Dr. Lisa Twark & her wonderful staff helped my precious baby girl, Sadie Mae cross the Rainbow Bridge Saturday, February 10, 2024 after a lengthy illness.They were so wonderful and kind hearted! They treated her with the same amount of respect that hospice workers do a human patient after they pass.I hope they know how very much their kindnesses meant to me!HIGHLY recommend Dog and Cat Depot!

I have 5 dogs and they have always been so wonderful and very affordable too! The staff is super friendly and the office is always so clean! Dr. Twark truly cares about the animals and this vet is NOT all about the money. I can guarantee you she does not do any unnecessary testing or procedures unlike some other vets I've experienced. I recently had to bring in one of my dogs who had been struggling with breathing issues. It was very scary! Not only did she give her her the best care possible but she also called to check on her progress daily until she was better. That itself means a lot! We will always encourage others to take their pets here! ❤️

I originally chose this joke of a place because there were a couple of Fear Free certified staff here. Considering the limited resources of most veterinary clinics, the socioeconomic status of the area, and the near perfect reviews, I believed that the clinic embraced the philosophy in their culture. I couldn't have been more wrong. Our experience was horrendous. The assistant had a horrendous attitude that only became worse when I advocated for my pet. The DVM we saw is extremely incompetent and needs additional training on how to approach animals appropriately in addition to some trauma counseling. There were used drug vials on the ground beneath the sink in the exam room. Today (5/12), I received a notification on my phone via PetDesk from this joke of a place, despite the fact I've turned off notifications AND deleted them as a provider, that my pet is overdue for her vaccines. She received them at another clinic the week following our experience. Long story short, this place is probably licensed as a veterinary clinic but they don't conduct themselves as a professional veterinary clinic. We will not be back. Thumbs down. Do not recommend.

Took my dog for his rabies shot. Didn’t have to wait but a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and gentle with Scruffy, as he was very nervous. Had a great experience. Would recommend anyone to take their pet, staff is great with your pet.

The girls, I assume vet techs, took detailed info of what was going on with Sparkie and oohed and awed over how cute he is.When the Dr came in he took time with us, taking time to explain that what we thought was a tummy issue, was actually an allergy issue, explaining that it was actually nasal drainage that was causing him to throw up.In addition, Sparkie started his whining which he does a lot and we can't figure out why... He explained that he is doing it for attention and as long as he gets it, he will continue to do it. He gave us tips on how to break the cycle started by the previous owners. He also have us tips on how to get him to eat since he is not a good eater at all.I couldn't have asked for a more caring Dr. or staff

Staff there are excellent and have been great with our puppy Kai. I apologize, because I don't remember the tech-s name, but the young lady remembered Kai and wanted to treat him. She was great on both of our visits. The whole staff was very patient the first time when Kai was more rambunctious.

We had to have our sweet 15 year old boxer put to sleep today in the middle of a snow storm. We called The Dog and Cat depot for help considering all the vet offices were closed. They allowed us to bring our sweet baby in at closing time. Jaidynn, the vet tech, was absolutely fabulous. She was so compassionate and considerate of our emotions. She was truly a blessing through such an emotional time. Give that girl a raise!! Dr. Nix was also great even though his bedside manner was dry and to the point. He even helped us get our baby loaded into the car which was stuck down the hill from from all the ice and snow. Truly grateful for all of their help today.

Sadie was struggling to breathe, I thought it was due to hairballs. They knew her symptoms and said it was asthma. Sadie is doing good now, and is breathing normally. Thanks to her breathing treatment and meds they put her on. I will definitely be returning to Dog and Cat Depot, for all her needs.

Dr. Twark and her staff are all incredible folks who care for your pets as if they were their own. Having a separate cat entrance is something I've never encountered at a vet office and has made bringing my 3 cats for appointments a much easier and calmer experience for them. I recommend The Dog and Cat Depot for anyone who has dogs or cats who are in need of services. A special thank you to Jaidynn who is such a knowledgeable and patient vet tech at all our appointments thus far she truly is a gem!

I thank the entire staff for the help I received when my schnauzer passed. We have had 8 cats spayed or neutered here and a couple of those with different issues that had to be addressed at the same time. Excellent staff they care about your beloved pet! And they care about you as well! This last time I could not get back to pick up our cat on Thursday and they said it's ok we will take care of her with no additional charge. How many will do that? Yes I drive a little out of my way but I feel well worth it. I fully recommend these fine folks!! You can't go wrong with taking your pet here!! I wish I could give 10 stars 5 isn't enough!!!

Great place to get spay and neuter. They always have staff there to take care of the dogs and cats overnight which Other vets I’ve found do not stay. They have good prices for flea and tick meds . I love Megan that works there she is the sweetest person ever. Megan Custshall is the main reason I go because she’s amazing with all the animals I’ve seen her interact with. They should really promote or give her a raise because she is the reason I drive 45 mins from home to take my Einstein. They also have us the cutest bandanas for free while we were just picking up heartworm medicine. They were so cute and free to anyone just walking in. ❤️

We had our first visit I believe at 9 weeks old, they are the only vet my now 2 year old Maltipoo has ever been to! They are always friendly and take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns that I may have about my little bundle of joy.
