The only groomer I take my babies to. No slams against other groomers, but Kurt is so kind, gentle and talented in regards to grooming for my fur babies. We have used him off and on for 10 years.

Our normal groomer was closed. So we went here for the first time. The groomer is so nice! It's a little bit of a weird setup, but don't let that deter you. He did an excellent job on my dog's nails. They are very nervous, and they had an accident on his table and he was so very nice about it. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time at Scooby Shack. My dog needed her nails clipped asap. He was able to get me in right away. He was half the.price of others within Rogersville. Not only did he cut her nails, he grinded them so they wouldn't be sharp. What a great guy! I will definitely come back AND recommend to family and friends.

Curb appeal wasn’t the greatest but the service inside was wonderful. The man that trimmed my yorkies hair was super nice and loved all over my first timer. My Daisy was so nervous. The groomer took his time with her and only took one hour. Daisy looks amazing. I will be taking her back when she needs another haircut. Thank you scooby shack.

I brought my diabetic Great Pyrenees/Husky mix in to get shaved off for summer. Great place! Jack is always happy. I know he is well taken care of. It takes more time for Jack because of his diabetes and he needs to drink and urinate frequently. Both of these is always taken care of. It usually takes 2-3 hours and always looks amazing!

We used this place for the first time today. It doesn't look all that appealing. Though both of my yorkies we're happy & looked beautiful when I picked them up. So clean, and even cut. One of my yorkies ears are folded over and those were even trimmed evenly. The owner seemed like a nice man who really cared about the animals.

We've been taking Lulu, our Yorkie, to Scooby's for a couple of years now and have nothing but praise for Kirk. He does an excellent job with our baby and the price is right also, even though we would gladly pay more for the service provided. There may be other places that might look better on the outside but in this case it's what is inside that counts, no doubt.

I felt horrible about bringing in our 2 great pyrenees, they were a mess and full of brier pickers and Kirk just new how to handle them from the start.He had to carry the biggest boy in and out and he was happy to.When we got back the dogs were so well groomed and happy.I should have taken a before and after pic you would be amazed.I will definitely board them here also.

I just got back from Scooby Shack Grooming And Boarding. I took my little yorkie Bowie to get a cut and his nails clipped. And I noticed that he has niks and patches of hair missing on his back. Also I paided 30$ for a cut and ended up getting a trim. Not worth 30$

Just took our jack russel for a bath and shave.. she came out amazing.. we are very happy with the final results.. price is very reasonable.. she was in and out in 1 hour.. definitely going back in the future..

Spent $50.00 for grooming my Chow and brought her home dirty😠 I even made the comment that she couldn't possibly be clean. He said he was done. He was going to blow dry her but I just wanted to get out of there. Nasty place!!!! Dirty and smells like cat poo!!

I live across the street from S.Shack. What I have witnessed is that they are very good to the animals that they look after. I witness each dog being walked daily. I wouldn't hesitate to use them .
