Love my Food City !!! They have a great deli and bakery. The grill has one of the best hamburgers that you can get. The store is always stocked immensely, and they've got it all. The hotbar has breakfast in the morning and lunch and dinner after that. The floral department does an amazing job with all the arrangements. They have an awesome staff - friendly, courteous, and very helpful and willing to help you find something on your list. Highly recommend them A+A+A+

I love the floral dept here!Allcthe different kinds of plants and flowers!And I Love the ready made salads and the variety of them, the 7 layer, the big salads with all the chicken in them, the chef's salads!They really pay attention to detail in these departments

A smaller market that is the local "go to" for essentials, etc. Prices are higher than at other stores but can be offset by managers specials and Food City membership. Overall, a good place to shop.

Nice, large grocery store. Pretty friendly customer service. Altho quite surprised that they were pretty much all kids, no one seemed over the age of 25.Now the sad part of my post. The woman's bathroom! I had to unfortunately use. I say unfortunately bc it was DISGUSTING! Mainly the floor. And not to mention the flies. I felt like I was in a backwoods old, gross gas station. 10/24/23

This location is very convenient if you are downtown. You can quickly stop by on your way home. There are also a couple of restaurants around as well so you can grab a bite to eat. We really like the deli!

This store is definitely your good ole neighborhood store. Prices arnt bad and normally they have decent sales. The meat department however tends to leave little to be desired. Store is clean just a touch outdated. The staff by the majority are polite and professional.

We went in late on a Saturday evening looking for dinner. Everything was being broken down and put away. We asked if anything had been boxed for sale and we were directed to a hot box in front of the store. We chose a fried chicken. It was warm, juicy, and plump. We have no idea how long it had been in the hot box, but it was wonderful. The staff was helpful and very friendly. We love Food City

I would like to mention a few of the staff in the bakery/deli Kathy, Michael and Rachel. Why, because they suggest certain things to try like the buffalo cheese (OMG) and horseradish cheese. Pair it with the buffalo chicken or cajun turkey, you won't be sorry or an old fashion grilled cheese with one from their deli. You get so much more than what you pay in the specialty cheese section 6oz @6.99 etc. We need more people with their cheery smiles and here "try this"sample attitudes!!

Ordered a cake for my daughters baby shower. They didn’t have anymore of the pink elephant design, or any design for a girl baby shower. So I told them to decorate it like the pink elephant one but to put a Winnie the Pooh figure on it instead of the elephant. Suppose to be ready at one. Got there at 1:05 to pick the cake up and they hadn’t even started the cake yet. Went back at 2 to get the cake and it’s not even what I ordered. Will not be ordering a cake from them ever again. Even Walmart doesn’t mess it up that bad.

The store is ALWAYS EXCEPTIONALY CLEAN! Prices vary from good to bad, you have to have one of their valu cards to get decent prices. The staff are always very nice,courteous and well groomed, no meth heads or bad attitudes here! I shop here for products other stores don't have. Nice products in the deli too.

So far having a good experience here. Just moved to the area, have shopped here about twice a month. On average, prices are on the high side, but we have used our shopping card to take advantage of some pretty remarkable sales. Other conveniences like pharmacy, deli with hot foods, and gasoline make the store a welcome part of our routine shopping.

Always clean, fully stocked, friendly and helpful. I suggest getting reward card for gas discounts. Now has a Starbucks, so that is a nice treat. Prices a little high on some items, but stock items I can not find locally anywhere else, such as Fresh Pet dog food.
