Good customer service, care, and sales. Convenient and inexpensive grocery store. There is a discount tobacco store, Asian restaurant, salon, CVS, advanced auto, pizza hut, big lots (department store), in the same shopping mall.

This is our secondary store for groceries. The produce seems to go bad quickly, so I rarely buy any there. The prices are reasonable. Many times, you can find really good prices on meats.

Don't do business with them they miss treat and under pay their employees. That poor kid didn't deserve what ya did to him he was always helpful, pleasant, up beat and friendly. I was there no wonder u have a hard time finding employees! Who wants to be treated like that? For less that 9 bucks an hour McDonald's pays 10 come on.

I day I visited quality items were not available ,I realize it's a discounted grocery store ,but it would be convenient to get it all in one place and not have to go to another store to get better quality options for fresh vegetables and meats, the friendly staff, was the best part the Rogersville Tennessee location.

Should be called Save A Ton. We spent $100 and buggy overflowing. $100 at Walmart? 3, maybe 4 grocery bags. HUGE difference. Not really name brand items, but worth it.

Been shopping here for the last 10 years. It's the best place to get meat and other grocery needs. Store is always so clean. Tammy is and has to be one of the best managers that has worked there. She keeps the place runnin good.

Well I called and they said the hr was not there today she must had went on vacation again could the owner possibly help me out with a job here I live nearby and would be interested in any position available I already applied and been interviewed but then they gave the position to someone else and said the girl that interview me wasn't allowed to hire people anyway so it wasted 2 weeks of time waiting to find that out from the hr. cause she was on vacation I am displeased with this and feel like they wasn't doing there job properly

Everything has jumped prices but save a lot has done better then anyone on the FAIR prices. I have a 2 year old that still needs milk and I go to save a lot because milk is cheaper there then anywhere else. Also if you buy milk at Dollar General or Walmart it expires before it's expiration date every time

Love this place! Store is clean and always well stocked. They have much lower prices than several of the other local stores. Easy to park, get in and out of, and easy to find what you're looking for as the store is layed out well. The only issue I have is that there is a little smaller selection here than other larger places. For example, they carry Pepsi products and genetic sodas, but they don't sell any Coca-Cola products. I can get everything I need here except my drinks (coke fanatic). Great store.

Good store. Very clean. One cashier not very nice. Their food prices have really risen over the last month. My thing is, I used that store in the beginning because of the great prices, but now with their new prices, i may as well shop at Food City.

Tammy Frost I believe was her name she was the lady that checked me out in the check out line. I just had a loaf of bread she was hilarious and very willing to assist the customers. I will visit your store again. It had a definite small town feel to it.

Great prices but not much on good customer service. The store is not very clean either. There is more junk food than there are healthy foods at this location. The employees are not friendly and hardly speak to you at check out. They hardly even thank you for shopping with them. I stopped shopping here because of the lack of friendly staff and the selection is poor. If you want food that is not healthy shop here. If you hate good customer service, shop here.

Clean environment, Very organized store. Huge variety on item's. The pick 5 is a really good deal. And the rogersville store has the best variety and more products on the pick 5 than any other store I personally have shopped at.And the meat department has top quality on meat products.The frozen food selection has a large variety of item's. And also has the pick 5 in frozen food departments.The produce department is clean and always fresh produce and friuts.And the best prices on coffee also.

If you have a gift card to this place you can't use it here, the girl called her manager to c why it wouldn't go through and the Manager says there new cash registers is NOT set up to do them there registers are to new, which is ridiculous, if that is the case they don't need to sell gift cards for SAVE A LOT. We went to greenevilles save a lot remind u the same registers cause they own rogersvilles to, we had no problem and to greeneville had alot more and they are alot friendly folks.

I love the store & the prices, all I hope for from discount grocery store. I have only one real complaint. If you would get your baggers to practiced about using reusable grocery bags. I bring mine and it always slows them down dramatically, if your company would encourage your customers to use reusable bags, and get your baggers practiced at it.

I was in the front area of the store when an employee talked loudly and rudely to the cashier. An older couple was having a hard time lifting heavy flour bags out of their cart. There is no need to be so rude! And she could have been more helpful!

I went into the store to purchase some alfredo sauce for dinner and in and out purchase it was eight minutes until 6 p.m. when it was time to close and the manager was very rude to me because I came in prior to closing but because her clock said 6pm she found it okay to be rude to me complaints have been filed she also looked higher then cooter brown which may have explai.ed her behavior I will shop anywhere but here now you never know what a person is going through so to be rude to someone who's just trying to feed their family during actual store hours is unnecessary I really hope that she continues to have the days that she deserves

I am so beyond tired of going into this store and not getting the customer service that should be given with the exception of a few employees. The manager Renee is the absolute worst, she definitely learns from the owners which explains how she got the position in the first place!! She is the rudest I've ever dealt with besides Denita in that store. Just plain terrible!!!

Prices are going up. 3lb. bag of onions was $5+ and many items were non-existent. Not sure if they can't get stock delivered, or simply can't afford the amount of stock they're used to having. They were fairly busy, regardless.

Very helpful staff, clean store. If you are looking for something ask, they will help you. I'm in there a lot. I've never had a rude person. If I can't find something they help if they don't have it, they will suggest places you might find it.
