I love the employees at this dollar general! They are always so friendly and helpful. And this location has a lot more merchandise than the other ones around here. I am always in there longer than I planned on because I have to look around the whole store and check out every little thing lol

I came by the store to look for a prepaid card that I could use for making an important payment. I spoke with the cashier and was told the visa prepaid Secure Spend card would be great since it can be used for bills. I put my money on it and tried to use the card which would not allow me to use it. I called the store and the female cashier was nice and wanted to find a way to help but the male cashier said " there's nothing we can do for you, we don't have a contact for customer service for the cards we sell, nope we have no manager, we can't help you, give your money back and your the only one who seems to have a problem" he was rude and disrespectful. Further more the Fire Marshal and OSHA should visit these stores since they violate codes, safety conduct and block the isles to the celling with stock which makes these stores dangerous. Be careful if you buy cards expecting to use them for bills only to find out your money is floating out there and no one seems to be able to give you a refund or help when the cards the store sells won't work and you loose almost 500 dollars.

Management is poor here. Now that we have moved on, it feels safer to post the entirety of what happened.Essentially a manager quit for a week and my spouse we left to take over the store and maintain it. Further more my spouse did not get paid manager position $$$ for that week and ultimately quit after pushing hard work through that week since it left the store in a bad position. However my spouse was able to improve surveys and paperwork reflected that. In the end the person who quit was allowed to come back even though proper leave action was not taken. Nor did management reach out to my spouse until the night before to advise to give up the stores keys. Had to call management to find out what was going on and why. With that said my spouse contacted Human Resources management and advised they would not be returning due to the way management handled the situation after all the hard work put into satisfying customers and the company in the condition a manager up and left. Last but not least, my spouses leave papers were deemed as leaving without giving notice and while on the job. My spouses shift had not even started and had already contacted a Human Resource employee within the company to express why she was not coming in. The real reason is job satisfaction as I am sure anyone who reads this will agree. I would technically say that the manager should be held responsibly with the walking out of the job without reason. Would be glad to remove this review if the company would reapply the correct reason for why my spouse left their poorly managed company. I know my spouses efforts and work is worth more anyway.If OSHA law indicates that lifting belts be used to move heavy boxes, I don't think I have even seen my spouse nor any of the other employees using one. If anything my spouse even said they were trained but never seen a lifting belt for safety reason.

I like this dollar general because it's close to home and the people are nice and if you need help finding anything. They are very helpful and I give them 4 stars because they are good workers and they are very respectfull Everytime I have visited. I would give them the 5th star but they seem to not have enough employees to keep someone in the front and someone else in the isles to help people. It may be because of this covid-19. If it is. I apologise. Otherwise I like this store a lot.

Way to expensive u may think "oh wow that's cheap in price and name brand " BUT HOLD ON IF U SEE AND LOOK CLOSE YOU ARE PAYING A DOLLAR FOR A 10oz BOTTLE OF SOAP WHEN U CAN PAY ANOTHER DOLLAR ELSE WHERE AND GET 30oz so you really aren't saving any at all ur getting less amount for less money and end up buy more often than normal and end up paying more in long run.

My husband is a truck driver. Stopped at this location at 815 pm to buy groceries.... store closed. Posted hours are to 10 pm???? so why is it closed at 815 pm
