noticed but she is the hottest thing from here to middle Tennessee! Shes like maybe part Indian and I feel like I know who she is for some reason but either way tractor supply gets 4 stars by her presence alone! Let me reiterate that normally not something I notice but her glow is so bright I cant ignore it! Dont believe me? Go see for yourself! I've never felt love at first sight but this is close! The hell of it is she will never know which I'm sure only saves me the pain of rejection! However everyone has a dream, mine includes her! Sleep tight my goddess for you are loved even if you never know it!

I typically do business with the TSC in Kingsport TN. However, I'll start giving most of my business to the Rogersville store after today. Kingsport was out of propane, again.. I drove 30 mins to Rogersville to see if they had any. I was greeted outside by a friendly smile from Angela, who told me she'd be more than happy to fill up my tanks. After a few minutes of chatting, I learned she is the store manager. How many STORE MANAGERS do you see doing grunt work nowadays?? Impressive.We talked about propane heaters while we walked inside, and I learned I didn't have the correct regulator on mine. Angela guided me to the heating department, advised me which regulator would be safe for my setup, and suggested a better heater which was on sale!I was amazed by the level of customer service that came from this location today. Please take care of Angela at the Rogersville TN store! She's a great asset to a great company! Thank you Angela!!

Do t get your information to care for chicks or ducklings here. My wife asked if the chick feed with 20% protein was good enough for the ducklings and the employee said we needed atleast 24% which is not true and can cause joint and angel wings.
